Wow, what an amazing time I have had! Flying in from North Carolina, MK, Sean and Becca were really helpful and respectful of my needs for sobriety. MK, guided me through Admissions and played a key part during my time at Pinnacle. I was worried at first that this facility was just like any other rehabs. Just a common money grab, but to my surprise Pinnacle really wants the best for you. After coming from NextStep Detox, I was greeted by Anthony and Sean! They gave me a great orientation and the clients gave me a warm welcome! Becca and Sean over saw our programming and were very helpful with personal development and were very attentive regarding outside needs during treatment. If I needed to see my legal team or doctors, etc. Becca and Sean would take took time out of their schedule to assist me. The support staff are very friendly, they treated me like I was their best friend. If I got out of line the support staff would help correct me in a way that wasn’t punitive. Anthony and Brooke are both in recovery and so is most staff, they really cared about your sobriety, and will guide you through recovery. The food scene is amazing, nutritious and very healthy. Chef Ed is off the chart, a great chef. I’m not a salmon fan, but he made me a delicious meal to substitute for Salmon! Chef Ed picks fresh foods, so nothing is old or boring! The Interns, and therapists really want to see you be successful. My therapist Julie has gone above and beyond when it came to help my mental health. Her approach to mental health is really awe inspiring. I really appreciate Cassie, Cory and Londyn help as well! The activities are made to help you feel comfortable while working on yourself. Troy, MK, Sean and Becca have built a truly remarkable treatment facility. From Mental Health treatment, to the recreational activities, their passion to help clients are more than I expected. I’m forever grateful to the love and caring team members at Pinnacle for my journey through Sobriety. If you’re looking for mental health care, please reach out to Pinnacle. I would not have been able to sober without the support of some amazing friends whom I met in a lovely treatment center! Also a shoutout to Kourntey, Mary, Londyn, Brooke, Anthony, Jasmine, Janae and many more!

What an incredible journey recovery has been! I came to this place—and wow, I’ve never experienced anything so beautiful in my life. The people who work here are truly extraordinary—so kind, compassionate, and full of love. Honestly, they feel like angels walking among us. I’ve never felt so deeply cared for and loved by people who didn’t even know me.

Pinnacle Recover is amazing. All of the staff go over the top to meet your expectations. The program gives you everything you need to achieve your goals and gives you all the tools you need to help you in recovery. The food is outstanding, Chef Ed is so compassionate about his cooking. I've never had a well balanced diet as good as it was at Pinnacle. The activities you get to enjoy are so much fun. Sober softball, hiking, bowling, batting cages, ice baths, open mic night are some of my favorites. The facility is more than adequate, its an amazing house that is filled with comfort. Overall, Pinnacle has changed my life in so many positive ways. I feel as if my life is starting over and I get the opportunity to be happy again. Shout out to Katie my therapist for all the help and knowledge she has given me. I'm ready to go out into the world and face all the challenges it brings head on. Thank you Pinnacle!!

As a professional in the industry, I had the opportunity to tour this beautiful facility. The staff was very welcoming and provided me with great details about their program as they showed me around the buildings, explaining what they could offer to the adolescents they work with. I loved the "adopt a cat" program and the equine services that they offer to their students. It was clear that their mission was to provide excellent treatment to their clients, aiming to set them up for success upon leaving.

Deer Hollow – Outpatient in Draper, Utah is a treatment center offering care for adults living with trauma, addiction, and mental health disorders. I began Deer Hollow’s outpatient program after completing residential treatment, and it became one of the most meaningful phases of my healing. Outpatient gave me the structure and support I still needed, while also allowing me to start rebuilding my life outside of treatment. The therapists at Deer Hollow are incredible. They understand trauma on a level I’ve never experienced before, and they know how to create a safe space where you can go deep without feeling overwhelmed or judged. The work we did — especially IFS and the group sessions — helped me continue unraveling the patterns and protective parts that had controlled so much of my life. What made outpatient so powerful for me was the combination of accountability, connection, and continued therapeutic intensity. I was able to practice real-world coping skills during the week and then bring what came up back into group and individual therapy. It felt like a bridge between treatment and everyday life, and it gave me confidence I didn’t have before. The community is also something special. Being surrounded by people who understand trauma, who get the ups and downs, and who are all working toward healing made me feel less alone. I built relationships there that still support me today. Deer Hollow’s outpatient program helped me solidify the progress I made in residential and gave me the tools to live with clarity, stability, and hope. I’m genuinely grateful for the care and compassion I received during this part of my journey.

This used to be a place that cared about patients and there are some really good people that work here, The medical supervisor is one of the best men that I have met in my life and my counselors have been good although there office are not sound proof so if you are needing counseling that stays in the office then it is impossible for you to go here. The problem is the owner who you would not know is even there but locked into an office that is dirty and so cluttered that you feel uncomfortable. To then have a large Polynesian man shut a door where you are alone with him and just destroy you if you have a legitimate concern. If you were to call this clinic right now you would not be transferred to this owner or even anyone in Utah. I called 5 times in one day to try to reach my therapist and all calls get sent to a voicemail that is for someone named Joe, who is not listed as being an employee at Tranquility Place. If anyone is reading this any time near when I wrote this call the clinics phone number and you will be sent to a man that lives in Washington named Joe that besides being major HIPAA, patient privacy and confidentiality violations but this made it so I had to end up missing the follow up for my root canal since I had to go back to the clinic to pick up my take homes. I was charged $250 for missing an appt that should never have happened if A). They had a phone system that went to someone like this owner who I avoid at all costs but I do not have $250 to be losing and the way that immediately he made me feel shame and guilt and did not even apologize for the inconvenience. This is also a place that has tranquility in the name but Tony instead of even trying to be kind let me know that I have no right to voice concerns even if they are very important and valid. The other employees there are really good in a lot of ways but a therapist can only do so much when their boss doesn’t even believe in patient confidentiality or accountability or the ability that is required by law to speak to my counselor and not be sent to Joe in Washington. These programs are run through state government as well and someone licensed in Washington may not be in Utah. The clinic also knows that calls are going somewhere else and shouldn’t it be Tony’s job to let his staff and clients know what is going on? If you miss you are to call your counselor ASAP which I did but Joe never got one of my 5 messages to Tony or my therapist. I then am now punished twice for something that is even more concerning that they still have done nothing. I left sobbing and felt the worst I have felt about myself for a long time as I finally myself even have line that I am working on to not let people like Tony completely disregard what I am saying and then threaten to cut me off from the program not because of anything but ego as if you were trying to call your doctor and kept on getting a voicemail for a man named Joe. What would you think it then when you asked about it you were told you did something wrong? Tony needs to be with another employee also maybe until he follows the state guidelines? I did not ever think people that are supposed to be helping others them become people that only want clients that allow them to run the place like they want not how it legally should be.

I've been going here for about a month now. It's been years since I've gone to a clinic. In the past I haven't had the greatest experiences at clinics due to many factors. Like having too many patients and/or lack of empathy. Their intake processes were always so ridiculous. They would make u jump through 100 hoops just to start dosing. And sometimes if you didn't meet their unrealistic qualifications they would turn u away and tell u to come back another day. But Tranquility Place has put those places to shame! The intake process is easy and painless and goes by quick! They get u to dose right away. They have dr's there each morning to help get u to a comfortable dose. The staff there is beyond helpful, professional, very sweet and personable. Very passionate about what they do there and it shows. Ive never felt judged and I've been met with a lot of compassion. I check in with my counselor maybe once a week for no more than 10-20 min at a time. Groups are available but not mandatory! Each time I dose im in and out in the blink of an eye. There is never a wait time when I come in to dose. I'm finally stable and my quality of life is already improving. I was against going back on methadone for a long time. But if u are anything like me and have had long term issues with opiates and u are considering a clinic, Tranquility Place is the clinic to go to! Trust me!

Wonderful folks who only want to help. Follow the rules and have a good experience. Thanks to these guys for helping so many. Be nice and they'll be nice back:) Update about a year later. I still can't say enough good about this location and the wonderful staff here. So much good can happen w the right attitude and accepting the help this place can offer. Money wasn't an issue, I paid out of pocket to start and they helped me get on benefits to ease the costs. But at no time did they turn me away for any reason. I am so grateful for these folks and the assistance they provide time and time again. They really do care so if you are living so hard and feel like no one cares give these places a chance and get help. Totally worth it.

Each employee at New Seasons has their own special quality. I've only been going 1yr and I know I'd be dead without them. What I love most is if you're having a deep conversation with someone, they never hesitate to share their own stuff if it applies. It's a personal experience not a robotic one. Each person is very special to me for different reasons. If I could change or improve anything it would be the turn over rate with Counselor's. Love you guys! MUAH 💋

My adopted daughters started really struggling once they hit their teen years and although they had great therapists at home, this was not sufficient for their struggles. Their life choices were escalating into scary situations and it was hard to consider out of home therapy placement. I'm so thankful I found Youth Cares as they truly care about children and getting to the root cause of their struggles. They taught my daughters really great DBT coping skills that will help them throughout life. My girls were treated with care and respect while in treatment. The therapists and staff are really great and made such a huge difference for our family. I'm so thankful for the online parenting group classes they offer that taught me so much and helped me to be a more effective parent!

I want to speak to all the parents who believe that when our children make mistakes, they can never be the same again. I want you to look at these photos of Roberto, a boy who was programmed to be a champion since the womb but whose adolescence and life experiences led him to make his own decisions, though not always the right ones. With the help of Youth Care and the full support of my husband, his siblings, and myself, his mother, he was able to find himself again. ♥️ We are also deeply grateful to the other families who were going through the same struggles and, by sharing their stories, helped us support each other. Thanks to Youth Care’s guidance, our perseverance, and Roberto’s wise decision, he has now been able to change his life or maybe return to the one that was always there since the day he was born. Is it worth it? Absolutely, more than you can imagine. Take the step. For us, the greatest gift Youth Care gave us was communication. We didn’t have it at the beginning but we eventually found it and with it came real change. A piece of advice: when they call you for the enrollment process, ask to attend the therapy sessions, especially the group ones. I miss them deeply. Today we are happy. Roberto is back to his lifelong sport, back by his own choice after 15 years of life. ♥️

Please proofread your reviews!! Incoherent rants do not help anyone determine anything about this place, it only makes the reviewer look like an idiot who can’t even write a proper English sentence. You are doing a disservice to everyone who might really need help determining which clinic is right for them. This is a serious medical decision that people are making that could have life and death consequences so please take your reviews more seriously and re-read them for spelling and grammatical errors. Otherwise keep your incomprehensible diatribes to yourself. We will all thank you for your help keeping our Community well.

Utah Addiction Centers truly saved my life. When I arrived, I was so spiritually bankrupt. I was truly a mess. I was battling my Mother's death and my Fiancé suicide. By the time I graduated the program, I was a strong empowered woman who found her center and spirituality again. I was transferred to Active Recovery in Centerville. I went from being homeless and hopeless to getting my own place and employment I love. Thank you from the bottom of my heart to all of the counselors and support personnel. This is a safe place of healing and love. Hope starts here! I recommend it to anyone who wants to start over. One phone call could change your life, it did mine. I will be eternally grateful 🙏 🥲

Utah Trauma has made a lasting impact on how I see myself and the way I treat the world. The amount of knowledge I gained from my stay at this treatment center is unreal. My initial intention when I landed at Utah Trauma was to create a much needed foundation I could grow from. Im writing this 2 weeks into the real world so the afterglow is still very strong from everything I gained from my experience at this house. I expected a very surface level of foundation than what I actually have now. I was more seeking a physical security rather than the emotional structure I now have. I feel more confident shaping my future with the tools I learned at Utah Trauma than I ever planned. Fully immersing myself into the world of self growth that this place had to offer opened my eyes to more truths about my past than I really imagined. Jumping into an inpatient treatment center has a ton of variables. The way this house is setup makes for so much more actual real world life lessons than the previous program I sat thru. I always felt a true level of compassion from the people that ran Utah Trauma during my stay no matter how hard it was for me to face whatever truth I was being presented. I couldn't have asked for more from this treatment facility. No matter the drama within the clients there was always a deep level of respect for how each patient felt about what was happening within the culture and I cant emphasize this enough. It's difficult to see passed the emotional lenses when drama is faced head on. Jeremy had an awesome approach with every person at this facility during my time here.

Since 2023, I have been under the care of Dr. Susi Dalanhese, a psychiatrist whom I highly recommend. Her thoroughness and exceptional demeanor set her apart from any other doctor I have encountered. She possesses a unique ability to genuinely listen, which was a significant improvement from my previous experiences with psychiatrists. Dr. Dalanhese consistently demonstrates a deep understanding of her patients' feelings and beliefs, and she actively incorporates feedback from guardians. Her commitment to patient well-being is evident in the comprehensive care she provides. Additionally, she is remarkably adept and approachable when assisting with administrative tasks, such as signing ADA accommodation forms. Her positive feedback and intelligence further enhance the patient experience. Dr. Dalanhese’s ability to manage complex situations with ease and her insightful guidance truly make her an outstanding medical professional.

After my husband tried multiple medications, years of talk therapy, CT scans, MRI’s, and saw countless doctors for different issues- we FINALLY got to the root of it all: his brain. By addressing the core—his neurological function—we’ve found true healing from his depression, anxiety, ADHD, & addictions. Those painful cycles are over, as this has given us the tools to actually work through them. It’s been a long 7 years watching him suffer & feel disconnected, and now I’m finally seeing my husband be HIMSELF again. That means everything to me. His quality of life has done a complete 180. He’s able to function optimally! He is healthy- and most importantly he’s happy. We finally found the help needed to recover and truly heal his brain, and we owe it to NeuroLife.

Absolutely life-changing. I couldn't really have done it without them because of what they do here at neural life healing and it's just absolutely phenomenal. It's well worth the money and we'll worth your time because on all honesty. It's not that much time. It may be every day, but it's not that much time. .there were some days that I wanted more or longer sessions. Also, because I felt comfortable with the people providing the care and also because the care was amazing.

These guys are awesome, if your ready to get clean. If you want to keep getting high, go to the one that rhymes with fart. These guys know their stuff, understand addiction, and will work with you to get you sober. If you want a clinic that doesn't care and will let you do what you want, this isn't the place. I had an experience where they showed me this first hand. The level on one of my tests was out of whack, so they started doing my dose do make sure all was well. Once things were sstraightened or, the stabilized me for the first time ever. Now I'm good without dope. 5 years at fart and nothing, I come here and within a month, I'm stable. This is unlike any other clinic I've been to. No lines around the block, no staff talking down to you. Exactly what I needed.

Mediocre therapy center. "when things aren't well with my husband or family, therapy tends to be more about me than my client." That is what my therapist told me 2x in person. How unprofessional! I was paying $112 an hour at the time. I left a vm for the office manager Amanda at the time and never got a call back. Since I got unprofessional treatment, an object thrown at me and sarcasm in therapy; I want to know if I could get some of my money back. Apparently you cannot report a therapist to the state of Utah that is an intern who is pursuing their masters degree. If the office management does not address the "interns" unethical behavior, how many other patients are experiencing poor treatment? I am calling by regence blue cross to describe my experience with Alpine centers.

I attended Youth Care from 2000-2003. I am 32 and have a beautiful daughter, a well paying job that I'm passionate about, and a great outlook on life. While there were aspects of Youth Care Incoperated that were useful for me, my overall experience was traumatizing. In February of 2001 my parents where at there wits end, and talked to an educational consultant. I was skipping school, running away, and in and out of hospitals. YCI was recommended and 'escorts' soon came to my house in the middle of the night and made sure I made it to Utah. I was at this facility for 2.5 years. The treatment team "didn't feel comfortable" graduating me. In the summer of 2003 the treatment team told my parents "there was nothing more they could do for me." Meanwhile I developed a very hopeless and pessimistic attitude towards my future, and my life. Phone calls where monitored, and staff would hang the phone up for me if I wanted to talk to my parents about anything negative having to do with YCI. I room

I went here when I was 17. I am 22 now and to this day still very deeply disturbed by what happened to me here. I was admitted here for self harm tendencies and suicidal ideation. My stay was about 5 months. During my stay: • I was tackled and restrained by 5 male staff so agressively that they pulled my muscles and bruised me, all because I grabbed a granola bar without permission. • I went hungry most days because I have a bad dairy allergy and they refused to give me a different meal if the food they made contained dairy (which was most meals). They said my allergy was made up and attention seeking and refused to call my parents for confirmation. • I watched the staff cook with expired visibly moldy cheese and ridicule anyone who didn't want to eat it. The kids who ate it got very sick and were forced to go to class and activities WHILE vomitting into buckets and bags. •They misdiagnosed me with a disorder that I now know (with confirmation from multiple psychiatrists) I do NOT have, and because of this diagnosis, I was treated as though everything I said was a lie made up for attention. They wouldn't even look at me if I was emotional in any way. They would also stop other patients from supporting me. Some staff even yelled at me if I had a panic attack or PTSD flashback. I became terrified of showing emotion to the point of physical illness. There was another patient who got diagnosed with this disorder and they frequently tackled and restrained her so bad it didnt even look like a restraint, more like they were just beating her. She constantly had bruises and wounds in different stages of healing from this. • I was roomed with another female patient who was constantly talking about inappropriate adult topics for hours at night while I tried to sleep. When I asked the MALE staff that were working to please make her stop because I was tired and it was a triggering topic, they ridiculed me and said I just needed to get over it. When I pointed out how disgusting it was that they were not only allowing it but sitting there listening to it, they threw me in solitary confinement (a tiny concrete room with literally nothing but bright LED lights and a camera). • There were TWO separate instances of kids literally breaking their ankle during a sport. Despite both instances expressing crippling pain, the inability to walk, and EXTREME bruising and swelling, the staff refused to provide medical care and told them to sleep it off. In both instances they didnt recieve any medical care until their parents pulled them from the program. These are just scraping the surface. This place is evil. There are much better places. I was in a long term facility before this one that got shut down for having so many violations, and even that facility was 1000x better than this place. This is truly the bottom of the barrel. Don't do it 🙏

My child suffered a lot of trauma and abuse from his biological family. There have always been a multitude of behaviors we have struggled to work with. We have used and consulted with many specialists and only saw minimal improvements if any over the years. Benchmark was the only facility out of at least 35 contacted nationwide that would accept our son. His therapist met him where he was, established a meaningful relationship, set high expectations and held him accountable for his actions. Communication with the parents from the facility was impeccable, as was the care he received. Our son now has an opportunity to be a self- supporting, happy adult, and family member. He now has the skills and tools he needs to manage his emotions. We will be forever grateful to the entire team at Benchmark, but especially to his therapist.

I have been a client here since 22 and I have had nothing but problems. I get canceled on all the time. But if your in drug court they expect you to be there and on time but once you become a client off the drug court they no longer do things correctly. Alot of hassal and promises broken. If you break the rules your in trouble but if they do nothing happens. It should go both ways not just one. Also i have to state they don't work with you if your having problems like your father having heart failure and your mother having cancer. Also college they want you to fail.
