My son detoxed there and said the bed and room were comfy, the food was good and the staff were professional, caring by the book.

This is a really grate place for recovery! This was my first time at a recovery facility And the staff Bernard and Ayana and brandee are great people My therapist was Deveic And they really did take care of me at this place I wanna thank them so much and I highly recommend it for anybody going through mental health or addiction problems.

Brandee is always on point and so helpful and cares about everyone there! The techs Bernie, George, and Tia made the stay enjoyable! Brad was a great therapist as well! Brad was a great therapist and I got a lot out of my stay here! Highly recommend!

This place is a joke. Was never given a tour or seen my room for over 8hrs from time of arrival. They misplaced the U/a test. Food was awful. The place felt like work release/jail or halfway housing at best. They have triggering music, triggering videos, triggering people, and semi-hostile, manipulative employees. This place lacks empathy and spirit. Lots of wandering by all the attendees. I was here less than 20hrs for non substance related issues. It didn't take long to see there are much better places to go. The next morning when I decided to leave there was another individual also leaving for a slew of problems related to mind. The following week I received a small bill from omnicare regarding a 14count bottle of medicine that I never received. Also when you leave the facility if they had prescribed a medication to you they give you the remaining leftover when you leave but I wasn't even aware that medication had been taken out in my name. I called omnicare and they contacted the pharmacy and was told that a person/nurse at the dfw location took out a 14 count of medicine @ 11:39pm while I was still sleeping and that it had not been returned as of 1 week later. Fast forward from 8/06/2026-9/25/2026 and the medication has still not been returned and no one from promises has yet to return our calls. Also when I went to leave the following morning I had to wait for brandee to wake up because my personal property had not been locked up in a box. it was sitting in the admission lady's office adjacent to brandees with the bag not sealed. The only thing this place offered were broken promises.

Brandee Jones, Sherrod, Bernard, George, is the reason why these disorders are not healing. Yusuff would let me hear Gospel music. The rest made me have anxiety because they didn't have the right professional skills to work and handle people with the love of God like Yusuff. I appreciate Kristen though she tried a lot. Brandee Jones don't keep his word. Pray to God for healing not attend here. Jesus win and won.
