I recently had 2 preop physicals at the Krohn Clinic, each a month apart, conducted by PA Amy Pringle prior to cataract surgeries. As a career military rescue medic, I have had the opportunity to observe many healthcare personnel at work. Amy far and above surpasses many, if not all of those. I wish to say that the thoroughness of her exam and the time she spent going through my records, was quite amazing. She noticed some weight loss which we discussed, and also the drug regimine I am on to help me with knowing when to take certain drugs, was quite helpful. A simple physical to insure I would have no problems with surgery would have been sufficient.but she went way beyond what I had expected. Amy is obviously a dedicated caring professional and I am more than grateful for having been scheduled to see her. If I find that I ever need a new primary caregiver, Amy is at the very top of that list Thank you Amy. You rock!

My overall experience with Central WI Counseling Associates - having both therapy and medication care - has been nothing but positive. 1. The administrative team are pleasant, prompt, and treat me with respect. The atmosphere is calm and welcoming. I’ve never experienced billing issues nor difficulties with scheduling an appointment. 2. My therapist is an intuitive coach and empowering mentor. She listens, validates, and challenges me in all the ways needed. My sessions with her have led to increased self awareness and self love, and propel me to be my most authentic self. I am blessed to have such a skilled therapist in my corner. 3. For about a year I’d been considering whether to see a specialist about psychiatry medication but I never got myself to the point of taking action on it (partly due to stigma & worry). When I learned Justin Schuerman joined CWCA down the hall from my therapist, I decided to take the leap and ask for an appointment. — This was one of the best decisions I’ve made for myself in a long time. Justin has proven to be knowledgeable, experienced and skilled in his specialty while also being kind, considerate and demonstrating genuine interest and commitment toward my wellbeing and success. Talking to him is easy, I never feel rushed or unheard. I appreciate the time he takes to answer my questions and discuss options in a way that makes sense. If you’ve been considering seeing a therapist for counseling or a specialist for psychiatry medication, don’t put it off. There are good people out there doing great things for their clients, and I can personally attest to at least two of them at CWCA!

I was pleased that i was able to be scheduled for a prompt appointment. Dr. Roger has been a great help to me with healing and moving forward to becoming the best version of myself. I was referred for a mental health evaluation, at my request, and look forward to my continued sessions with Dr. Roger as he is helping me to find the self I have lost. He has a professional, yet casual way of assisting me to find peace and love for myself, for which, i cannot express my gratitude enough. Booking appointments is easy and convenient and the staff goes above and beyond for their clients. Anonymous family environment for anyone of any alcohol and/or drug addiction and family events as well. I grew up in the warm welcoming family atmosphere that left such amazing memories, when my addictions hit me to rock bottom led me back home! I have been seeing Jeralyn for several months, and I think she is WONDERFUL. She has helped me root out some deeply held trauma from decades ago that I did not know was still effecting me. Jeralyn is an angel!!! I started working with her at a previous clinic to address complex trauma about 7 years ago. At that time, I moved my sister into my one bedroom to help with expenses, was on short term disability, and applying for SSDI.As one might imagine with complex trauma, I had a lot of barriers to my healing. Jeralyn was patient with me when I came back with the same sh!t over and over. Jeralyn is compassionate; every time I pushed her away and isolated myself, she allowed me the space I needed to come back. Jeralyn is gracious because she never once made me feel shame for pushing her away or that I needed to change anything about me. She accepted me exactly as I am then, now, and each step of the way.Seven years later, I've stepped into my power. I've reconnected with my soul and found my purpose. I've become an amazing parent, started school, and launched a business. All seven years after I thought there was nothing left for me but miserable memories.It was a gift from The Universe having her help me to first heal then grow.
