I can't say enough good things about this organization and the people that work here. Coming up on 2 months of sobriety, I can honestly say I would not be here without the amazing staff and therapists at NorthStar. I want to give a huge shout out to Sean who worked with me in helping me identify my triggers and to create a plan for my future. I could write a review a mile long if I started naming all the great staff at the lodge, but I'll keep it to this: from the AM staff to the PM staff, every single person there is invested in supporting you on your journey, and they truly 'get it.' From laughter to serious moments, they facilitated the perfect healing environment for me. KW was also very influential in my healing.

Sandstone helped me so much. As someone who’s been to over a dozen centers, Sandstone is one of the best. Shout out to all the amazing BHTs who help patients tremendously and are amazingly patient. Also shout out to the Cook who works so incredibly hard every day to prepare delicious meals. The therapists are great and groups are very beneficial. Treatment is what you make of it. Hello I am a 17 year old client from Redpoint Boulder. I had come to Redpoint on May 13th, 2026 from a group home rehab in Encino, California. Redpoint has done a lot for me in terms of not only continuing but excelling my treatment. Special thanks to my therapist Michaela who held me accountable and told me how it was and how it wasn’t. My personal therapy did tons for me here, such as exploring and becoming more comfortable with the person I am and what I hold. All of the other staff here from therapists to front desk humans are beautiful and they all put into the experience I have gotten from Redpoint. You will only get out as much as you put in. If you are a parent and your kid is in a bad spot good luck, it’s not easy but there is always a way to better living for you and them. Treatment is for everyone, all ages, from clients to parents to peers. You got this I recommend Redpoint. If you are really messed up go to a higher for of treatment first. Yea yea -Watti

My son was referred to Redpoint in the midst of a mental health crisis. I had tried therapy and medication, and were unsure what was needed to get him stabilized. From the initial meeting to our current experience of him getting ready to finish the intensive outpatient portion of the program, our experience has been nothing but positive. The staff is incredibly easy to work with and their program is very effective. My son has learned many coping skills, how to navigate conflict better, and has a much stronger sense of self than he did before the program. His mental health has stabilized and he is now thriving. As a part of the program, they also offer family therapy, which has been really awesome, helping us navigate and improve our family dynamics as well. The entire family has benefited from my son‘s time at Redpoint. I highly recommend this program. It worked for us when nothing else would.

We found AIM as our son was finishing a therapeutic wilderness program. AIM was an excellent transition program and supported all of us along the way. The staff are skilled, compassionate and purposeful. The phases of the program allowed for growth at a participant’s own pace. AIM House is an incredible program that caters to all walks of life. As a previous participant, I feel that I was cared for in a way that was not overbearing. They provided us with countless resources, activities, and communities to engage with throughout my time there. I really like that you can make a program that works for YOU! They give participants the tools to pursue what they enjoy, make mistakes in a safe environment, and grow into a more mature individual. AIM House does a fantastic job of creating a community that leads to life long friendships. I completed the program a little over 6 years ago and continue to speak with many of the other participants I was in the program with, as well as some of the staff! I can confidently say that I would recommend this program to any young adult going through debilitating hardships in their life. This is, and will always be, a special place to me.

The staff at AspenRidge put a lot of effort into their groups and really try to teach a variety of topics that are relevant to a diverse population. You can tell that they really care about people. AspenRidge does some fun climbing groups and hikes. There is also case management that will help you with a lot of resources and just take you our for coffee or something to talk and get to know you. You can't make everyone happy. I would encourage people to pay attention to all of the good reviews about this place.

I rarely write reviews, but I feel obligated in this case 'cause RRC saved my life. I've, unfortunately, been to a number of inpatient rehabs. Of all the places I've been my experience at RRRC was the best. Red Rock's care is superior for a number of reasons. I'm writing this six months after leaving (still sober) so i'll try to mention as many as I can remember. 1) The nursing staff was amazing. So caring. They bend over backwards to get you as comfortable as you can be while still leading you through a successful detox. Extremely patient. Never felt like a number. They looked me in the eye, listened and helped me. 2) The food. Before arriving my diet wasn't great. The chef prepares home cooked meals. It's not cafeteria food. You can tell the chef really cares and takes pride in what they're serving you. Nutrition is extremely important, so to kickstart your reintegration into eating right is huge when first getting sober. This was a godsend. I was grateful for each and every meal. And not only that...the community kitchen is open all day, so you can grab snacks, drinks, make protien shakes etc. 3) The curriculum/therapy. RRRC meets you where you're at. While they certainly promote 12 step programs...they DO NOT proselytize nor present them as the ONLY way by any means. Which is huge. There are a million ways to get and stay sober. RRRC recognizes this and teaches you the things you need to know to help you get and stay that way without falsely preaching that there's only one way to do it. 4) They listen to everyone, but don't put up with silliness. There are a lot of personalities that walk into rehab. Often colorful, always interesting. People conflict in regular everyday life. Rehab...can be a powder keg. The way RRRC dealt with problems, I felt like everyone was listened to and that they always did what was best for the community as a whole. 5) The surroundings. You're in the mountains. Awesome. 6) Facilities. Great gym. Was always comfortable in my room etc. 7) JUST ENOUGH PHONE TIME. Trust me. Not having your phone for certain parts of the day is AMAZING. You start to kinda dread the times you get to have your phone. Sort of. I could go on and on. But i was just impressed by this place. I still talk to 5 people from the crew that was present when i was there and we're all still sober. That's unheard of. But, remember, it's up to you. The only piece of advice I'd give to anyone is to be mindful of the culture you and other patients are cultivating. In close quarter, small group scenarios like rehab ONE person's vibe can change everything. So be the positive tuning fork and you'll be surprised at how good the experience can and will be. Good luck. Getting sober is rough. Until it doesn't. So hang in there (and remember to *lean on* and trust the nursing staff. Oh...and as nice as the nurses are, if you're a jerk...they're a force to be reckoned with. I saw a couple of dudes pop off for no good reason and it didn't end well. Don't mistake their sweetness for weakness hahaha.)

A year ago i checked in to the Rose house after finding them from a google search while in a scary mental health spiral. I had never even heard of residential treatment facility but I was desperate for a safe place to go where my family didn’t have to be in charge of my care. At the rose house I found a safe place to process a lot of complex trauma, which for me included religious trauma, and learn to heal. I can remember asking how people heal here and the staff just telling me to trust the process. It took a lot of hard work. This place isn’t a vacation. It’s a place to come face to face with yourself, to allow others to see you in your pain and to learn to trust yourself again. I truly believe going to the rose house saved my life. They provided a safe place for me to deal with my trauma, a place where I could have my dignity and some independence while also having staff to help. My therapist was amazing and helped me face many things. The community of women are key for healing because we can’t heal in isolation. My only one thing that I think could use improvement is support for when you go home. I know other programs provide some aftercare and I think this would be very help for all once they leave the care of the rose house. But overall I can’t recommend them enough if you are seeking help for mental illness!

5-Star Review for The Rose House We will be forever grateful to The Rose House for the care and support they provided to our daughter-in-law during a very difficult time in her life. Before coming to The Rose House, she had experienced several short-term psychiatric hospitalizations and had worked with therapists, but unfortunately, lasting recovery had not yet taken hold. The difference at The Rose House was the opportunity for long-term, comprehensive care—more than 90 days of treatment focused entirely on her needs and on helping her build the foundation for lasting wellness. Just as importantly, The Rose House included our family in the process. We learned, participated, and were given the tools and understanding to support her in a healthy and meaningful way. That family involvement has continued even after treatment. We remain engaged in outpatient counseling and are committed to being open, supportive, and encouraging of her ongoing wellness. Today, she has been healthy and doing well for a year and a half. She has worked incredibly hard, has taken responsibility for her own wellness, and has done an amazing job caring for herself. We know recovery is an ongoing journey, but The Rose House gave her—and all of us as a family—the time, tools, support, and foundation that made lasting change possible. We are deeply grateful to The Rose House and the people who cared for her.
