I had to return because I have PTSD, substance abuse, anxiety, depression and also physical ailments. When I went to Tomah I had a discussion initially with my case manager and I told her that she had to be hard on me and keep it real. Get on my cage when needed and everything. During my treatment I got upset because she was keeping it real getting on my case. When I looked at her she wasn't smiling and hard-faced and everything. I reported it to the supervisor and asked her to to change my case managers. Of course you did. I. I blamed myself for what happened to me in the military and caused my PTSD. The second time I returned I worked hard with her and everything still skeptical about the way she felt about me. On the last meeting we had, we battled we argued but at the end of that meeting I did not blame myself anymore. I thanked her and gave her a hug and then she smiled tomah and their residential treatment program is the best I have ever had. Their groups are great. They're not large groups. They make sure you understand the topic. All the case. Managers and facilitators are great. I would recommend that program to any of my fellow veterans. Thank you rttp for everything you have given me and still can give me if need be. They also woke up the inner me and I started being creative again with a lot of parts of my life. My thinking improved. My art skills improved and I learned a lot while I was there. And they're fried Chicken in their cafeteria at lunch time is the best. Thank you! Some of the negative reviews appear to stem from situations where patients were requesting exceptions or accommodations that the clinic was unable to provide because they were required to follow Wisconsin DHS 75 regulations. While that may understandably be frustrating for someone in the moment, it doesn’t reflect the quality of care or dedication of the staff. Overall, I’ve found the team to be caring, professional, and committed to helping patients achieve stability and recovery. I’m grateful for the support they provide. From the minute I walked in I felt I was in good hands. From the person checking me in to every staff member that treated me, my care was outstanding. My PA Maggie Maxwell was very knowledgeable, compassionate and professional. My nurse Nick was very patient and caring. Both treated me extremely well and I am grateful for their care. Sent here minutes afterwards, I cannot accurately remember my original stay in the ICU, which was about a week. But from what I've been told, the staff were more than amazing. They treated my family, and or friends with the utmost respect, gave not just me, but my parents care. And by ALL means -- undoubtedly saved my life. The same can be said for the care I received in Rochester after being air-lifted. After staying there for around a month+, I was then sent back to Eau Claire, only this time fully conscious, and in much better condition. Experiencing the same hospital again though this time awake confirmed everything my family told me. The doctors put simply were awesome, the nurses were engaging yet extremely respectful, and kind. This hospital did more than save my life, it honored it. No online rating can accurately represent just how amazing some of the people inside this building truly are. I have no plans on leaving especially after I saw how dedicated they were to make sure EVERY client still got services during COVID(most times could only say that about restaurants & Nurses). I see Brie & have no plans on changing or leaving her. Just when I am at my darkest she knows somehow what to say, give advice on to try, etc. She is SO SMART yet so down to earth. Works with every age group & each client is treated differently but that's what you want right what's best for you, advice/guidance when needed, there for you good & bad, etc. You honestly really feel cared about when you think no one else does. They/she figured out how many times to needed to be seen during each season/conditions. VERY flexible. I only knew I couldn't function the way I was anymore, and needed help that my parents couldn't give me. The depression, guilt, anger, pain, and anxiety was so overrun in my body and mind that I wasn't able to focus for more than a few minutes. After the first 2 days there, I was able to breathe, calm down, feel hopeful and heard. I talked to a psychiatrist and we started trialing medications to figure out the "cocktail" of meds best suited for me. I got help with my sleeping, leveling out my mood, severe anxiety, and hopelessness, and was able to read a book every day during down time between group classes. I didn't know what to expect, but what I experienced was nothing short of a miracle. It truly saved my life, I can not recall any one person's name, but every single person I met during my stay of not quite 2 weeks was friendly and warm, and made me feel good to be there, not like I did something wrong, or something was wrong with me. We expect too much of ourselves and have too much pride to show weakness in this day and age.. I know I thought that way and it almost broke me, I find myself thanking God at odd times, knowing my life would be severely different today, if I didn't have my parents take me in last year. What a blessing, I am so thankful and will go again much sooner next time if I start to see or feel some signs! I have been to the residential treatment program in Tomah three to four times. I had to return because I have PTSD, substance abuse, anxiety, depression and also physical ailments. When I went to Tomah I had a discussion initially with my case manager and I told her that she had to be hard on me and keep it real. Get on my cage when needed and everything. During my treatment I got upset because she was keeping it real getting on my case. When I looked at her she wasn't smiling and hard-faced and everything. I reported it to the supervisor and asked her to to change my case managers. Of course you did. I. I blamed myself for what happened to me in the military and caused my PTSD. The second time I returned I worked hard with her and everything still skeptical about the way she felt about me. On the last meeting we had, we battled we argued but at the end of that meeting I did not blame myself anymore. I thanked her and gave her a hug and then she smiled tomah and their residential treatment program is the best I have ever had. Their groups are great. They're not large groups. They make sure you understand the topic. All the case. Managers and facilitators are great. I would recommend that program to any of my fellow veterans. Thank you rttp for everything you have given me and still can give me if need be. They also woke up the inner me and I started being creative again with a lot of parts of my life. My thinking improved. My art skills improved and I learned a lot while I was there. And they're fried Chicken in their cafeteria at lunch time is the best. Thank you!

I’ve had a very positive experience with this clinic. The staff are compassionate, respectful, and genuinely supportive. They treat patients with dignity and without judgment while maintaining appropriate boundaries and following the regulations and standards that govern opioid treatment programs. I would also encourage people reading reviews to consider the context behind them. Some of the negative reviews appear to stem from situations where patients were requesting exceptions or accommodations that the clinic was unable to provide because they were required to follow Wisconsin DHS 75 regulations. While that may understandably be frustrating for someone in the moment, it doesn’t reflect the quality of care or dedication of the staff. Overall, I’ve found the team to be caring, professional, and committed to helping patients achieve stability and recovery. I’m grateful for the support they provide.

I recently had to visit the emergency room at the Mayo Hospital in Eau Claire. From the minute I walked in I felt I was in good hands. Was run over by a car on April 5th of 2026. Sent here minutes afterwards, I cannot accurately remember my original stay in the ICU, which was about a week. But from what I've been told, the staff were more than amazing. They treated my family, and or friends with the utmost respect, gave not just me, but my parents care. And by ALL means -- undoubtedly saved my life. The same can be said for the care I received in Rochester after being air-lifted. After staying there for around a month+, I was then sent back to Eau Claire, only this time fully conscious, and in much better condition. Experiencing the same hospital again though this time awake confirmed everything my family told me. The doctors put simply were awesome, the nurses were engaging yet extremely respectful, and kind. This hospital did more than save my life, it honored it. No online rating can accurately represent just how amazing some of the people inside this building truly are.

Each person is so kind, caring & if you've got paperwork to fill out they are on top of EVERYTHING! I have been going to Stein for almost 10yrs!!!! I love how they find you the person your gonna work with better or have no issues if you wanted to try someone new/else..& the owners CARE about making their business the BEST it can be for person.(who doesn't want that in a business?)...PLUS I hear they even have a MT(massage therapist)on staff talk about the PERFECT me day!!!! They have even added space & more staff, check out the new kids/family waiting area! I have been to MANY different places over the years & this one is HANDS DOWN the BEST! I have no plans on leaving especially after I saw how dedicated they were to make sure EVERY client still got services during COVID(most times could only say that about restaurants & Nurses). I see Brie & have no plans on changing or leaving her. Just when I am at my darkest she knows somehow what to say, give advice on to try, etc. She is SO SMART yet so down to earth. Works with every age group & each client is treated differently but that's what you want right what's best for you, advice/guidance when needed, there for you good & bad, etc. You honestly really feel cared about when you think no one else does. They/she figured out how many times to needed to be seen during each season/conditions. VERY flexible. When I went in last year, I didn't know quite what to expect. I only knew I couldn't function the way I was anymore, and needed help that my parents couldn't give me. The depression, guilt, anger, pain, and anxiety was so overrun in my body and mind that I wasn't able to focus for more than a few minutes. After the first 2 days there, I was able to breathe, calm down, feel hopeful and heard. I talked to a psychiatrist and we started trialing medications to figure out the "cocktail" of meds best suited for me. I got help with my sleeping, leveling out my mood, severe anxiety, and hopelessness, and was able to read a book every day during down time between group classes. I didn't know what to expect, but what I experienced was nothing short of a miracle. It truly saved my life, I can not recall any one person's name, but every single person I met during my stay of not quite 2 weeks was friendly and warm, and made me feel good to be there, not like I did something wrong, or something was wrong with me. We expect too much of ourselves and have too much pride to show weakness in this day and age.. I know I thought that way and it almost broke me, I find myself thanking God at odd times, knowing my life would be severely different today, if I didn't have my parents take me in last year. What a blessing, I am so thankful and will go again much sooner next time if I start to see or feel some signs!

This clinic is truly amazing! I’ve been clean for 16 years, and I can honestly say it's the best experience I've had. The staff members are just wonderful—so kind, caring, and understanding. The counseling sessions are very helpful, and I wish they could stay longer. My counselor is absolutely fantastic! Pam, Corey, and Kayla not to mention the nurse are so great. Abby and Liz your the best! Everyone here are all incredible—they make such a positive difference. Overall, everyone here is just an awesome team, and I'm so grateful for the support they've given me.

I have nothing but kind words to express regarding Sagent North! Marge invited my child and myself into her office and truly heard me when I explained what we were seeking and I feel she matched us very well. I am so comfortable with Rachel, she has been wonderful and I believe Taylor will be great for My child. Most importantly, this particular office and the staff we've encountered here truly have gone out of their way to help our healing. Sometimes when we get on this healing journey we may backslide or struggle and to have a place of business, in the behavioral health field understand this and offer support needed to keep coming back is a breath of fresh air.

Jennifer Abele was wonderful for our pre marriage counseling, we did about 6 or 7 sessions with her and really got a lot out of it. Highly recommend. Only took one star off because the lady with gray hair at the front desk we saw every-time is not great and always had to rescan our insurance because she would lose it every single time or couldn’t locate it and overall is very spacey.
