Good place to get your primary care done but if you need any kind of urgent treatment go to Prevea Instacare in Altoona or the ED. All they will do is send you there anyway if you can wait for an appointment i high recommend them.

I grew up in the warm welcoming family atmosphere that left such amazing memories, when my addictions hit me to rock bottom led me back home! I absolutely adored my loving, kind, understanding, compassionate and just a teeny tiny bit rough, counselor, Ava.
Additionally, the program isn't like others that I've been to. I felt less triggered and much more like a family. Park gave me a purpose and motivation to get up, go, and actively participate every day. I enjoyed My time there so so much!!! And I came away with a great support system and the tools to be successful and healthy.

I went here on June 2nd 2023 I've been sober ever since! I still go here for therapy I absolutely love this place! I honestly cannot say enough great things about the staff they genuinely care about each and every client and it shows tremendously! Park Ave saved my life and my family! They didn't just help me get sober they helped me recover and gave me the best tools to maintain my recovery! I do and will continue to recommend Park Ave to anyone who struggles with addiction! The people here are genuine and so welcoming and welcome newcomers with open arms the intake process is super tedious and long and takes 3 to 4 hours but it’s so so so worth it!!!!! no regrets choosing to come here I promise you will feel the same I can’t say one bad thing about this place at all. Like any VA facility, this one has many concerns to resolve to provide quality care to veterans. They seem to do their best with less. Personnel and provider shortages are becoming a problem. Some appointments can take several months to be seen. Community care needs to improve in providing referrals for quality care outside the VA and not just those who are the lowest bidders. VA recently denied over $10k in payments to my dental surgeon because they couldn’t get the bill submitted within their 6 month window because the clerks had repeated bouts of COVID. I can no longer maintain continuity of care because of VAs lack of consideration. The dental provider was highly skilled and experienced. Now he refuses any further authorizations from any VA. Today’s visit went very well at the VA for a minor procedure. All staff and providers were delightfully cheerful. That is certainly an improvement. God bless!

November 21st, 2023 the day of my birthday. When i told everyone i am not feeling well. So, as I rested in my bedroom, feeling under the weather, I was abruptly unable to speak or move. Fortunately, my brother's swift action led him to call the ambulance, which rushed me to the Green Bay ICU to battle a respiratory flu and Covid. Subsequently, I was transferred to Mount View Care Center on Level 2, where I received outstanding care and support. And, I am forever more thankful for the care I received, particularly from Amy Martin, who demonstrated remarkable compassion and empathy. Above-and-beyond promptness throughout my entire visit. Not a minute of my time was wasted! Every single staff member I encountered excelled with professionalism, competence, and kindness. I was called back within mere minutes of getting to the clinic for my appointment as a brand new patient. The wait for Dr. Salim was also very brief, so I am very impressed with the schedule management. I was also able to go practically straight from the exam room to the lab. I sat and waited for hardly a minute before I was taken back for my blood draw and other testing. Very pleased to have been helped by a talented phlebotomist as well!

I have been seeing Dr. Salim for a couple of years now, and she has always been so attentive and kind to me. The first appointment I had with her, I knew I wanted her to be my PCP. Office staff has also always been nice. Wait times are normal for most doctors offices I've been to, so no complaints there.

I came here from Valhalla minneapols this place is nothing like that the 2 women at the frot desk are super nice and if you are doing everything your supposed to they give you a months worth of take home which is super convenient if you are looking for a clinic this is the one i would choose in the twin cities oh and my Counselor Anthony is great

Great experience so far. Everyone has been so friendly and helpful. The "lines" that exist at other clinics don't appear to exist at this place. I've never had to wait more than 5 minutes for anything. It's very clean outside, you don't have people at the entrance asking if you want to buy Xanax and other b.s.
I have nothing negative to say, just an overall good experience. Very greatful for this place.
