I have been to the residential treatment program in Tomah three to four times. I had to return because I have PTSD, substance abuse, anxiety, depression and also physical ailments. When I went to Tomah I had a discussion initially with my case manager and I told her that she had to be hard on me and keep it real. Get on my cage when needed and everything. During my treatment I got upset because she was keeping it real getting on my case. When I looked at her she wasn't smiling and hard-faced and everything. I reported it to the supervisor and asked her to to change my case managers. Of course you did. I. I blamed myself for what happened to me in the military and caused my PTSD. The second time I returned I worked hard with her and everything still skeptical about the way she felt about me. On the last meeting we had, we battled we argued but at the end of that meeting I did not blame myself anymore. I thanked her and gave her a hug and then she smiled tomah and their residential treatment program is the best I have ever had. Their groups are great. They're not large groups. They make sure you understand the topic. All the case. Managers and facilitators are great. I would recommend that program to any of my fellow veterans. Thank you rttp for everything you have given me and still can give me if need be. They also woke up the inner me and I started being creative again with a lot of parts of my life. My thinking improved. My art skills improved and I learned a lot while I was there. And they're fried Chicken in their cafeteria at lunch time is the best. Thank you!

My boyfriend (Donald Trepania) and I decided it was time to get clean not only for ourselves but also cuz we have a grandbaby on the way so we called and were able to get in the same morning and could see both of us and I was feeling a little ashamed and embarrassed due to being an addict that immediately went away after meeting staff I didn't feel ashamed anymore for being an addict. The staff was so friendly and non-judgemental and from the very first visit they showed they truly cared about my recovery. I couldn't have asked for a better first visit. Thanks for everything! Both of us are excited to start this new journey together and even more excited about the end goal of being sober! Just want to thank nurse Maddie & Allie in ICU/critical care unit, on Jan 15,16,17, 2024 for taking good care of my son Christopher Boo. He was admitted on Jan 14th-20th in for a week. Got sick while visiting in town. I live in Tennessee. Those 2 Ladies call me letting me know his condition. I couldn't get there town snow in, airports shut down. I prayed for my son to breath again. God gave me 2 nurse with compassion, kindness, good heart. So Nurse Maddie & Allie, I greatly appreciate your kindness. Blessing to you 2 nurse for all your great services. I have nothing but kind words to express regarding Sagent North! Marge invited my child and myself into her office and truly heard me when I explained what we were seeking and I feel she matched us very well. I am so comfortable with Rachel, she has been wonderful and I believe Taylor will be great for My child. Most importantly, this particular office and the staff we've encountered here truly have gone out of their way to help our healing. Sometimes when we get on this healing journey we may backslide or struggle and to have a place of business, in the behavioral health field understand this and offer support needed to keep coming back is a breath of fresh air.

Jennifer Abele was wonderful for our pre marriage counseling, we did about 6 or 7 sessions with her and really got a lot out of it. Highly recommend. Only took one star off because the lady with gray hair at the front desk we saw every-time is not great and always had to rescan our insurance because she would lose it every single time or couldn’t locate it and overall is very spacey.

My overall experience with Central WI Counseling Associates - having both therapy and medication care - has been nothing but positive. 1. The administrative team are pleasant, prompt, and treat me with respect. The atmosphere is calm and welcoming. I’ve never experienced billing issues nor difficulties with scheduling an appointment. 2. My therapist is an intuitive coach and empowering mentor. She listens, validates, and challenges me in all the ways needed. My sessions with her have led to increased self awareness and self love, and propel me to be my most authentic self. I am blessed to have such a skilled therapist in my corner. 3. For about a year I’d been considering whether to see a specialist about psychiatry medication but I never got myself to the point of taking action on it (partly due to stigma & worry). When I learned Justin Schuerman joined CWCA down the hall from my therapist, I decided to take the leap and ask for an appointment. — This was one of the best decisions I’ve made for myself in a long time. Justin has proven to be knowledgeable, experienced and skilled in his specialty while also being kind, considerate and demonstrating genuine interest and commitment toward my wellbeing and success. Talking to him is easy, I never feel rushed or unheard. I appreciate the time he takes to answer my questions and discuss options in a way that makes sense. If you’ve been considering seeing a therapist for counseling or a specialist for psychiatry medication, don’t put it off. There are good people out there doing great things for their clients, and I can personally attest to at least two of them at CWCA!

I do not have enough good things to say about Jeralyn and her team at Wanderlust Wellness. Ive had been in traditional "talk therapy" for years and nothing helped. The Brainspotting that Jeralyn offered is the only thing that ever has helped me feel better. I also appreciate how thorough and knowledgeable Jeralyn is. She is extremely good at what she does! Not only is friendly, personable, and kind, but she goes above and beyond for her clients. I love that she is very involved in the brainspotting community and even helps other therapists get trained in it. I have recommended her to soooooo many people and will continue to sing her praises. Wanderlust Wellness also offers some of the best meditation and wellness classes in Wisconsin! I highly recommend checking out a group or yoga nidra.

I have been in therapy for a few years now and exclusively with Jeralyn. From the start of my journey she has been nothing short of amazing. She is well educated and continues to push herself to learn additional methods to implement in her practice. Most importantly, she is kind, compassionate, and non judgemental. It is a perfect way to begin and continue on your healing journey. I'm thankful to her everyday and recommend my friends and family to her and/or therapy alone. I appreciate her and her abilities more than she likely knows. She will ensure you are a good fit for each other and will let you know that straight up. I highly recommend!

I have been seeing Jeralyn for several months, and I think she is WONDERFUL. She has helped me root out some deeply held trauma from decades ago that I did not know was still effecting me. Jeralyn has been a lifesaver for me. She may not be the right fit for everyone, but I would highly recommend her if you need help/need to talk to someone.

All through the time I participated I was supported with knowledge and sincere caring, these works and a genuine desire to stop drinking made available a positive sense of spirituality which I will always carry with me.As I was becoming healthy the bonds continued to grow and I have many friends at the Alano Club 76. They are the type of friends you can always go to if there is need, What more could one ask for? I pray for many others in need to go through the doors at the Alano Club.

Anonymous family environment for anyone of any alcohol and/or drug addiction and family events as well. I grew up in the warm welcoming family atmosphere that left such amazing memories, when my addictions hit me to rock bottom led me back home! One day at a time...keep coming back non judgemental people who have walked a similar path as you and me! The most important person is you the first time walking in the door and you won't regret it....
