It's been three months since I've been at the Phoenix recovery and my life has been saved it has been a life changing experience and I've learned about myself there and it has been an instrument in my healing journey unfortunately I had to leave earlier than planned because issues with insurance but I'll never forget my time there

It has been 2 years since my time at The Phoenix. I can honestly say they saved my life. I didn t know how they could possibly help me since I had already done some extreme treatments for my debilitating depression and SI. I started in residential and altogether spent about 5 months in their care. It took me working the steps and being accountable along with their care and I know I would not be here if it wasn t for the help I received from their awesome staff. I still implement the skills I was taught there and refer back to the workbook we used. I would recommend this place to anyone.

New Haven saved our daughter's life. The program pairs decades of therapeutic expertise with patience and love. It takes time, but it works. Meanwhile our daughter was safe at New Haven and that gave us all the space we all needed to heal.

It was such a pleasant experience. I really enjoyed all of the therapy, education, recreation therapy and meetings that we went through. I thought that staff was exceptional and helpful. Everyone was so eager to pursue the success of this journey that I experienced at Annie's House. I am so grateful! Excellent place of healing you feel as if the people that really care

This organization is top class. I have personally worked with the directors who are involved in the operations of Renaissance Ranch, and I'm here to tell you that the are some of the most caring and talented people I have met. Those that run this operation have been there and done that. If you have been through the ringer from substance abuse, this is the place that will help change your life.

Deer Hollow is a wonderful place. So many talented therapists are here! I had a wonderful experience in residential, it was tough and the most transformative experience of my life. Outpatient didn't seem to have the same level of intensive therapeutic approaches in the group setting, in comparison to residential. Outpatient was also more disorganized than residential. Group cohesion was something the therapists struggled to manage at times (in outpatient). Many conflicts in the group were left unresolved and continued to grow, despite individuals voicing how others were impacting them (using parts language, DBT DEAR MAN, etc.). While I'm sure everyone has the same/comparable training, outpatient didn't incorporate psychodrama as much as residential, nor did it do as deep work within IFS, which was unfortunate as I found the most positive transformation with psychodrama & IFS. Yes, there was a lot of psychoeducation regarding IFS in outpatient, but actual experiential exercises weren't as common from my experience. Also, there is a therapist in outpatient who has some tendencies that lean towards a God complex, and wanting to push people in a way that isn't trauma-informed. This was a part that I observed in this therapist's behaviors, which was really difficult to navigate as the client. This specific therapist isn't that way all of the time (that God complex part isn't always activated) but there were times that were heavily guided by their own desire to be of importance. I understand most people in helping professions have a helper part, but this part in this therapist was pretty extreme, I can see how it motivates the therapist to do better and continuously improve, but to a point where it occasionally leads to a lack of unconditional positive regard and places outcomes over the process. Again, this person isn't defined that part but it came up and impacted my treatment. I still think every therapist here is extremely talented, but I believe that feedback-informed treatment (FIT) should be considered when guiding treatment. I am not looking for a rationalization for these occurrences, I am just trying to voice my experience as there were moments in outpatient that were more harmful than helpful. But overall, my experiences at Deer Hollow were transformative and helpful for my healing. If someone is going to go, I highly recommend doing residential first as it was a completely different experience than outpatient, and residential offered so much more intensive healing work. I hope that my experiences are honored and respected, and that this is taken with the integration of the whole perspective with the good parts and the more challenging parts (within myself of course, but also within the organization as a whole). Sending lot of peace, compassion and gratitude, as I know for a fact I wouldn't be the person I am today if it weren't for the healing I received at Deer Hollow.

The outpatient program was awesome! So many great people in our group with so much support. Although I did not know it at the time, Jess and her yoga totally changed my life and my ability to handle stress. Everyone there deserves a medal for putting up with me; I was a tough nut to crack. Great program! I attended outpatient 2+ years ago. The tools that I learned there are still relevant and useful. They're follow-up is great with the app, and you have so much to continue your healing. I really appreciate it the outpatient side, I think it dies deeper into your IFS system than inpatient. If you are impatient for goodness sake take advantage of PHP. The therapists are top notch and and really dig deep to the root of the problem. Very grateful for the friendships I've made that have lasted. As I said this is a great program.

Kylee & Lizzy & Landon are phenomenal, truly so grateful to have them in my life. They ve changed my entire world for the better, I don t know how I could ever repay them for the fun times and positive growth they ve bestowed upon me, SO much love Same with Deidra, Deyja, Anne, Ashley, Jaimie - like for real ALL of the staff is amazing - for real. Therapists Mariah and Nita are beyond incredible as well. Mariah knows exactly what areas to dig into, and even though u may not wanna go there (lol) she ALWAYS knows best - never doubt her and your journey will go exactly where it needs to and she will instill in you a lifelong recovery. They all will. Diamond is the best. Travis the owner is FANTASTIC. I ve never heard of a facility whom actually cares and THIS ONE does. It cares about each and every one of us (just a side note I was court ordered here and didn t want to go. )But I couldn t be more grateful now, thanks diamond

I recently completed a 60 day residential treatment program. I can honestly say it was the best thing I've ever done in my life. The first week was rough, settling in, getting to know the clients, staff and all the rules.The food was amazing. The chef prepared meals for breakfast, lunch and dinner Monday-Friday. On the weekends, clients are allowed to make a meal that they're familiar with. It's a great way to have the clients interact with one another. The staff is absolutely AMAZING, they truly care about the clients progress. Each client is assigned a case mgr and a therapist. This is crucial to the clients progress. Client participation is also crucial to success. I highly recommend this treatment center.Jason

This place is the absolute best, staff are all amazing, highly recommend this place for treatment. Therapists and case managers absolutely incredible. If you wanna change your life for the better this place will teach you how to do it

For someone that participated in their programs many years ago, I still visit frequently! I really like to stay connected with the staff and to share my story of hope with patients that just like me are dealing with substance abuse. I love helping more people recover from addiction through this amazing facility that truly does change people's lives and cares about those they work with!

I started IOP Group Therapy at Alpine January 9, 2023, had NO idea what to expect for I had never heard of "Group Therapy". Fast forward, with the expertise of their staff, today marks my 2 year sober day! I cannot thank them enough for the guidance they gave me, pushed me to be a better person, a better sober person. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

This is the best mental health provider I have had. I met the owner at one point and she is beyond knowledgeable on medication and finding the right therapist/therapy style. After a year of being a patient my mental and physical health was better than it had been in years.

A treatment program that cares more about the patients than their bottom line. They always answer their phones and offer a variety of treatment services that treats the person in totality. Highly recommmend!
