Was a good thing. Paid out of pocket and didn't kill the wallet to much. Definitely suggest getting OHP before hand if you can though. Alisha was my counselor. If you can get someone else. She gave me false info. Told me I'd get my certificate a week after completing. And now it's going on two months and still haven't received it yet.

My experience with this clinic has been great. Of the 40+ visits I've had with them, there was only one instance where I would say my wait time was too long. The staff has always been attentive, friendly, and professional. From initial check-in to the nurses, technicians, and the doctors, I'm always treated well. They offer quite a lot of services and treatments for a relatively small clinic (making ID cards and other paperwork needs, most blood screenings and UAs, x-rays, vision center for getting glasses [though the eye exams need to be done off site], physical therapy, audiology, psychiatric, as well as some others). The facilities are clean, quiet, and mostly spacious so it's easy to get around without bumping into others. There is also a rather large waiting area so you can usually find seatkng. Overall I would recommend using this clinic for any service members or veterans who need care. The VA medical treatment is much better than it used to be.

Bridgeway was amazing, my friend took me here after another 5 day black out after I had been sober for 33 days. The counselors & the rest of the staff here were amazing & incredibly helpful and understanding, then after talking with the counselors I decided to do residential treatment which was just as amazing. I’m doing outpatient treatment with them now & I’m coming up on 90 of sobriety on 7/31/25, life changing experience & im so greatful for this program.

I could not be more thankful for everyone at this detox center not only did they help me with my insurance to get me into the Detox they also worked tirelessly to get me into a residential treatment facility and succeeded. Can’t smoke is the only downside but the food was incredible every meal!

I came here for treatment and I was in real bad shape. I called them and they got me in the next day. The staff is wonderful. They help you detox and then work with you to learn the tools of recovery. They work with you on the mental, physical, and spiritual part of recovery. They cook you three meals a day, with snacks in-between. Its not a vacation by any means. You have to put in the work to get something out of it. You have to surrender yourself and let them take the steering wheel. But, I promise you, if you stay the full 28 days or more, you will feel great.

my mom went here and it’s one of the best rehabs out there. the councilors care tremendously weather you are there or after your treatment and go home. they also involve family really good and get a good plan for your loved one. definitely recommend this place!

They really care about people and welcome all walks of life, without judgment or harsh criticism. Desirea is a wonderful counselor with a past that enables her to be more empathetic and knowledgeable when it comes to addictions and overcoming them. If someone is struggling with other aspects of their life, Shawnell does an excellent job in peer support. She can help with all sorts of things from housing to finding doctors and scheduling rides. Everyone else is extremely friendly and I recommend this place to anyone who is struggling with addictions.

Attending this drug and alcohol recovery class has been one of the most transformative experiences of my life. From the very first session, I felt welcomed, respected, and supported. The instructors are not only highly knowledgeable but also deeply compassionate. Many of them have walked this path themselves, and their honesty and openness made the entire experience feel safe and judgment-free. The curriculum is extremely well-structured, blending science-based education with practical tools for real-life situations. We covered everything from the biology of addiction to strategies for managing cravings, setting boundaries, and building healthy habits. What really stood out was the emphasis on self-reflection, accountability, and growth. Each class challenged me to think differently and gave me a deeper understanding of both addiction and recovery. Group discussions were powerful and healing. Hearing other people’s stories—and being able to share my own—created a sense of community that I hadn’t felt in years. I've been going to New Perspectives for almost a month now. I'm seeing Vickie. I enjoy talking with her because she really understands trauma. She helps me see myself in a different light. I hope to learn some skills to get my anxiety under control and feel better about myself in general. Therapy is scary but I believe it's worth it. I would definitely recommend NP to someone if I knew they needed help.

My self and daughter have seen the same theripest for a number of years.And before this one I had a terrific concealer Belinda that no longer works there (saddness ) : though Linda is terrific as well .Thank you all of you if you need a theripest and don't feel comfortable with one just request another it's not a one fits all thing but it is a good idea if your struggling or just need a perspective on your life. I am so happy to have found this company. The lengths that everyone has been willing to go to, in order for me and mine to get whatever help we needed, has been a blessing. It really has opened up my mind to the possibility of such better futures, sans guilt or shame! After searching for help during a mental health crisis, the Samaritan PHP (Partial Hospitalization Program) ended up being the only place able to help me. I was brought into their three-week program, and I couldn't be happier with how it went. I felt thoroughly supported and appreciated, I learned so much and grew even more. The staff members (Terri, Lauren, Daryl, Erin, Brian) were all absolutely WONDERFUL folks and so helpful in my mental health journey. If you're in an emotional crisis or need more help than you're getting, consider Samaritan PHP. Not everyone will get as much as I did out of it, but I really think more folks should give it a go! You never know how much you'll grow <3

I slept the entire time because of the medicine they put me on. They have a free phone that patients can use. The food is great! Patients get to decide what they want to eat. There is a menu. I was woken up by a nurse to attend an arts and crafts group. A Catholic priest came in my room and blessed me with oil against my will. He did not ask me if I wanted to be blessed. He just did it. They have a covered outside area for people that want to smoke. Patients are given cigarettes by the nurses. They have a gym but it's not great. When I visited a friend here they had a T.V. room. I didn't notice it when I was staying there. Maybe it was a different unit. My only complaint is that it is hard to get into this place because of the Linn County crisis team are mentally retarded or something. Even when I was pregnant and attempted suicide they refused to hospitalize me to protect the baby. However, they would be glad to give me the phone number to a clinic where I could kill it. Saves them money I guess if there mentally ill pregnant patients just have abortions. Linn County Mental Health is evil.

The facility is state of the art. The food is great. The beds are comfy. The place is clean. Case management by Mike and Jason is top notch award winning. Staff are gods angels. With all that, the only thing that makes this place horrendous is the people allowed in this place. The EXTREMELY mentally ill wreak havoc on not just the staff but residents as well. I know they are just trying to help all gods people but there has to be a line drawn somewhere on the chaotic disputions the EXTREMELY mentally ill cause. And I've not even mentioned the chronic alcoholics that come in there drunk off their rear ends absolutely wreaking of alcohol causing mass chaos and disruptions. And then of course there are the addicts that are tweaking out of their ever loving minds also causing mass chaos and disruptions. And then you can give up your bed and come back as many times and as frequently as you wish. I have heard of a low barrier shelter before but I have never heard of a no barrier shelter before. With all this, they still get 5 stars because this place and these people try and help anyone who walks through those doors. They do it with love, compassion and free of any prejudices or prejudgements about people what so ever. I liked every staff member there but my two favorites were Ron and John. May God bless you all!

A friend of mine was having a serious and deep reaction to grief and loss. As we all know those things can be very stressful and we made it here right at 5. Everything was already closed but Hailey at the front desk realized how serious it was and made call to make sure we could get my friend the help she needed. She might have saved my friend’s life. The staff at Yamhill County adult Mental Health have been so helpful to us. We reached out for help and have a lovely young man who is meeting with our son to help him with job skills. I became very suicidal when I first got my diagnosis of MS and Lacey was my counselor she helped me reevaluate my life and get on a right track and find a reason to live and a good way to think about life. I hope that they know how much of a difference they make even if they can't be exactly perfect with every interaction. I know some people how bad hurtful experiences but overall they do a wonderful job and no one is perfect and no one can solve all a person's mental health challenges that's what we have a village for and that's what we have God for, right? They have added so much to our lives
