My son is currently awaiting transport to check in at Cirque Lodge, later today. Forget about it! Every single person I've spoken with (Cara, Tyson, Emily, Cherney, and Natalia - in chronological order of speaking with) have been compassionate, skilled, efficient, and any other glowing words one might use to compliment a fellow human being. I am at a failure to adequately express my gratitude for Cirque Lodge for all they have already done to ensure that my son can receive the exemplary care I know that they provide. If you have addiction issues I can safely say this qualifies as: Not to be missed ♾️✨🪷✨♾️

My loved one came in Nov 23 and left in Feb 24. If you’re loved one struggles with addiction and is looking for hope this is place to go!!! I did a family week around Christmas. I will tell you that it was an enlightening experience for me. The lectures were amazing, family systems is by far my favorite. I opened my mind to concepts and thoughts I had been unwilling to look at for decades. Thank you!

I have been an addict for a very long time and this place has kept me sober. I graduated about six months ago, and I have remained sober. I highly recommend coming here. You won’t regret it. ❤️

So far I have been attending Pomarri Treatment center for about a month at the Orem location. From silver creek to the Pomarri treatment this place is my “saving grace” . Every single person from what I can see really cares about each and every single client that walks through that door. I have been to a handful of treatments throughout my addiction and by far this one is the best. I literally look forward to coming to group!!! In a month I have learned so many crucial and valuable skills already, from coping skills, DBT skills and really life skills . I’m excited to see what the rest of my journey will be here but one thing is for sure if you are looking for a treatment that’s different from the traditional treatments that takes medicaid then give Pomarri a shot !!

This is where my sobriety journey began, though I did not complete my month here and stay sober I have now been sober for two and a half years and I would love to work for these guys one day.

Wow, what an amazing time I have had! Flying in from North Carolina, MK, Sean and Becca were really helpful and respectful of my needs for sobriety. MK, guided me through Admissions and played a key part during my time at Pinnacle. I was worried at first that this facility was just like any other rehabs. Just a common money grab, but to my surprise Pinnacle really wants the best for you. After coming from NextStep Detox, I was greeted by Anthony and Sean! They gave me a great orientation and the clients gave me a warm welcome! Becca and Sean over saw our programming and were very helpful with personal development and were very attentive regarding outside needs during treatment. If I needed to see my legal team or doctors, etc. Becca and Sean would take took time out of their schedule to assist me. The support staff are very friendly, they treated me like I was their best friend. If I got out of line the support staff would help correct me in a way that wasn’t punitive. Anthony and Brooke are both in recovery and so is most staff, they really cared about your sobriety, and will guide you through recovery. The food scene is amazing, nutritious and very healthy. Chef Ed is off the chart, a great chef. I’m not a salmon fan, but he made me a delicious meal to substitute for Salmon! Chef Ed picks fresh foods, so nothing is old or boring! The Interns, and therapists really want to see you be successful. My therapist Julie has gone above and beyond when it came to help my mental health. Her approach to mental health is really awe inspiring. I really appreciate Cassie, Cory and Londyn help as well! The activities are made to help you feel comfortable while working on yourself. Troy, MK, Sean and Becca have built a truly remarkable treatment facility. From Mental Health treatment, to the recreational activities, their passion to help clients are more than I expected. What an incredible journey recovery has been! I came to this place—and wow, I’ve never experienced anything so beautiful in my life. The people who work here are truly extraordinary—so kind, compassionate, and full of love. Honestly, they feel like angels walking among us. I’ve never felt so deeply cared for and loved by people who didn’t even know me.

Pinnacle Recover is amazing. All of the staff go over the top to meet your expectations. The program gives you everything you need to achieve your goals and gives you all the tools you need to help you in recovery. The food is outstanding, Chef Ed is so compassionate about his cooking. I've never had a well balanced diet as good as it was at Pinnacle. The activities you get to enjoy are so much fun. Sober softball, hiking, bowling, batting cages, ice baths, open mic night are some of my favorites. The facility is more than adequate, its an amazing house that is filled with comfort. Overall, Pinnacle has changed my life in so many positive ways. I feel as if my life is starting over and I get the opportunity to be happy again. Shout out to Katie my therapist for all the help and knowledge she has given me. I'm ready to go out into the world and face all the challenges it brings head on. Thank you Pinnacle!!

This place works! Every piece of this place is perfectly designed to work in tandem. Maple Mountain saved my life.

Not helpful at all. The income based billing is based on ur household income. Married or room mates, sharing finances or not...if they live there u must supply their income with yours or be placed in highest billing tier by default. Insurance plans do not cover 3 nites of classes for anywhere near the # of weeks this program requires as a minimum. But....haha insurance also does not cover the bill of any services rendered by a non certified, not credentialed provider (Which happens to be a large percentage of the employees at this agency). Contracted to work thru a certain date beyond their graduation they are allowed to work under the study of certified clinicians as they take classes to test & be certified. Before they test & earn their certificate they are no more than an employee that aspires to be a clinician. Not to say that a non credentialed provider in this profession can't rock their job. Some likely deserve the title more than a fellow certified staff member with a certificate framed on their office wall. It's the kind of job one is born to do, destined to become type thing. They will make a change in people. Ain't nothing gunna change that. But BCBS says they ain't qualified & they won't pay & ain't nothing gunna change that. I have long since been done with their programs. I do encounter many current patients and employees in my job however & from the outside looking in the whole pyramid of people involved in the top of the food chain so to speak is a big conflict of interetest. There is no freedom of choosing your provider. There is something so wrong with that. Especially when 1 agency says you qualify based on a points system for level t treatment. The provider that u can afford finds that u need level 3. Level 3 seems to be a 1 size fits all program. A traffic violation that got out of hand to a sex offender with victim under age 10 are all in 1 group. Told to exchange numbers & lean on one another for support they by contract if on probation cannot associate with any other member in the group whom is also on probation or has ever been in trouble with out risk of a violation. And finally if in a therapeutic place & need to disclose things (get to the core of the issues that have ultimately led to self destructive behaviors) who is going to feel safe to share in a room where a probation officer sits and takes notes. Just there to observe and suggest add ons. Follow clients out after class, approach them in regards to matters shared that are not allowed per probation rules. I for one say it's not a safe place & cannot believe it is allowed. Just sayin. But I told them to get bent & served my time vs sit in their circle. But that's just me.

Alpine taught me so much about myself and how to handle others. Great experience, always an activity happening. The staff genuinely cares and will bend over backwards for anyone. Heather is the glue to alpine. And darren will always make sure you’re fed ;) love the alpine guys and would recommend this place to anyone struggling!

I am grateful, happy, and hopeful. Before I arrived at Ardu' I was lost in pain and self destruction. From day one I felt recognized not just as a patient but as a person. The Ardu' staff was professional, kind, and compassionate. The meals compared to a five star restaurant, and the classes were engaging and motivational. Highly recommend this treatment center! They have a very special thing going on there. Go in with a open mind and heart and you will leave with so many new skills and hope!

Ardu literally saved my life. Ardu is just not a business with employees. It is a home with family. They truly care about your wellbeing and will do everything in their power to help you. They show you ow to live life again in healthy ways. If you want to get clean this is the place to go. I am almost 2 years clean and I know there is no way I would have made it with out them.

Cirque lodge saved my life. Truly a wonderful experience from my therapist Aaron to the aftercare program with Jen, truly saved my life and I will be forever grateful. This program by far is the best Rehab facility in the country. My life was changed after being there for 56 days. The professional staff, attention to detail, intense therapy, and process groups all helped in my transformation on my road in recovery. They also included my family in the process, because this is a family dis-ease… I highly recommend Cirque…if you seriously want to stop drinking or drugging, are willing to be openminded, honest, and willing…this is the place for you. New roads is an amazing program. I received so much help & healing Even just in the few months I attended IOP there. More so than I was ever able to obtain at any of my other programs. My therapist was absolutely amazing, and they all worked extremely hard to make sure I had everything I needed. The Dr's and all the staff are very kind and knowledgeable. They genuinely want to help people who are struggling. It's a different kind of program in its very own special way and I greatly recommend it to anyone struggling. The staff is great about helping you navigate your way so you are able to receive the most beneficial treatment for yourself. I encourage you not to hesitate to call. My LO never had the opportunity to receive treatment here, but I can't say enough good things about Natalia who works at intake. My son was arrested due to his mental illness. In a frustrating system, Natalia was a shining light who worked hard to help my son get treatment instead of prison. She wrote multiple letters to the judge, New Roads came out and did assessments and validated my questions and concerns. If the actual facility listens and cares like she did, I am sure the place would be amazing. It came highly recommended to me from various parents whose loved one's were able to recover, thanks to New Roads. I truly wish my son could have received the help that he needs from a place like this. Unfortunately, our country still has a long way to go in the criminalization of those suffering with a serious mental illness. Thanks New Roads for all that you tried to do and especially Natalia.
