It has been 2 years since my time at The Phoenix. I can honestly say they saved my life. I didn’t know how they could possibly help me since I had already done some extreme treatments for my debilitating depression and SI. I started in residential and altogether spent about 5 months in their care. It took me working the steps and being accountable along with their care and I know I would not be here if it wasn’t for the help I received from their awesome staff. I still implement the skills I was taught there and refer back to the workbook we used. I would recommend this place to anyone.

My therapist, Rosilene, has been such a positive influence in my life. She creates a space where I feel completely safe to be open and honest, without any judgment. Every session leaves me feeling lighter, more understood, and more confident in myself. She truly listens, gives thoughtful advice, and gently helps me see things in a new way. I’m so thankful to have her support. She’s made such a difference in my journey.

My experiences with South Point Counseling Services have always been positive. I have seen several counselors in different capacities and have nothing but good words for the clinicians. They are experienced, knowledgeable and caring. And every one has been quick to listen. I have especially benefited from my ongoing work with clinic director, Roselene. I came to her in need of taking some big steps to improve my coping skills and life outlook. With each visit, Roselene has compassionately challenged me to move in a direction that has allowed me to enjoy my life as much as possible in difficult circumstances. I love that Roselene helps create a space for client growth, but doesn't direct change. Instead Roselene encourages her clients to take steps that they feel they can manage. As a result, I feel we are a team working together to improve life experiences and relationships. Adding to this positive experience are welcoming staff who greet me, help me with insurance, and phone me with any scheduling changes. I have always found that a smile, patience, or a kind word on my part, regardless how I am feeling, helps to make my experience at the clinic positive and inviting. I encourage anyone to give South Pointe Counseling Services and opportunity to improve your life skills and life outlook.

My daughter was suffering with depression in February of this year. We were desperately trying to find her some help. Rod reached out to me and was able to get her to a therapist that she absolutely loves. (She had tried several prior) Today my daughter posted on her Instagram how, in February, she was drafting her letter to leave the miserable mental state she was in. She was tired of fighting with herself every day trying to stay here. Here we are in October. She is doing SO good and she has for several months. It's all due to Suncrest Counseling, Rod and her amazing therapist, Laurie. She posted that because of their help and resources, she has happiness in her life and credit's them and people that love her with saving her life. I credit her for doing the work needed to get to where she is. She wants everyone to know that there is hope and happiness to be found. Thank you Rod and Laurie! My daughter is here because of you!

I was extremely skeptical and anxious about getting a counselor. But this facility proved to work very well for me. For the 4 months that I went there, it was all positive experiences. Front desk gals were very nice and easy to talk to. My counselor, Ashley, was a huge support on my mental health. From helping me cope with anxiety to also being someone that will listen, work with me and give me positive feedback. I am amazed at how much I was able to change into a more positive person in the short time I went and be able to live my life with less stress and anxiety.

When I first came to Alpine, I was tired of being sick and exhausted from Alcoholism. I had the privilege of working with Montana. She made the intake process easy and met me where I was at. Upon arrival, I was greeted by Austin, who made the intake process relaxed and chill, and I felt safe. I met the doctor on my first day who was through and knew what he was doing, and he got me on medications that worked! I have had the privilege of working with Shannon, who is phenomenal. She is the kind of gal who knows what’s up and will tell you the truth in the most honest and loving way. She led classes that were beneficial and educational. Jake is a fantastic therapist, and you are blessed if you are on his caseload. He is a man full of knowledge, wisdom and empathy. I’ve never worked with a male therapist before and I felt safe within our first session. Heather who handles case management is doing God’s work. No seriously. She answered all my questions, made sure all of my outside stuff was handled and made discharge planning a breeze. Process group is essential in my opinion and Ami, Kelli, Will and Jake made me feel at ease sharing. If your looking for a treatment center, look know further. Alpine has helped me tremendously and I cannot thank them enough. Also, the mentors are terrific. Kelsie, Sara, Hans and Austin made a positive impact on me during my time at Alpine and I cannot thank them enough. They are living proof that sobriety is achievable and that the light comes back. Special shout out to Laura for being a phenomenal house manager. She is wonderful and if you get a chance to cross paths with her you will be amazed.

This program by far is the best Rehab facility in the country. My life was changed after being there for 56 days. The professional staff, attention to detail, intense therapy, and process groups all helped in my transformation on my road in recovery. There are many wonderful organizations and people in service to helping others with treatment and recovery. For me, the right fit was, is, and will continue to be Pathways. These folks are authentic in their desire to help change lives. They are some of the most remarkable humans I have been blessed with coming across in life. They are talented and skilled, and well equipped to meet mental health and substance abuse needs. They are particularly experienced with integrating well-rounded trauma focused treatment, using a variety of evidence based treatment modalities. Pathways staff AND clients create a safe space of healing and growth, and a place of acceptance and belonging, and without judgement. As a pathways client, I feel a sense of unity, community, and unyielding support. Pathways has LITERALLY saved my life. They have helped me find healing, and open doors to change my life. They have equipped me with the confidence, strength, tools, and understanding of my root influences to my recovery needs to live a new life, my best life! A life of healing and happiness I have never experienced before. I will be in eternal gratitude for this very sacred organization. Schedule a consult... you have nothing to lose and only a healthy and happy life to gain. You are not alone. There IS hope!

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. we are from utah and my mom got hurt skiing and this was the closest ER to where we were. it started when the receptionist called the back and said “yeah she THINKS she hurt her knee” then when we get to the back the doctor (her name was Jennifer I don’t know the last name) starts grabbing my moms leg and twisting it all over then proceeds to make snotty comments and has a bad attitude the whole time. when we were leaving I tried to confront her about her terrible bedside manner and she told me she was “busy dealing with a critical patient” I informed her that my mom was also a patient and still deserved atleast a little respect. Jennifer clearly did not care about me coming to her with my issues as she turned in her chair and continued playing on the computer.

Worst hospital ever. I am speechless. They cannot even do their jobs correctly. The fact that the doctors go on a lunch break when there has been a patient waiting for an hour beforehand to get his prescriptions refilled is ridiculous. Also, the fact that they send prescriptions to pharmacies and the prescriptions are not there is unacceptable. I hope someone sues them for a large sum of money.

I just wanted to give a “HUGE SHOUT OUT” to “ALL” the amazing staff at JMCR. The environment there is very welcoming. The whole place is very upbeat all the time. When we arrived there I felt very desperate & to my wits end, no clue on where to start with my son.He did not want to do treatment at all. Our life was in a downward spiral for the past 6 months. Missed his first day. He wasn’t ready. He panicked. He relapses the first day we take him & I'm ready to pull him out take him into a live in facility calling up the poor person who answered the phone at 8:00 at JMCR that day bawling 😭 lol...... I’m ready to be committed now. They handled it all so calmly said it was normal it will be ok we can work through this not to worry. I tell you what there were a few bumps in the road but in that first week I saw a huge difference in my son for the better. Every day that much better WOW !! I’m being totally honest with this. I could not believe it. My son started in January with Day treatment & is now ending with IOP & graduating now in March yaaaay....... I’m so proud of him & how hard he has worked for this. We are going to miss your sweet face Sydney you are the best. We will miss seeing you all. The parents to......

My son spent 3 months at JMCR in their day treatment program and then in the intensive outpatient for a few weeks. When he started he had some severe depression and anxiety that made it so he was no longer able to attend his traditional school. We can't say enough good things about our experience there. The entire staff is incredible! We really loved our therapist, Amy! He was so nervous the first day but he very quickly came to love the other kids there and the staff. He looked forward to going everyday and in the end it was really bittersweet having to leave. They have an alumni program where he can return every other week for a gathering and he really looks forward to going to that. They took care of everything with insurance and his high school credits so that he wouldn't be behind when he went back to his High School. It was a really stressful time for us and it was wonderful to not have to navigate all of that as well. From the time he went into James Mason to the time he left he's been like a completely different kid. The skills they taught him have helped him to get back to his normal fun loving clever self and I can't describe how nice it is to see him happy and enjoying life again.

My name is Daniel Tapusoa, I started using at a young age, not realizing at the time that it was a way for me to cope with deeper issues. I got sober in 2001 but relapsed in 2008 and continued using until March of 2023, when I was dropped off at Wasatch Recovery. That moment changed my life. Wasatch didn’t just help me get clean—they helped me understand myself. The staff, the program, the support—they gave me tools I never had before, and for the first time, I found peace, joy, and real purpose. It’s emotional to say, but I’m actually grateful for my addiction and everything I went through, because it led me here. I’ve hurt people along the way, and recovery hasn’t been easy, but Wasatch helped me build a life worth living. I’m now two years clean—and even more meaningful, I work at Wasatch Recovery today. This place didn’t just help me heal—they gave me a second chance, and I’ll be forever grateful. 🤟🏽

Look no further, this is the place. Coming to Wasatch Recovery was the BEST decision I ever made. For years I had been desperately trying to change my lifestyle and pull myself out of addiction without success. Wasatch changed everything for me. The therapists are extremely qualified and very intuitive. I learned so much from them and the rest of the staff. They taught me how to align myself with the best version of myself, to love myself, to practice integrity, to be honest, to serve and uplift others, to be accountable, and gave me so many tools to grow and heal not only while I was there but things I still use now 10 months out of rehab. The staff are passionate about their jobs and about the mission of Wasatch. You can feel that their hearts are in it. I had never been to a treatment program where the owner shows up as much as Mark does. You can feel that he has a deep love for all of the clients and he and his team work hard to provide the best care possible. I could go on and on, this place relight the fire inside me to create a life that I will never give up. Thank you 🙏 💞

I attended the Optimal Aging Program for 3 weeks at HMHI. I would highly recommend it to fellow seniors who are struggling with anxiety and depression. The OAP combines psychiatric care with group, art, music and recreational therapy and many opportunities to socialize with staff and participants. The small group of 6 participants allows for plenty of personal attention, tracking and feedback. The feeling of not being alone in the journey towards mental health and stability is invaluable. Interaction with all the staff was supportive, caring, attentive and often lots of fun and shared enjoyment. I highly recommend this program.

I wish I would have known about this program sooner. It has been very helpful and has brightened each new day for me. Bri, Amber and Anne have got to be the most positive, patient people and do a wonderful job getting us through the program and to a better place. And while they are doing this they are working with students and other professionals on different aspects of the program to help us along. Last, being able to see Dr Freimer has also been an important part of this program and will help me going forward. Thank you everyone at OAP, you change lives for which we will all benefit from. Past client here, I spend almost two months at JMCR and during that time I was able to make so much progress to become the person I always wanted to be. JMCR allowed me to see my strengths and find love for myself, It taught me just how compassionate I really am and the impact that I have on others. Reggie and his team are experts in their field and work tirelessly (with love) to affect positive change in their clients. I remember on one occasion some of the staff were just reflecting on the emotional energy of time and tears started to well in their eyes. They told us how they just want the best for us and truly were expressing just how much they cared. Where other treatment programs might be punitive, JMCR takes a different approach to build you up with respect and compassion to help you find your strengths. Nothing could have helped me more than how JMCR helped me. I will be thankful for it for the rest of my life and I will never forget the people I met along the way! It’s important to note that I tried other treatment centers and they didn’t quite work… GO WITH JMCR you won’t regret it!

So I did the inpatient in Payton Utah as well as the day treatment (php) and the night classes (IOP) and I’m currently continuing in the aftercare program. I have been to quite a few treatment centers and Steps stands at the top of all. Their therapist and faculty genuinely care for their clients and tell them what they need to hear, not necessarily what they want to hear. They know from personal experience the struggles of addiction and helped me break down some serious walls that allowed me to hear the messages needed for me to find a new and much happier way of living. Today I am so grateful that I was able to get into step and would recommend it to anyone who is ready to take suggestions and do the work. How freeing it has been for me.

My procedure was a cardio ablation. Dr. Day and especially his nurse covered the whole process very succinctly and in a manner that I could relate to. The surgical staff was friendly, recovery personnel were gracious. Overall, my experience was as good ad it could be from my perspective. Thank you!

Just finished my 16 weeks at abc and am very pleased with the results. I really like Lewis and am going to miss going to group. I never thought i would change my mind about my drug use but clearing up my mind and having a support group to keep me accountable was what I needed. Thank you lewis. I am happy to say I am still clean and sober and I plan on staying this way.
