all these people do is live off some kind of sick power trip. never returned my voicemail, my fiance went in asking if they had any resources and the 3 women in there on Tuesday, March 28th don't deserve a job in a counseling facility. Rolling eyes, horrible service. "mhm mhm yeah we don't know anything" find another place to work if you don't care to help people.

Edit: for the privacy of the child, I wrote this review on behalf of someone else very close to me. But this is not my child we are speaking of. As far as your reply, I appreciate you taking the time to address this issue over Google however, you are not committed to operating within the guidelines of the law and it is very apparent, considering you’re continue to see the child without parental consent. It is beyond me that these people even hold licenses let alone degrees. In Idaho, if parents have joint legal custody, both must consent to medical decisions involving a minor child. When decision-making responsibilities regarding the child’s health, education, and general welfare are joint between two parents (an arrangement that ensures that both parents have an equal say and/or involvement in things detrimental to the child’s wellbeing) you would THINK that a mental health “professional” would abide by these laws. (Ref Idaho Code § 32-717B). These secret bi-weekly therapy sessions wouldn’t be as concerning if the child involved was thriving and getting the tools they need under the care of the therapist. But the harm that has been done by the amount of malpractice is significant, and I will not be sitting quietly about this issue. Parents… RUN. find ANYONE else. There are a number of fantastic WONDERFUL mental health professionals in the area and I encourage you to do your own research.

The partial hospitalization program generally offers up to 30 hours of treatment per week. Individual therapy, group therapy, family therapy, and couple’s counseling are provided. Clients meet for four to six hours at a time. Sessions are held five to six days each week. Brene Brown’s work is also provided at this level of care. The intensive
I first found breakthrough in 2023, and the program was so great. I left feeling motivated to change, unfortunately life caught up to me and I didn’t use the many tools, resources and education they provided when I left and needed to return in 2025. They welcomed me back with no judgement and gave me the opportunity to grow once again. The counselors are all amazing, and they have the ability to guide you but also hold you accountable all while being supportive and genuinely caring. This place saved me, by giving me the confidence in myself that I can live a sober and joyful life. The many people I met throughout the program were a bright spot during my time there. Being able to meet people from all different backgrounds, but all having the common struggle with the disease humbled me and allowed so much growth to learn but also build genuine connections and friendships. It is hard work, and the need to take accountability for my own actions is what is needed to succeed, but Breakthrough was the place I felt most safe, seen and heard to accomplish a sober life. Forever grateful!

Breakthrough has been an amazing resource for me. They were able to help arrange a payment plan, and the groups are very beneficial to my recovery. The counselors are all kind and invested in helping their clients. Highly recommend to anyone ready to achieve and maintain sobriety. They offer various levels of treatment from PHP to Outpatient services. Also, forewarning: they will hold you accountable. You may think your disease is "not that severe," or you can "control" it, but that's part of the disease. You have to be ready and willing because they expect your sobriety as part of the treatment. You dont get "kicked out" for relapsing. I knew multiple people with multiple relapses who continued to participate. You may be recommended to another facility for higher level of care if you CONTINUE to use after a relapse or multiple relapses with no improvement, as you are no longer suitable for outpatient care. Your care is discussed amongst staff meetings as a care team approach is generally recommended for this type of treatment; that is not a HIPAA violation as you agree to this when signing up. EDIT: I was just discharged from treatment today. I have been sober for over 9 months, and I have Breakthrough to thank for this. They ensured proper continuity of care and referrals for mental health counselling. They made it known I can always reach out to them if needed despite completing my care here. Again, as I said, this program works. It's not easy, and you have to work with them. This isn't suitable for everyone as some people require higher level of care if they cannot stop use, and Breakthrough is honest about individual client needs. I recommended this to anyone who qualifies for Partial Hospitalization or lower level of treatments.

Went to Colonial Clinic November 2020, and I am so incredibly grateful I found them. At the time I attended (I hope it's still the same to this day) they require attendance of an outside support group, and strongly suggest getting a sponsor. I followed the suggestions and am still with the same sponsor to this day (May 2023). Did Colonial fix my problems? No. But it was a great first step coming here. That's why I give them five stars, because they kick-started my lifelong recovery process.

Comprehensive Healthcare is a great community resource here in the Tri-Cities. Their Youth Recovery Coordinator, Rene Carrillo Avila, has an incredible gift for connecting with youth in a nonjudgmental way that makes them feel heard and respected. Because of this, kids trust him and families feel truly supported. He listens, coordinates care, and never makes you feel like a burden. Comprehensive Healthcare is truly fortunate to have Rene on their team, and as families, we are equally fortunate to have his support. He is a rare and invaluable resource in this community, and his work makes a real difference in the lives of the youth and families he serves. I highly recommend Comprehensive Healthcare.
