My only regret about this place is I didn't come here sooner!! I recently completed the PHP inpatient program here. I immediately felt a positive and welcoming energy walking thru the doors. I met with their intake employee and could tell he genuinely cared about my well being and he helped to instill hope in me that things were going to be ok from day one. Super awesome, caring, and Genuine guy. My recovery manager I was assigned was on the ball and I immediately felt I could trust him and that he understood what I had been going through. My therapist I was assigned was also amazing and I got a lot out of our one-on-ones and our group therapy sessions. I almost didn't want to leave lol. The other program participants were actually happy to be there and I have never seen that at any other place Ive gone to. The entire staff really worked hard for my recovery and I can't say enough great things about this place in one day. The classes were very informative and helped me shape an entirely different perspective on life. I left there a different person I was when I came in for sure and I'm so grateful to be alive today. I wanted to die a month ago. Thank y'all so much for helping me get my life back, my family back, and a strong foundation to build my life back on. It's a lot of work to go through something like this but if you are struggling like I was, give yourself a break and come check this place out because you deserve it and it's worth it!! 💪🙏❤️ Thank you Lantana!! I have been a patient at Crossroads Seneca for going on 3 years now and I can confidently say that there is a fair chance I would be dead absent the high quality of care provided by the staff at this clinic. Methadone clinics get a bad reputation due to outdated stigmas surrounding opiate addiction and Medication Assisted Treatment, as well as the fact that many opiate addicts have co-occurring mental health and trauma disorders they are coping with that make treatment complicated. It's not an easy community to treat. It takes special people with a high capacity for compassion and patience. I just want to thank everyone at this center for being those special people that make a difference every day. Thank you Shelley for always being so supportive and caring with me. Thank you Hailie for always being so kind to me checking in. Thank you Jazzie for always making yourself available to me any time I needed help. And thank you to the pharmacist and nursing staff, who manage patients(even the struggling ones) so gracefully everyday.😊

I have been going here since 2012, because I choose too. You don't have to go as long as myself, you go AT YOUR OWN PACE, WHATEVER IS BEST FOR YOU. My counselor Lisa is awesome. Jazzy is the best director that place has had also. If you are in the place in your life where you need to go to a treement center, this is a good one.

This place has been a game changer for me. God led me here, no longer feeling like im riding in the backseat of my sobriety/ cleanliness. Now im driving this train and pulling some folks too.Feels amazing...also want to note how sweet the staff all were, even the couple token sourpusses have their value for sure. The food was actually pretty edible! Not that u really want to eat, but this is an absolute necessity in the beginning as well as sleep and the bed was comfortable enough i was able to sleep another absolute necessity you would be surprised i didnt find at other places, sometimes its about those little things that otherwise would have caused anyone so much more unnecessary uncomfort. Also, plenty of vape breaks, and they give u a good vape for your stay as long as u attend the groups, plz do as many groups as uu possibly can. Thank u again to all the staff, support and to all the beautiful people I met in there. If youre reading this and this would be your first time coming in for something like this boy are uu lucky to have just found this place.PLZZ JUST DO IT! ...RIGHT NOW. I could not be more grateful for the care I received here. The staff are amazing and will make sure that you are always comfortable. You will be respected, heard, and treated with dignity. You won't be dismissed, all your questions will be answered. Be completely honest so that you can receive the exact care that you need. You could not ask for better accomodations or understanding. The environment is immediately welcoming. Its quiet, peaceful. They have everything you need, you really just need clothing. (Its a bit chilly, bring hoodies and fuzzy socks) There are even laundry facilities. You will be provided with a vape or nicotine patches if you use nicotine products. You may rest as much as you need, the staff will let you sleep through the night, vitals are during the day. You can call your family, except for during group meetings. No visitors, but the stay is short. The counselors and peer support specialists are very honest, open, and eager to help you with your personal journey, without being pushy or making you feel rushed. Whether faith based or evidence based care is right for you, that is your choice. There are options for both approaches! The idea of group meetings was terrifying for me, an introvert, an addict full of shame and guilt. You are not obligated to contribute, that was reassuring. But I was surprised at myself for wanting to contribute and engage. It was a bit sad leaving. While here, I was not just a junkie, just an alcoholic, a lost cause, all of the negative adjectives I used to describe myself. I wasn't the things my family called me. I wasn't an echo of the childhood I lost. I wasn't an empty, lonely vessel on autopilot. I was a person. A human. Im more than my story, but sharing our perspectives and caring for each other felt like being part of a family. A family where you aren't the black sheep. It was almost overwhelming to feel that kind of support and HOPE. Ill be honest; When I came in, i wasn't ready to get help. The timing was just right. But very quickly that changed. They made me want to be better. Not for recognition or pats on the back. Not for attention or brownie points. They made me want it because they made me see I deserve it, I deserve to live a good life and be happy. If you are thinking about making some changes, please come here. What do you have to lose?

I went to this safe haven back in 2016 and they helped save my life. Today is 2024. I have stayed clean since. This place is truly a blessing. I was at the old facility and my PC family was amazing. I met so many people wonderful souls and have amazing memories with them. Thanks to Kelvin Durant for putting a fire under me and challenging me to stay clean. It worked. Just for today I’m still here and lived to tell the tale. I recommend it to anyone.

Best decision I ever made was to come here, July 25th, 2010. I'll b 14yrs sober in july!! I have never regretted that decision to get clean. Thank uuu all for yallz help, support, and looove!! If anyone's still there from waaay bk when, I'm the one who made all the kandi for everyone there and ppl were calling me "the butterfly lady". I'm constantly telling ppl about this facility. There's only 4 of us, myself included that has been sober since they left there. Unfortunately alot of ppl went bk out in their addictions and are no longer alive and some are bk in prison. But, that's the price u pay when u don't take the program seriously or u don't really wanna get clean!! I'm sooo thankful I wanted this for myself and the Lord Jesus Christ has kept me sober since!! Best place I have been to by far!!! Fantastic staff, every one was so kind and caring. I really didn't want to leave. If I ever need help again, they will be the 1st place I call!! The only problem I had was, they lost my shoes. Almost brand new, now I have to pay for another pair. I'm on disability and don't have that kind of money to just be wasting, but I have to have shoes. Very disappointed with this.

It took 17 years for my brother’s life to change. 17 years of agony, not only for his family but for himself. Last night my brother graduated from the program and is clean and free for 18 months. Waypoint Recovery was a God-send. When I placed the first call to ask for help, the staff was so kind and spoke to me with such care and concern. The facility was beautiful and made me feel safe so that I could just concentrate on getting better. I can’t thank everyone there enough for watching over us and speaking to us like humans and not just addicts. I would definitely recommend this recovery center to others.

I left Waypoint Recovery center Dec 1 with so much knowledge about recovery especially my own. And I learned so much about other people. I learned how to love and to be loved again. The entire staff at Waypoint Recovery in Cameron are consummate professionals but it's not just that, they loved me the the moment I got there to the moment I graduated and continue to love me to this very moment. I love them back more than they could ever know. Mrs Tara C. (I'll get back to her) Invited me back to visit yesterday and it was such a blessing to see them all from this side of things too. It was an amazing moment for me. Sarah Collinsworth from waypoint helped figure out to get me there in the first place and she never gave up on me. God bless her for that. Turner the actual CEO is there almost every day even some weekends. He has an open door policy for residents all the time and has free candy. That's unheard of I think and it starts with people like him and his staff being there for us. She is amazing and I will love her for our conversations and the conversations she's had with my family. And there's Mrs Tara. The sweetest most humble person I know. The most loving person to everyone there without batting an eye I honestly don't know when she loves herself but really that's how she loves herself. She's so amazing and just want me to work for myself and never give on my recovery and never give up on life or other people or most of all God. I will forever be in debt to Waypoint recovery because people like Mrs Tara and those just like her saved me from the old Brandon and helped me shine light on the real me inside that needed to come out. I showed up 3 days into withdrawal and was hurting so bad. They helped me get my intake done quickly and got me medicated and feeling better. My counselor is great. JB has pushed me to complete goals and has just been a really great mentor. Overall RCC has changed/ and saved my life.

There were many things I didn't like while I was here like the horrible food and the deplorable living conditions. But I saw many people that were able to work the program despite this. There were also a lot of good people that truly cared about you. So at the end the good wins over the bad.

Catherine makes it real quick and easy with all the info up front. Jeff who runs the Camp is a great leader for the program with is vast experience and knowledge. It absolutely changed my life. I’ve been through many rehabs in search of happiness outside of me. Looking to be fixed. This place teaches you that as long as you look outside of yourself for the answers to what’s going on inside yourself you will fail, that being said this place merely gives you the tools of recovery and a guide to use them. That being the main concept at this place is why I believe I finally succeeded. The program counselor is a no BS brilliant educator and will absolutely be an unforgettable force in your recovery. It’s the most affordable place in the country as far as no insurance cash payment. The environment is beautiful, the rules or “expectations” are absolutely understandable if you’re a reasonable adult so moral is always high amongst the guys, the kind of learning you receive is engaging, thought provoking, useful and fun, and also there’s a dog! I used to think the spirituality thing in recovery was corny nonsense. This place taught me it’s the key to leading a healthy life, being the best father, being the best husband, being the best servant of God as I know him. I will remain spiritually fit because of the tools and methods this program so so kindly provided me with. Thank you to Counselor Jeff!

I am incredibly grateful for Coastal Recovery and everything they did for me. I came in feeling hopeless and unsure if recovery was even possible, but the staff never gave up on me. Frank, Barry, Stew, Ms. Wendy, and Dr. Mark went above and beyond to support me during one of the hardest times of my life. Our loved one had to go into this facility.. Everyone at the facility was loving and kind. Understanding of the situation and how hard it was for not only our loved one but ourselves as well. They worked diligently with our loved one and the next step facility upon leaving there. They went above and beyond to make sure that our loved one made a good choice to support his success. I highly recommend palmetto low country behavioral health. Unit 2 Staff was helpful and attentive. Tammy, the representative who worked with our loved one went above and beyond. She helped him to see that he couldn't just continue the way he was that he needed the next step and helped him to understand and feel comfortable in making that choice. She gets 10 stars!

Beautiful ❤️ Beautiful ❤️ 10 day stay April 25, 2026 to May 5, 2026 😊. Lord knows I needed to rest for a few days 🫂. The Hot Meals (Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner) were amazing. Best place I’ve been to. Nurses are chill. I loved Mr.Glenn and Mrs.Jennifer. They are the most understanding, chillest people i’ve ever interacted with . I made some mistakes while here and they won’t yell at you or make you feel bad, they were really understanding. Food is amazing! You go outside, are allowed to play xbox (they have provided), watch tv and they have good groups. You also have plenty of time to do school work. People fail to realize other people can only help you so much and you have to help yourself as well. You can’t rely on others to solve all your problems which I feel is why people give bad reviews. I do wish we were allowed to bring more clothing choices but no biggie!

This place saved my life. They have a great director and the staff listen and care. If you have Medicaid you can dose free and even get free rides. No one out there should be suffering hell on earth withdrawals as long as this place is open. But like always, grown adults cry like little children if they mess up and have to face the consequences. Such as getting your take home meds taken away and having to go everyday. If you decided to get high and then have a dirty screen that is on YOU. In this regard it's like a daycare Center for childish adults. If you do the program as you should you can get your life back.

I became a patient of crossroads back in 2018. At first I was problematic, not doing well but I also wasn’t doing anything that I was supposed to. Once I actually worked the program I began to excel. I was one of the few lucky ones who had the same counselor my entire time there. But thanks to her I am who I am today. And now I myself am a counselor at a methadone clinic! Methadone saves lives, and it definitely saved mine!

Yes I have been here since 2004 I have seen many changes in that time... About 3 and half years ago I transferred to Myrtle Beach treatment specialist .... I DONT RECOMMEND THAT ! I just transferred back here to Crossroads and they have changed so much for the BETTER. I'm actually 20 mgs lower then I was at Myrtle Beach treatment. IM NO LONGER SICK, AND NOT USING !!! Within a week of being back at crossroads my dose was starting to work again ... Everyday I was sick and dosing at Myrtle Beach treatment. AND I WAS AT 120.???? Here I'm at 100 and the medicine is actually WORKING... SO PLEASE BELIEVE ME , STAY AT C.O.H OR CROSSROADS... The medicine not only doesn't work at the other clinic ,but if you have blue cross you end up paying 120 a month .. Here it's only 30 a month... IM SO GLAD I GAVE THIS PLACE A SECOND CHANCE... The director is GREAT. The whole staff is great... I love my counselor here. They have updated their facility too... I give crossroads 💯.

They’re very helpful and considerate in knowing that sometimes things happen, and sometimes you make mistakes. They help you a lot with coming up with a plan, and keeping you busy while in recovery. I struggled with addiction for 20+ years. Thanks to southwest Carolina treatment center I’ve been clean for 4 years. Everyone at the clinic is nice. Sterling is down to earth and easy to talk to. He cares about the people he works with. He genuinely wants to know how you are doing. Everyone at the clinic is very helpful ,hopeful, and I get to feeling that they genuinely care about helping curve addiction in our community. 10/26/25 still using this same clinic, sterling is no longer there . My treatment plan through SWCTC saved my life. I'd never heard of methadone and a friend told me about it. I was in denial and had spent so much money and time finding drugs. My whole existence depended on getting my pills. I wanted to stop and prayed for a way. I've been clean for 22 years now. I Left August 31st after 5 day detox and a dislocated knee cap. Glad to say I am 26 days clean from alcohol and this place helped amazingly with that. The night nurse Matt is amazing with what he does and how he coaches / teaches you while you’re there, Very informative and through guy. Also love Sam and Amanda very much! how chill of a person they are and interacting with patients so nicely, treated equally and always makes sure you’re good or don’t need anything extra. This place has had its fair share of up-and-down in the last 10 years. But what I can say, is this, There is a counselor named Keith if you were a seasoned addict and you need genuine counselor, I want you to request Keith. This man has been in my life for 10 years, and as I came back-and-forth between clinics, he always became my counselor again. Never judgmental, Always always rational and you can’t help but to put a smile on your face when you’re around him his aura, It is purple. And I’m telling you right now he is a blessing to this place. The program director is also a counselor that has been there for a while and moved her way up. She is also fair and a sweetheart tells me to have a good morning every day. The financial person that does insurance she will work with you as long as you are doing for yourself and trying to make a better way for yourself they will help you. Have had nothing but solid care from this clinic. I don't even live in the States but go back once a year. I make the appointment months in advance online. They send reminders. Staff and Doctors are perfectly fine. If I need to change the date/time for some reason (I usually do), there is never an issue. It's a solid clinic for sure. See ya' in two weeks!

Noticed all the bad reviews have 2 or 3 things in common 1- Felt there should've been (more) reminders to not miss the app. 2- Didn't like their tone. 3- Were tthere 1 or more years ago. Maybe they took these criticisms to heart last year, which is a little before I started visiting, since I get an almost annoying amount of reminders (phone, email, etc) and everyone treats me like family. But I'd like to address these complaints in order: 1- Aren't you a veteran? Have you no shame? When I'm told I'm due anywhere, by anyone, I just need the time/place/uniform from them (uniform= the "why" in the civi world). Sound familiar? I like that they "over-do" it with the reminders now, because missed apps are costly and disruptive, you're inability to manage your schedule and meet your own commitments means less available app slots for me and the rest of us who respected our battle buddies enough to not make them drag us out of the barracks to formation late. You got the last existing phone without a calendar/reminder function?🤨 Grow up, take responsibility, you're embarrassing us. Do push-ups😂 2- People should be nice to each other, but that also means compassion. If you need your health providers to kiss your butt and say my pleasure to every thank you they hear, you're also not being very compassionate. Don't be rude, sure, but as a former healthcare worker experienced in managing Karens, I can tell you the job is hard and underpaid enough to not have any time for extra "retail courtesy", that obviously fake level of servant-like submission to your "masters" (ie customers) some people seem to require as part of their expectation to be "wowed". If their attitude is what cost you (eg they wouldn't talk to you) then yeah, you should speak up, but one review whined that they didn't ask the right questions🤯 Seriously!? OK, so they don't get the CS award, but it's YOUR health! You got something you know you want to tell them, how bout you soldier up and say it then? Sure they can improve, honestly I'd have given them 4stars were it not for the unfair skewing of the average rating that uses old and questionable reviews, but they clearly care, and that's more than I've gotten from lots of fancy looking and expensive private facilities.

Hello I just have to give a great big shoutout to the crew in FLORENCE Hospital McLeod. I had a procedure done on Tuesday morning @9. From the door all the way to the surgery room everyone was just the GREATEST. Dr. Wilcox did the surgery. I was very pleased with everyone.
