Very friendly from the moment I walked in.The security guards are wonderful.The nurses are wonderful.Everybody greets you with a smiling face.My counselor is great His name is Mark A., and he will help you with anything you need help with. I'm really blessed to have him as my counselor and blessed to get in this program if your serious about recovery and you don't want to buy that crap in the streets please give this place a try I just take it one day at a time hopefully I can come back and leave a post in the future you can't rush greatness one day at a time.. keep coming back.. it works if You work it .. Much love and Respect to anyone trying to get clean

I was a Patient there for approximately 9 months. A Wonderful Atmosphere and you re surrounded by ppl who Really Care.Especially the Counselors, My Counselor in Particular. Her Name was Jenn. A Wonderful Person and an Absolute Dear young Lady.She was Extremely informative and Knows just how to make you feel Comfortable and Cared For.I was going through a Rough patch, but looked Forward to my meetings with her every week and Every time I left her office, I ALWAYS FELT BETTER AND FELT LIKE SOMEONE CARED..I can Honestly Say, Meeting Jenn was a Highlight of my Time there.I only left there because I found a place Much Closer to my home out East.But my Counselor there will always be close to my heart.And I Thank Her Dearly.All in all, a Wonderful Place to Get Clean and Stay Clean

Used these services for a loved one in crisis. Chris was incredibly helpful at guiding us through the full process of the intervention, providing a consultative approach towards finding the right facility, and mediating some of the difficult questions during the actual process.Likewise, the approach allowed us to focus on my loved one, not make a difficult moment about ourselves, and gave us the right playbook to get our message across.

I am so grateful that we found this place! Chris helped guide us as a family to work with our loved one and really took the time to understand our situation and listened to us. We have followed their recommendations and program suggestions and have been very happy with the results. We would highly recommend!

Dr. Kareem, Dr. Sytner, Angel, and all the nurses that have cared for my father over the years are PHENOMENAL. They are absolutely amazing and kind, they treat my father with a ton of respect and care. Best VA Hospital ever. The social workers are amazing too Manny has helped us tremendously.

I had a VA card never put my info for assability or cash I am a1995 cratonal naval and marine Bronx veteran my divastion wasa confinement at a young age over a friend I digged for 9/11 on a corrections bus in Manhattan. I've been to the 9/11 mamorial. I flew last yr to Santo Domingo La Republic Dominica. October 13 2023 until October 22 2023. Am with the WellLife Network paitaints. You didn't give me a chance to explain. You said I was a veteran. I gave my EBT and social security card number and date of birth certificate from poul otiz commander. My NYS ID is 181 658 857 Steve Manuel Santana date of birth certificate is 07/29/1982. I tried to explain ...........Bronx records been throw a heck of a fight with my family by my side. The Afghanistan war was very hard I want July 25 ,2024 and was turn down I don't know if I have a VA card and family or friend are tapping it. Wish to enroll in James j peter medical center veterans home care.

I have been going to this Bronx VA location since 1988, when it was my very 1st visit to the ER. The Dr's and nurses gave me exceptional treatment, both in the ER and as inpatient. I didn't start using this facility again until about 2019. And let me tell you that for me nothing has changed. I still receive excellent care both as inpatient and outpatient. It's has far better quality than Montefiore!!!!

Great Place for drug abuse and management

This clinic isn't perfect by any means, but it is better than any other one I've ever been on. They give you the "cherry" syrup methadone instead of the b.s. water kind, they don't force you to do i.o.p. or groups or anything like that. And the line is usually not too bad all things considered. I'd recommend it to anyone that wants the help. Also, they offer a lot of help with other aspects of your life including employment and mental health services, as well as helping you with getting your foodstamps or medicaid turned on if you need that. Haven't met any staff member there that hasn't gone above and beyond for me to help with every issue that has come up.UPDATE: so I've been on and off this program like 4 or 5 times. On it now. And of course since the last time I was there which was about 2 years ago there is only one or two of the same staff there. Big turnover rate. But seems like alot of less people on the program or maybe more people getting take home bottles because there is never a line when I go. And they don't allow anyone to "hangout" for like 4 blocks in any direction to prevent the b.s. that goes on outside every clinic in America. I gotta say it's still the best spot I've been to and I've been on at least 5 different ones in ny and nj

I've been to several methadone clinics and Greenwich House is by far the best. Staff is very friendly, accommodating, and professional. If you're looking for a methadone clinic go here, dont waste your time anywhere else. I was medicated on the first day. They dont force you to go to groups. The counselors are very helpful and they have on site medical and mental health services.Update!Today, 7/17/23, was my last day at Greenwich House. A few months ago I had been on 210 mg of methadone for about 4 years and decided it was time to get off. So I began to taper down relatively fast dropping 10 mg per week. When I got to 20 mg I slowed down to 5 mg decreases per week. Anyway, when I got down to 5 mg I decided to go down to 2 mg and that was today. I got my weeks worth of 2 mg bottles and when they're gone I'll be totally off methadone. I did this with no withdrawal symptoms or cravings. And I have not touched dope since I began the program on 4/27/19. I'm so proud of myself and this is a total success story. There is such a stigma about methadone. People say it's like "liquid handcuffs" or that it controls your life and it's impossible to get off and it's just replacing one drug with another, but I'm proof that none of that is true. Methadone saved my life and when I felt I didn't need it anymore I got off, simple as that. I would like to thank my counselor Sophia and Marlene from the medical department for both always being so supportive and accommodating. They genuinely care about all of their patients and deserve mentioning although all the staff is very caring, helpful and professional. I cannot recommend this place enough if you are struggling with addiction. They WILL help you.

Excellent place, I am very attentive, they are as if they were waiting for you to give you their attention and excellent attention from the train security on the outside of the site.

They do so much for the community of paterson my daughter got her culinary training here and they also great helping people that are in need of a place to eat or shelter the staff are really wonderful God Bless all the Eva Village staff
