I have been a patient here for several years now. I have nothing but good things to say about the staff, counselors and clinical psychiatry team. They have always been easy to talk to, easy to work with when I've needed medication adjustments, and they're even willing to get scrappy with my stupid insurance company when they don't want to cover my prescriptions. i ve been here 3 times. I was in adolescent 1 twice and the food is good, fun groups and the staff is nice and they care. They will talk to you if you need help or play card games if they are not busy. They show you how to cope as long as you re paying attention. some kids there can be rude but it s not personal and doesn t happen very often.
