Other Forms of Payment

Private insurance refers to any kind of healthcare coverage that isn't from the state or federal government. This includes individual and family plans offered by an employer or purchased from the Insurance Marketplace. Every plan will have different requirements and out of pocket costs so be sure to get the full details before you start treatment.

Self-pay involves paying for treatment out of your own pocket. You can use savings or credit, get a personal loan, or receive help from family and friends to fund your treatment. If you don't have insurance or your insurance plan doesn't cover a specific program, self-pay can help ensure you still get the care you need.

Addiction Treatments

Levels of Care

Designed for individuals who don't require round-the-clock care, a partial hospitalization program (PHP) is a form of outpatient care with a higher level of support. PHP treatment can be an alternative to inpatient hospitalization or a step-down option. With daily sessions lasting 6 to 8 hours, up to 5 days a week, a partial hospitalization program may offer medication management, relapse prevention techniques, and behavioral therapy interventions. PHP treatment can be fully or partially covered by insurance.

Clients enrolled in an intensive outpatient program (IOP) travel to treatment centers for specialized care multiple times per week. Intensive outpatient treatment allows clients to receive robust care while continuing to live at home. Most programs require between nine and 20 treatment hours per week, with the frequency and intensive of sessions decreasing as clients stabilize. Services generally include a combination of addiction counseling, medication assisted treatment (MAT), recovery-focused life skills training, and holistic therapies.

Outpatient rehab enables clients to receive addiction treatment while continuing to work and reside at home. Many programs offer evening, night, and weekend services so that clients may receive treatment on their own schedule. Outpatient treatment modalities typically include addiction counseling, recovery-focused life skills training, and/or medication assisted treatment (MAT). Many programs also provide step-down care, including partial hospitalization (PHP), intensive outpatient (IOP), and standard outpatient services, to align with clients' evolving needs.

Sober living homes in Georgia offers an alternative to the abrupt change of moving from intensive treatment to an unstructured home environment. Men's and women's sober living homes replicate everyday life situations, but they do so in a sober environment while also reinforcing healthy habits. This reduces the chance of relapse. Individuals who could use extra support after rehab or don't have a stable home environment can benefit from this transitional option.

Treatments

Alcoholism is a pattern of alcohol use that involves continued drinking even when it causes problems. Alcoholism is also characterized by a physical dependence on alcohol, which causes the body to experience withdrawal symptoms when alcohol is not present. Due to this physical dependence, medically-supervised detox is often necessary to safely recover from alcoholism. Alcohol rehab in Georgia offers a three-step process of detox, rehab, and maintenance to help individuals recover from alcohol addiction.

A quality drug rehab in Georgia can help you overcome addiction. This environment is designed to help you address the complex issues contributing to drug dependence. The goal of treatment is to give you the tools you need to make a full recovery.

Programs

Adult rehab programs include therapies tailored to each client's specific needs, goals, and recovery progress. They are tailored to the specific challenges adult clients may face, including family and work pressures and commitments. From inpatient and residential treatment to various levels of outpatient services, there are many options available. Some facilities also help adults work through co-occurring conditions, like anxiety, that can accompany addiction.

Clinical Services

While cognitive behavioral therapy in Georgia is unique for each person, this therapy follows a standard structure that has proven effective. Clients first learn about their substance use disorder, then learn and practice techniques such as coping, stress management, and resilience to change their thought and behavior patterns.

In trauma therapy, you address the emotional and psychological effects of traumatic events in your life. Your therapist provides you with the tools you need to process those memories and reduce the symptoms. This helps improve your overall mental health and functioning.

During family therapy sessions in Georgia, members address the emotional toll that addiction has had on them. Therapists help your family develop coping strategies and improve the family unit's communication. This provides a stable environment that supports the recovery process.

People in Georgia find that group therapy offers a place to share responsibility for each other's recovery. This helps foster a collective commitment to sobriety, which increases your potential for success and creates a network of mutual support that often follows into personal friendships.

Men and women in Georgia may experience Motivational Interviewing techniques while undergoing individual therapy for drug and alcohol addiction treatment. This approach helps you explore how you feel about drug use and it strengthens your commitment to maintaining treatment. It is particularly useful in the early stages of recovery.

My boyfriend went to this IOP rehab facility twice now and has been kicked out both times. There is no housing manager and no one to oversee the clients who are staying in the facility’s residential units and the lax supervision allows them to get away with a lot. My boyfriend claims that he was able to continue drinking daily the entire time he was at the center. When he got kicked out the second time, a week before he hit his 60 days, the reason they gave was that he either used fake urine or tampered with a drug test. He was genuinely offended that they accused him of using fake urine because, according to him, it was real urine, it just wasn’t his urine. My bf claims that after getting caught breaking curfew, the owner, Larry, had him submit a drug test urinalysis in a non-laboratory approved cup. He says that Larry must have transferred that urinalysis into a lab approved cup and sent it off to the lab sometime in the next week. My bf didn’t fail that test for drugs but it did show abnormal levels that (according to my bf) Larry says shows that the urine was synthetic. He was particularly upset by this accusation because, he says, “the urine was real! It wasn’t my urine but it was real urine!” How on earth does one manage to get drunk every day for two months while in rehab?! He’s been kicked out before so he already knew what he could get away with and that’s why he wanted to go to this one again. He doesn’t want to stop drinking or live a better life because if he did he would go anywhere but Arise. He snuck his phone in and spent all his time hanging out (and drinking) at the pool hall across the street. He wanted to sneak me into the IOP housing for the holidays (I declined but I know that he either snuck some other girl in or he got caught sneaking out/breaking curfew to see some other girl cause he did the same thing last time).

Response from the owner
Thank you for your response. In order to maintain ethical standards and uphold HIPAA regulations, we respectfully request that any concerns or complaints be communicated directly by your boyfriend. This ensures we are able to address matters appropriately while safeguarding his confidentiality.

Additionally, we must emphasize that submitting another individual's urine for a urinalysis constitutes a serious violation of program policy and resulted in his dismissal from the program. While we are deeply committed to supporting individuals on their journey to recovery from substance use disorders, we are also bound to uphold the policies and procedures outlined by our licensing and certification standards.

Words could never justify what I’ve PERSONALLY EXPERIENCED @ ARISE!!! I came in the program addicted to heroin and meth… been to prison 7 times and overdosed 7 times! However, today I’m not obsessing with any mind altering substance… not only do they offer INTENSIVE OUT PATIENT “IOP” with Top of the line counseling but also have clean housing available as well! For me personally, both were detrimental for my recovery… They hold you accountable for finding a sponsor and working the steps…If your looking for somewhere safe for your loved one or yourself to recover walk, run to ARISE…. That has been my experience!!

Response from the owner
Thank you, Jason! We are all grateful for you and proud to be a part of your incredible journey. Please continue to be involved with helping others like you do.
