I had a very unnerving experience today. After calling beforehand, I was told they take donations. She did not specify anything in particular. So I loaded my car and made my 80 mile trek. When I arrived at TBAG Ranch no one was out back to unload. I saw the sign that said clothes only. So I got my box out of the car and set it by the door. Before I could get back to my car, an individual came out of the door and proceeded to take pictures of my license plate. I said what, ?? He very rudly said you cannot dump it needs to be brought in.
I said I did not know that as I had never been there before.
So I took the box inside and asked him what the deal was with the photo. He said I'm reporting you for dumping!! I said I did not dump it, I brought it in as he asked. He was so very rude. I took the rest of my donations to other Thrift Stores in Bismarck who gratefully accepted my donations. I won't be back to donate OR shop at this place. Christ centered?? Hmmm.

I was here from April 28 to October 30 2020, I am so grateful to have gone here, I don't know where I would be if I did not come to the ranch, I want to thank the supervisors, staff leaders, and everyone else, you took great care of us. When I was there I got covid I had I had 1 on 1 time with the staff we played Mario cart and just dance we went into the gym it was the perfect place to be. When i grow up I would love to be like all of you.

Went here with my wife for marriage help. What a waste of time. They do not care what is the cause of the issue only care what you want to happen or complete. Deb Bosch did not have the time or day to listen to what was causing issues. She only cared what we wanted to accomplish. She needs to listen to all issues to help. Wasted $150 for 45 min of time when I paid for 1 1/2 hours.

I have never made such a sincere and honest effort to try getting help before my life spiraled out of control and at every turn they have thrown up a road block.
