I recently had 2 preop physicals at the Krohn Clinic, each a month apart, conducted by PA Amy Pringle prior to cataract surgeries.
As a career military rescue medic, I have had the opportunity to observe many healthcare personnel at work. Amy far and above surpasses many, if not all of those.
I wish to say that the thoroughness of her exam and the time she spent going through my records, was quite amazing. She noticed some weight loss which we discussed, and also the drug regimine I am on to help me with knowing when to take certain drugs, was quite helpful. A simple physical to insure I would have no problems with surgery would have been sufficient.but she went way beyond what I had expected.
Amy is obviously a dedicated caring professional and I am more than grateful for having been scheduled to see her. If I find that I ever need a new primary caregiver, Amy is at the very top of that list

Dr. Bolden was amazing. She listened, and discovered what was wrong with me after being told it was other things that were not a big deal. Even when going to the ER after my visit with her, and there they said they thought it was something minimal, I went to a specialist and it turned out that Dr. Bolden was right in the beginning. She truly listens and tries to get to the bottom of things.

I’ve been to the Eau Claire ER and subsequently hospitalized on 3 occasions over the past year and spent at least a month combined here. From the person delivering my food, cleaning the room all the way to the dr on the floor I was consistently treated kindly and with respect.
I was told once I was the nicest patient a nurse had and I think that kindness goes both ways.

Good place to get your primary care done but if you need any kind of urgent treatment go to Prevea Instacare in Altoona or the ED. All they will do is send you there anyway if you can wait for an appointment i high recommend them.

Just want to thank nurse Maddie & Allie in ICU/critical care unit, on Jan 15,16,17, 2024 for taking good care of my son Christopher Boo. He was admitted on Jan 14th-20th in for a week. Got sick while visiting in town. I live in Tennessee. Those 2 Ladies call me letting me know his condition. I couldn't get there town snow in, airports shut down. I prayed for my son to breath again. My overall experience with Central WI Counseling Associates - having both therapy and medication care - has been nothing but positive.
1. The administrative team are pleasant, prompt, and treat me with respect. The atmosphere is calm and welcoming. I’ve never experienced billing issues nor difficulties with scheduling an appointment.
2. My therapist is an intuitive coach and empowering mentor. She listens, validates, and challenges me in all the ways needed. My sessions with her have led to increased self awareness and self love, and propel me to be my most authentic self. I am blessed to have such a skilled therapist in my corner.
3. For about a year I’d been considering whether to see a specialist about psychiatry medication but I never got myself to the point of taking action on it (partly due to stigma & worry). When I learned Justin Schuerman joined CWCA down the hall from my therapist, I decided to take the leap and ask for an appointment. — This was one of the best decisions I’ve made for myself in a long time. Justin has proven to be knowledgeable, experienced and skilled in his specialty while also being kind, considerate and demonstrating genuine interest and commitment toward my wellbeing and success. Talking to him is easy, I never feel rushed or unheard. I appreciate the time he takes to answer my questions and discuss options in a way that makes sense.
If you’ve been considering seeing a therapist for counseling or a specialist for psychiatry medication, don’t put it off. There are good people out there doing great things for their clients, and I can personally attest to at least two of them at CWCA!

I cannot say enough great things about Central Wisconsin Counseling!! After a very painful breakup/bankruptcy/termination/court order all within months of each other, I found myself fearing I was in a permanent downward spiral. I was questioning my own sanity and worth, and needing therapy. Thankfully, I turned to Central Wisconsin Counseling in Wisconsin Rapids. I was pleased that i was able to be scheduled for a prompt appointment. Dr. Roger has been a great help to me with healing and moving forward to becoming the best version of myself. I was referred for a mental health evaluation, at my request, and look forward to my continued sessions with Dr. Roger as he is helping me to find the self I have lost. He has a professional, yet casual way of assisting me to find peace and love for myself, for which, i cannot express my gratitude enough. Booking appointments is easy and convenient and the staff goes above and beyond for their clients. The office, itself, is a very professional setting, but also has a comfort that puts you at ease-a necessity for me when I am most vulnerable.

I was in need of good solid information and to start a life of recovery in the community. I went there with a friend and the members there greeted me with open arms,open minds, and open hearts. The people there new what I needed and without reservation shared their stories and their lives. Meeting after meeting I began cleansing myself and with the help of others who came regularily I formed a foundation for my soberiety. All through the time I participated I was supported with knowledge and sincere caring, these works and a genuine desire to stop drinking made available a positive sense of spirituality which I will always carry with me.As I was becoming healthy the bonds continued to grow and I have many friends at the Alano Club 76. They are the type of friends you can always go to if there is need, What more could one ask for? I pray for many others in need to go through the doors at the Alano Club.

Alano Club 76 saved my life. It was such a great place even though I was really nervous to initially leave it couldn't have been a better decision I met a lot of great people but I still talk to to this day that hold me accountable

Anonymous family environment for anyone of any alcohol and/or drug addiction and family events as well. I grew up in the warm welcoming family atmosphere that left such amazing memories, when my addictions hit me to rock bottom led me back home! One day at a time...keep coming back non judgemental people who have walked a similar path as you and me! The most important person is you the first time walking in the door and you won't regret it....
