Since my time at pathways I have been given a whole new outlook on life, the staff is full of the kindest and most caring individuals you'll ever meet. They've gone above and beyond to make a difference in my life. Both the inpatient and outpatient programs are incredible and for me were absolutely needed. They have truly made a deep and lasting impact on my life and I cannot express how grateful I am to the wonderful therapists and staff members. They have honestly saved my life. I have made so many incredible changes in my life and I owe it all to Pathways. The Pathways inpatient facility gave me more than physical safety and care—it gave me something I had never truly known before: true emotional safety. The entire staff worked together to help me grow in the three areas of life that must be engaged—mind, body, and spirit. I walked in carrying a heavy prejudice against all men, but it was three men in particular who ended up aiding me the most, showing me that at our core, we really are all just human. My main therapist, Daryl, guided me through reshaping my mindset and digging into my past to uncover my deepest wounds. He stood by me on one of the most emotionally painful days of my life, and I will never forget Destiny—one of the incredible nurses—literally running after him as he was about to head home, just so he could be there for me in that moment. Dr. Sellers provided me with the best medical care I could have asked for. He never rushed through visits, always taking the time to explain not just what he was doing, but why—making sure I understood and felt safe with my treatment. I also want to thank Dawn, a powerhouse nurse who believed in my strength even when I couldn’t see it myself, and who pushed me to rise to the challenge. Michael Ryan gave me the gift of faith and clarity in my higher power. He challenged me in ways I desperately needed, helping me confront the destructive core beliefs that caused me so much suffering and turn them upside down. He gave me the tools to question my own thoughts, and to approach them with both curiosity and compassion. Somehow, even in the middle of facing the hardest truths, he still managed to make me laugh and feel safe. I would also like to thank Lonnie, whose powerful meditation sessions left a deep impact on me. His encouragement meant so much because it came from a place of such authenticity. To all of you—thank you not just for changing my life, but for teaching me how to truly live it to the fullest.

There are many wonderful organizations and people in service to helping others with treatment and recovery. For me, the right fit was, is, and will continue to be Pathways. These folks are authentic in their desire to help change lives. They are some of the most remarkable humans I have been blessed with coming across in life. They are talented and skilled, and well equipped to meet mental health and substance abuse needs. They are particularly experienced with integrating well-rounded trauma focused treatment, using a variety of evidence based treatment modalities. Pathways staff AND clients create a safe space of healing and growth, and a place of acceptance and belonging, and without judgement. As a pathways client, I feel a sense of unity, community, and unyielding support. Pathways has LITERALLY saved my life. They have helped me find healing, and open doors to change my life. They have equipped me with the confidence, strength, tools, and understanding of my root influences to my recovery needs to live a new life, my best life! A life of healing and happiness I have never experienced before. I will be in eternal gratitude for this very sacred organization. The staff are fantastic with the residents! They are caring, attentive, and truly dedicated to making sure each person feels supported and valued. The facility not only provides excellent care but also continues to be a valuable resource for the community. It’s clear they go above and beyond in creating a safe, welcoming, and compassionate environment. I’m grateful for the difference they are making every day.

DO NOT SEND YOUR LOVED ONES HERE. How the hell does this place have 4 stars? Everyone in Burley knows to not send your family here. This place needs to be shut down, I have no idea how it is still running. My grandma entered this facility a couple of years ago after a bad fall, every single time that I went to visit her I was shocked at the behavior of the staff, unmet needs of the patients, and disgusting conditions of the facility. You must be buzzed into this facility, during one visit I waited at the door after buzzing for a nurse to come open it. After waiting a few minutes and no one showing up, I buzzed again. Right next to the door that I was waiting at, was a window that lead into the room where the nurses buzz you in. They must not have realized the window was open, because they started laughing about how “they were going to make this one wait” and started just generally talking shit about the people who come up to buzz the door. Let me repeat this: The nurses at this facility were audibly talking shit about visitors who were there to see their sick loved ones. Another time, I went in to visit my grandmother and when I walked into her room I was horrified. There was trash overflowing in the bin, and a huge sticky spill on the tile floor that looked like someone had spilled some sort of juice, hadn’t bothered to clean it up for days and walked over it with their muddy shoes. My grandma was in distress, saying she had been calling the nurse for 20 minutes (they didn’t bother to cover her feet when they put a blanket on her so she was cold, and she needed to use the restroom) I had to track down a nurse who told me my grandmas nurse would be in “soon”. When her nurse finally arrived, all she wanted to talk about was my uncle who she had apparently dated in high school. Incessantly asking me questions about my uncle, while my grandma sits there and suffers. Finally, I redirected her to my grandma and when she walked into the room and saw my face looking at the state of it, she told me “oh someone’ll clean this up eventually!”. This is a MEDICAL FACILITY, my grandmas room shouldn’t have a sticky dirty mess covering the floor. On the other hand, they completely neglected her while she was there. She fell out bed at least once if not twice, after waiting so long for a nurse to help her use the restroom that she couldn’t wait anymore and attempted to go herself. I also on multiple occasions witnessed patients half dressed, or patients who had soiled themselves sitting out in the hallway as if they were on time out, waiting for someone to clean them up. Another important point: this place makes money based off of how many beds it fills. They purposefully understaff their facility to maximize profits, which is 100% reflected in the lack of care they have for their patients. Finding a nurse in this place is a tedious task, and walking around the halls you hear cries from almost every room of a patient begging for a nurse. This place is a horror movie. DO NOT SEND YOUR LOVED ONES HERE.

Amazing campus! Great staff!

As a professional in the industry, I had the opportunity to tour this beautiful facility. The staff was very welcoming and provided me with great details about their program as they showed me around the buildings, explaining what they could offer to the adolescents they work with. I loved the "adopt a cat" program and the equine services that they offer to their students. It was clear that their mission was to provide excellent treatment to their clients, aiming to set them up for success upon leaving.

The team is very warm and welcoming. They are very professional and passionate about helping kids grow and develop.

I learned coping skills that I never thought even existed and I was able to learn how to connect with people and communicate in effective manners. I also learned about resources that I can use when I am outside of Annie's house as well and I learned it all at annie's

Amazing staff, amazing therapists, and amazing clients. Annie's house has been life saving. Such a homie environment and the best treatment in salt lake valley.

It was such a pleasant experience. I really enjoyed all of the therapy, education, recreation therapy and meetings that we went through. I thought that staff was exceptional and helpful. Everyone was so eager to pursue the success of this journey that I experienced at Annie's House. I am so grateful! I learned how to love myself in such a way that I haven't since maybe I was a young child. I feel so liberated and free! I have a connection with my higher power and that is all because of you guys!! Thank you for a new start and letting me come back!.
