I have been a patient here for several years now. I have nothing but good things to say about the staff, counselors and clinical psychiatry team. They have always been easy to talk to, easy to work with when I've needed medication adjustments, and they're even willing to get scrappy with my stupid insurance company when they don't want to cover my prescriptions. I am appreciative of everyone here and glad there's a place like this in Mitchell so I don't have to drive even further to Sioux Falls :)

I have been going to Bartles for years. Jennie has be WONDERFUL to talk to. She has been such an amazing help in all the things I've been delt with over the years!!! Getting an appointment has been a breeze with awesome staff helping to get me on the schedule and being flexible!

Bartels Counseling Services has been amazing to work with. Amy is friendly and helpful. Sherry has been a huge help to my daughter.

I am so thankful for Bartels Counseling. They have provided countless practical tools and steps as I have gone through my journey toward personal health and wellness. In addition to their great knowledge and expertise in counseling, they are very organized and provide timely response to any questions and scheduling conflicts. I highly recommend this place! The people there are really cool and understanding. I like the small groups and feel comfortable sharing. It's nice to talk to people who share my same experiences and struggles. We even had a pizza and movie night!

Yankton 's Lewis and Clark behavioral service is excellent. Have always had extremely good service there.

I just did my 28 day treatment and I loved every minute I was there. The counselors (especially Tony, Beth, Kendra and Krista) are wonderful, the techs, the nursing staff, everyone was so kind and helpful. It is the greatest place I never want to go to again!!

I have not been through drug rehab nor do I think that I need it? I do think that this facility is helpful I feel like the psychologists are down to earth and understanding, especially the 20+ year psychologists. They are so good that they don't have to take notes; while you are in a session. Makes it feel like you're just talking with your girlfriend, very calming. It was court ordered that I took mandatory counseling when I was a teenager. I feel bad for my counseler, because of my demeanor, being a immature teenager. I worry she felt like our sessions were unproductive and a waste of her time. The facility and Yankton is a little bit more tucked away it's in between the prison and Broadway street. It's not on a main road. The facility in Vermillion, South Dakota is right on Main Street. In front of the court house you cannot miss it.

They have people on their staff that are genuine and caring. Thank you guys.

Also cares enough to make sure if he is needed in the future that you know you can always reach out to him at anytime. I highly recommend taking that first step with restored to new life services.

Oh my gosh, where to start. Johnny Ray's method of treatment is not only thorough but was the most effective form of treatment I have ever had. I have been to 3 different outpatient services and one in-patient therapy place, and i had the most success Ive EVER had in completing my substance abuse course with Johnny. I continued to take after are with him and have enjoyed.any yea of sobriety, thanks to RESTORED TO NEW SERVICES . I WOULD MOST DEFINELY RECOMMEND THIS PLAC

The staff was caring and understanding of my recovery. They helped me with getting to know my addiction and how to recognize the triggers. They also help with getting your life back in order...but you have to go with the HOPE of getting help.

Healing began at the well for me back in 2015 when I did inpatient treatment. Then outpatient therapy in 2019, 2020, 2022, 2023 & 2024. My life is forever changed and the counselors helped me with my BPD diagnosis. Thankfully they have therapists who specialzie in BPD. Now I'm grateful to be working at an amazing place that I can truly call a home.❤️

I was scared at first and didn't want to go but it helped me out alot and the staff are awesome and they really appreciate people and they also listen to you if you need someone to talk to they are very friendly and understand
