Ardu literally saved my life. Ardu is just not a business with employees. It is a home with family. They truly care about your wellbeing and will do everything in their power to help you. They show you ow to live life again in healthy ways. If you want to get clean this is the place to go. I am almost 2 years clean and I know there is no way I would have made it with out them.

My LO never had the opportunity to receive treatment here, but I can't say enough good things about Natalia who works at intake. My son was arrested due to his mental illness. In a frustrating system, Natalia was a shining light who worked hard to help my son get treatment instead of prison. She wrote multiple letters to the judge, New Roads came out and did assessments and validated my questions and concerns. If the actual facility listens and cares like she did, I am sure the place would be amazing. It came highly recommended to me from various parents whose loved one's were able to recover, thanks to New Roads. I truly wish my son could have received the help that he needs from a place like this. Unfortunately, our country still has a long way to go in the criminalization of those suffering with a serious mental illness. Thanks New Roads for all that you tried to do and especially Natalia.

The staff is all amazing

I was in Acqua October 2024 and the staff was amazing. They listened to what the clients had to say. The one thing Acqua offered that not a lot of the other places did is dual diagnosis. Not only do they treat addiction but the helped me get on meds that worked for me. I loved that I didnt get the 12 steps shoved down my throat. I liked my counselors and the staff helped me get everything lined out to go home in another state. I'm been sober for 9 months now.

My loved one came in Nov 23 and left in Feb 24. If you’re loved one struggles with addiction and is looking for hope this is place to go!!! I did a family week around Christmas. I will tell you that it was an enlightening experience for me. The lectures were amazing, family systems is by far my favorite. I opened my mind to concepts and thoughts I had been unwilling to look at for decades. Thank you!

The Chateau has been instrumental in my growth and continued recovery. Through multiple modalities, I was able to process and begin healing from both deep-rooted and secondary traumas—some of which I had carried for far too long in silence. I’ve continued to grow, and while I still face struggles, the ongoing alumni meetings, reunion, and check-ins have helped me feel held and connected. I truly owe my life to Chateau! I have been to Chateau twice after severely struggling and ended up spending almost three months total there. I was very anxious not being a first responder or veteran and much younger than many of those there. The second I walked through the front door, I felt safe. Clients and staff didn’t not care that I was neither of those things. Through the help of Chateau, I found the motivation and will to stay alive and sober. I started to discover my authentic self and be happy with who I was. Chateau helped me in so many ways and will never be able to express the amount of gratitude I have for the facility, staff and clients. They are accommodating to all needs and are truly there to help you become better. I highly recommend this amazing place to anyone who is struggling!

Cirque lodge saved my life. Truly a wonderful experience from my therapist Aaron to the aftercare program with Jen, truly saved my life and I will be forever grateful. This program by far is the best Rehab facility in the country. My life was changed after being there for 56 days. The professional staff, attention to detail, intense therapy, and process groups all helped in my transformation on my road in recovery. They also included my family in the process, because this is a family dis-ease… I highly recommend Cirque…if you seriously want to stop drinking or drugging, are willing to be openminded, honest, and willing…this is the place for you. Provider: Rock Creek Neurosurgery Procedure: Vertebrae Fusion Feedback: Inprocessing/staff interaction/ Surgery/Outprocessing - Excellent Post Op care: initial prescriptions called in and ready by the time I left the clinic. Follow up with PA a few days later yielded a new Rx which helped with my needs in a timely manner. Needs Improvement: When I was on the last day of my pain meds (one week post-op) I sent a message first thing in the morning via the patient portal requesting a refill and a stronger prescription. I received a text message acknowledging receipt of the request. The prescription was not refilled. I had to endure the night without pain management. I followed up the next day via text message asking for help. The initial response was less than helpful. Basically, “you aren’t the only patient we have” and “you can go to the ER” and “we have procedures to follow in house before we can fulfill your request.” Thankfully, the refill/updated prescription was authorized within an hour of opening and I was able to get back on track. I wondered to myself if they were really that callous and truly didn’t care that I spent the night pacing the house in pain and unable to sleep. It would have appeared that way based solely on the text messages I received. The GOOD NEWS: There is a happy ending to the story. The PA called me soon after the Rx was validated. He took responsibility for dropping the ball and missing the window to fill my Rx in time. He apologized profusely for the pain I was going through. THIS is the kind of thing I look for in customer service - a willingness to accept responsibility and acknowledge when mistakes are made, rather than hide behind “process” or “procedure” as an excuse. I am grateful for the PA stepping up and taking responsibility. I am thankful for their attention in resolving my concerns. People make mistakes, we all do. What matters to me is they actually cared enough to own what happened and call me to apologize. For that, I commend them. Hopefully their internal process improvement methodology will capitalize on this event and not let it go to waste.

I had a 2-night stay after having a back surgery. It was a great experience with the nurses, PTs, and staff. From check-in to check-out was smooth and seamless. I appreciated the care and concern that was given to me.
