The Radiology Tech was very helpful and kind. There needs to be a sign when you enter the main hospital if you're coming in for a procedure you need to go to the ER because there is no one to register you.

Best Rehab you could possibly go to. I went to Ace Recovery after detox, flew there from Florida actually. Initially was staying for 30 days, but after about a week I decided to stay for 60. I could truly feel being there would change the direction of my life. I am eternally grateful for the beautiful space they have there, and the classes and meetings that they have set up. They really have a fantastic program that is so well rounded, programs all over the country should be modeled after it. Jeff is an absolute Saint and a spectacular mentor, grateful I got to learn so much from such an inspiring and insightful man. I could talk all day about how wonderful it was honestly, God flows through this program, grateful I was given the opportunity to experience it myself. Blessings and Love!

What Magnolia did for me was showing me the path step by step to recovery. That was exactly what I needed, they taught me the basic stuff and also the most complex one and now here I am completely recovered.

I got my wife (and life) back! I love her more than anything, but I’d be lying if I said she made it easy. She would have left if the staff hadn’t encouraged her to stick it out. They made her the priority when they could have easily cast her aside and given up on her. A lot of people did, but they didn’t!

I want to begin by saying that the medical staff at this VA location truly deserve recognition — this has been the best experience I’ve ever had with the VA. My primary care provider, Nancy Kelly, is incredibly compassionate. She genuinely listens to my concerns, takes meaningful action, and makes me feel both heard and respected. I actually prefer seeing Nancy over my civilian provider at Prisma because of the outstanding care she provides. My physical therapist, Catherine Houston, was absolutely phenomenal. She listened attentively to my needs and helped me progress from barely being able to walk or put weight on my leg, to being back in the gym — and even running again. Very few people show the level of dedication and care that she does. I’m incredibly grateful for this team and feel truly blessed to be in the care of professionals who are so committed to veterans’ health and recovery.

I became a patient of crossroads back in 2018. At first I was problematic, not doing well but I also wasn’t doing anything that I was supposed to. Once I actually worked the program I began to excel. I was one of the few lucky ones who had the same counselor my entire time there. But thanks to her I am who I am today. And now I myself am a counselor at a methadone clinic! Methadone saves lives, and it definitely saved mine!

Yes I have been here since 2004 I have seen many changes in that time... About 3 and half years ago I transferred to Myrtle Beach treatment specialist .... I DONT RECOMMEND THAT ! I just transferred back here to Crossroads and they have changed so much for the BETTER. I'm actually 20 mgs lower then I was at Myrtle Beach treatment. IM NO LONGER SICK, AND NOT USING !!! Within a week of being back at crossroads my dose was starting to work again ... Everyday I was sick and dosing at Myrtle Beach treatment. AND I WAS AT 120.???? Here I'm at 100 and the medicine is actually WORKING... SO PLEASE BELIEVE ME , STAY AT C.O.H OR CROSSROADS... The medicine not only doesn't work at the other clinic ,but if you have blue cross you end up paying 120 a month .. Here it's only 30 a month... IM SO GLAD I GAVE THIS PLACE A SECOND CHANCE... The director is GREAT. The whole staff is great... I love my counselor here. They have updated their facility too... I give crossroads 💯.

Great place to go. Get through the line pretty quick. They guest dose methadone without issue as long as your counselor contacts them.cost to dose is 13 a day. I know they accept medicaid and blue shield blue cross. Only methadone clinic in the area the next closest one I belive is in north carolina but I'm not sure.great staff

Hard to believe Camp Bennettsvilles still around. Was a good place for me 25 yrs ago taught me alot

My baby boy is in this facility...it made me extra sad today leaving without him!! I'ma continue to be strong but even the strong gets weak

Have had nothing but solid care from this clinic. I don't even live in the States but go back once a year. I make the appointment months in advance online. They send reminders. Staff and Doctors are perfectly fine. If I need to change the date/time for some reason (I usually do), there is never an issue. It's a solid clinic for sure. See ya' in two weeks!

My first visit to the Rock Hill Clinic this afternoon! Very positive experience. Check-in was easy and polite. NP (Doc) Doran was excellent, very interested and aggressive (in a positive way) in obtaining my L-O-N-G medical history. Her technical asst. Erica was great as well. I feel like I was in the company of two Professional ALL-STARS!!!!

Noticed all the bad reviews have 2 or 3 things in common 1- Felt there should've been (more) reminders to not miss the app. 2- Didn't like their tone. 3- Were tthere 1 or more years ago. Maybe they took these criticisms to heart last year, which is a little before I started visiting, since I get an almost annoying amount of reminders (phone, email, etc) and everyone treats me like family. But I'd like to address these complaints in order: 1- Aren't you a veteran? Have you no shame? When I'm told I'm due anywhere, by anyone, I just need the time/place/uniform from them (uniform= the "why" in the civi world). Sound familiar? I like that they "over-do" it with the reminders now, because missed apps are costly and disruptive, you're inability to manage your schedule and meet your own commitments means less available app slots for me and the rest of us who respected our battle buddies enough to not make them drag us out of the barracks to formation late. You got the last existing phone without a calendar/reminder function?🤨 Grow up, take responsibility, you're embarrassing us. Do push-ups😂 2- People should be nice to each other, but that also means compassion. If you need your health providers to kiss your butt and say my pleasure to every thank you they hear, you're also not being very compassionate. Don't be rude, sure, but as a former healthcare worker experienced in managing Karens, I can tell you the job is hard and underpaid enough to not have any time for extra "retail courtesy", that obviously fake level of servant-like submission to your "masters" (ie customers) some people seem to require as part of their expectation to be "wowed". If their attitude is what cost you (eg they wouldn't talk to you) then yeah, you should speak up, but one review whined that they didn't ask the right questions🤯 Seriously!? OK, so they don't get the CS award, but it's YOUR health! You got something you know you want to tell them, how bout you soldier up and say it then? They're not your boyfriend, and btw, he couldn't read your mind either, so be a (polite) grown up when you remind them they canceled your previous app and it's causing you hardship. They are caring human beings that can (in my experience) be reasoned with, not scrub adorned androids built to massage your delicate ego😉 3- My recent experiences defies older reviews, so I'll give those critical reviews the benefit of doubt and say sorry that happened last year, but my experience these days is different. Sure they can improve, honestly I'd have given them 4stars were it not for the unfair skewing of the average rating that uses old and questionable reviews, but they clearly care, and that's more than I've gotten from lots of fancy looking and expensive private facilities.
