I just want to thank everyone there. I got frustrated at one point because I thought I was getting a Tb shot. I heard the girl wrong. She was just doing a test. My mistake. She was a sweetheart. Everyone there including security guard was great. Dr. Was one of the best Dr's I've ever spoke with. I have a back injury that got me hooked on vics. 100.00 a day nightmare. If your on anything don't go another day without calling them. Get in there and get your life back. Trust me on this. And don't worry who knows. Who cares. Its your life. Don't be ashamed. Everyone makes mistakes. Security guard was on a power trip tho. 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣 he was not its in inside joke. He was a great great person. And I need him to just ride safe. He has a beautiful road glide... we definitely will ride together soon. Again this is the best place to get clean and you're life back. 😇

Leave attitude (anger) & entitlement outside the door. You do have the time to wait...and you should wait as long as it takes to get help (any help) available.
The staff do not have "an attitude". Just very serious, while trying to serve/help so many at the same time.
The Community Services Agency provides basic information to the public...all the way up to full on emergency crisis response. The Agency can help, if allowed. They do care.

I was sent here against my own will, I didn't even know what that place was, it was single-handedly one of the worst experiences of my life. But it helped me a lot. Never have gone back. The council I saw, suggested I go here, didn't explain to be what it was. Just left me there, I was scared. I didn't know hat was going on, but I left there after the longest 9 hours of my life. Shaking, scared, unaware... but I decided I wanted my life back. Since then I've fought daily to keep who I am, to be who I want to be, and not never go back. Staff was nice, but they thought I'd harm someone which I'd never do, I guess that's how things work inside that place.

Awesome staff!! They are short staffed and you can tell they are tired sometimes and over worked. I'm positive be they have their own personal problems. They put everything aside to help those who come in a time of need. They do the BEST they can to personally check in with everyone and have personal conversations. Been at Josie's for over 2 years now and I can honestly say that without the staff making an effort to help me get housing I don't know where I'd be today. The staff are all amazing and really care about what they do and helping others. When I'm struggling and I can't help but see myself as a complete failure, My counselor has always been the one that lets me know all kinds of positive qualities and choices I've made to get me to see clearly again. I was a patient at Three Rivers Indian Lodge. I am now a contributing member of society and have multiple years of sobriety for which I directly credit both the program and staff at the facility. During my stay, I felt like I was in a safe environment and that those who worked there sincerely cared for me and my wellbeing. The classes offered were very insightful and allowed me to understand why I had made certain choices and how to make better ones in the future. The meals provided were excellent and most akin to home cooking while the accommodations were comfortable and clean. Most worthwhile things in life do not come without struggle and recovery is no exception but I consider myself very fortunate to have began my journey of healing at Three Rivers Lodge.

So I finally gave in and I look for treatment and I recommend this place to anybody that has alcohol or drug problems I got referred to Nirvana but everyone said go to SRC and when I went to SRC the first day was like a drip then I became knowing people and socializing more and I didn't want to leave it felt like heaven no cell phones no drama just on a positive note if I could have stayed longer than 10 days I would have but I have a broke down car that I didn't want to leave abandoned so I didn't even want to leave they have thousands of DVDs they watch movies there's pool tables there's foosball there's a white bench weight sets wait everything you want to exercise the best thing that happened in my life and the staff is great

Amazing counselors! The only thing I would say is the customer service at front desk is not friendly or professional.
But at least our counselors are great and the kids agree.

I have had the most amazing experience with the support from the therapists at Valley Community Counseling. My son is in therapy and they have a Parent Partner Program to help the parents support their child. It has been so refreshing to see people who genuinely care & are passionate about helping people. They're privately owned with 3 locations in Stockton Manteca and Tracy. They mostly deal with court-mandated situations such as DUI domestic abuse drug abuse. Counselors and staff are very friendly and more than willing to help with any questions or needs. They have very flexible schedules that go from morning into late evening 6 days a week.
