My husband had to have several blood transfusions. Nurse Mary was the best. She went out of her way to always have what was needed there and ready for us. She also made sure we were comfortable while we were there. I will never be able to thank her enough for how great she was to my husband and me during his last days. I spent almost 6 months at the gables from oct.2018 to April 2019. That place saved My life and changed My life. I'm still in contact with some of the old staff and made a lot of connections with some amazing woman. No cell phone was one of the best ideas. MY mental health has remained stable and I have little over 5 yrs of sobriety. Thank you for changing and saving My life,!!!!!!

The Gables was by far the best treatment I have been to, which is saying a lot as I have been to inpatient 15 times. The staff thoroughly care. They are so compassionate, professional and kind. The food was amazing. I felt safe and was able to process a lot of issues plaguing me for years. They treat the clients with respect and go above. I love this place!

For me, Rochester Metro Treatment Center, also known as New Seasons in Rochester, Minnesota, is one of those places. Words can hardly express the gratitude I have for this treatment center and the role it has played in changing my life for the better. When people hear the words methadone treatment, they may think they understand what a place like this does. But unless you’ve experienced the struggle of addiction, the weight of trying to rebuild your life, and the courage it takes to keep showing up for yourself, you may never fully understand just how important a place like this can be. Recovery is about so much more than medication. It’s about getting another chance. It’s about finding stability when life has felt unstable, finding hope when you’ve struggled to see it, and slowly becoming the person you know you’re capable of being. It’s about realizing that your past does not have to determine your future. And that is why places like New Seasons matter. To the staff: please never underestimate the impact you have on the lives of the people who walk through your doors. You may see your daily responsibilities as simply part of your job, but for someone fighting to change their life, the way they are treated can mean more than you realize. There is too much to put into words but this place saved my life. While there have been staff turn over I believe the new director has a true passion for caring for patients. She listens and puts the patients first. If I look at the place as a whole it saved my life and would recommend anyone! Thank you.
