My 16 year old son just returned home from Copper Hills Youth Center after a 15 month stay. I'm giving the 5 stars for the following people:
First of all, Jessica at the front desk is 100% amazing. If you need anything done, talk to her first, she genuinely cares about the kids and their families.
Next, my son's therapist, Isaac Brown, was the best therapist my son has ever had, and there have been several! Isaac never gave up on our son, was respectful and kind to him no matter what happened, and very patient with him. He developed a trusting relationship with our son which is not easy to do.
We tackled some difficult things during family therapy and Isaac walked us all through it with grace and skill.
The difference in our ability to communicate with each other is huge and will hopefully allow us to have a successful transition back to 'normal' life. My son says that when he went into the facility a year ago, he was mad at everyone and everything, and now he doesn't have any anger anymore and has a much more positive outlook on his life. Thank you Isaac!
The nursing staff was great (although there were several times my son was treated for something and we were never called), and Dr. Marshall was exceptional as well.
The stay was not perfect, but that is hard in a facility like this.

Marie Snow is fabulous. She’s compassionate and devoted to her patients. She’s saved my life many times. The admin at JWFC is difficult to work with. Confusing, not user friendly and their policies are so strict that they tend to drive people away. Marie is why I’m still there. Update: Marie Snow still the best practictioner! New ownership, they're improving things, but the nternet in the building still doesn't work well for guests, and the staff though overwhelmed, seems to at least try. Lucinda Howes is hands down the best therapist I've ever had. My family is very neurodiverse and she is incredibly knowledgeable in our realm. I feel incredible love from her for my family and me.
I also like the office ladies! Marci and Emily are super sweet and understanding and they make you feel like they're "in your corner". I never really ran into other office people, so I can't say anything about them or if they even exist.

This place just knows how to detox someone. My wife is there now and I could not be happier with the philosophy and treatment of a detoxing addict. The staff is incredable they treat you with dignity and respect (the two things imparitive for a successful stay). They just truely get it. I am so impressed with this place I would recommend it to anyone. They take care of your every need and the staff truely cares about your well being.
