I spent about three months in their IOP program, and it made a huge difference for me! Raj Iyer is a fantastic therapist, and the group facilitators do a great job at making the lessons engaging and relatable. As a college student, I was part of the young adult group, where my peers were welcoming and supportive. No matter what you’re struggling with, this is a program that’s worth trying.

Embark is genuinely the best place to get treatment. I looked so different leaving the program than when I came in. The staff are so kind, considerate, they provide such helpful skills to help with mental health and urges. Ja’Monica, Susan, Myron, Loren, Jimmy, Terri, David, Maddie, Mona, Vessena, De’Ja, Sade, and Dr. Hooper yall are genuinely so precious to me and yall will always have a place in my heart. Ja’Monica was my personal therapist and I learned so much from her and her EMDR amongst all her other methods of therapy. I have nothing but good things to say about them. They’re also really good with security on a real note, they always make sure we as the clients are protected in every way shape or form. Susan will push you past your limits in the best way possible. If you get mad at what she says that’s in your best interest, you’ll know it’s what you need to work on 😂 THANK YOU EMBARK 💖💖💖

As with all rehabs, you get out what you put in, but this place makes it easy if you are willing to do the work. The clinical staff is extremely knowledgeable and has a wide breadth of wisdom between them. The food is great and the sleeping quarters are very comfortable. The CEO is amazing and makes herself available to the patients which is something I was very impressed with. All in all I feel very safe and comfortable for my entire two month stay.

Alana is a wonderful place for recovery. The coping skills you learn are top tier! The staff really cares about your progress and they try to do as much as they can to help you with recovery. Cliff, Darnell, Joy and the full staff are amazing. They definitely help you pack life long tools

Being at Alana was a great experience for me. I had a chance to learn a lot of things about recovery and the mental aspect of what drugs and alcohol does to the body as a hole. I would definitely recommend this place to others such as myself that's trying to get their lives together. I stayed there 3 months,and I wish I was able to stay there even longer,Ms.Laura,Ms.Brenda,Colin,Chris,Cliff,and Caitlin played a big role in my recovery,these are PEOPLE THAT ILL NEVER FORGET. They helped me so much along the way,I plan in going back to Alana to work,once I get enough clean time.. God Bless the whole entire staff at Alana,including my peers that I left when I graduated...Im looking forward to attending The Alumni gatherings.My journey is by far over with. I had a good experience at Alana can honestly say it’s changed my life for the better Mrs Laura Mrs Brittney Were Wonder And understanding the whole time Mrs Brenda And Colin are really kind hearted always made me feel right at home at Alana Mrs Sara Also always very professional when helping with any information or housing. And Mr Cliff The Alumni Director was great tons of energy and wisdom from him his events and meetings were always something to look forward to! I personally needed help desperately and their team took me in no problem no hassle.. comfortable hospitality they really do care about you if you take your habit or problem serious.. Johnathan was a good tech to help me regain some clothing i had lost and has good convo’s as well as Christine she is a great counselor and really cares. The nurses were very sweet, nice and patient. I couldnt refer someone anywhere else if they take your insurance!

Loved it here staff is very sweet and very helpful. also, Anaya and Curtis Matthews, vashti and Jonathan are my favorites, but overall everyone is so sweet. We had movie night and petting zoos and cool stuff like that.

Just go say addiction is never easy for the family. My brother went and got treatment. I was very concerned but Emily made the process so much easier and calmed my concerns. I think she is exceptional. Thank you for your kindness.

They are vey helpful people who care about u get well. I love everybody that works there because they gave me great support and coping skills to handle my stress events and not go to drinking. That there are skills inside u that u can do but this gets five stars cause they do care about u and ur health.

Krista, Reed, Robert, and the entire Centered cast of characters are truly amazing. I was referred by my therapist, but I was essentially a walk-on who knew I needed an in-person IOP program. Balancing a busy business and personal life made the logistics challenging, but the guidance, education, and counseling at Centered have changed my life, and positively affected the people around me, including my family and friends. It takes work, but I have learned to be mindful, stay present, get some altitude, and remember that thoughts are just thoughts, not directions I have to follow. And it’s working. These guys are brilliant!

My experience at Centered has been a journey. When I first entered, I was less than thrilled to be there. I was extremely frustrated with myself because I could not understand why I could not change my behavior when I already knew what the problem was. But through support, guidance, and encouragement from the team at Centered. I gained the tools and knowledge needed to help me take the steps to correct years of trauma and negativity. What stood out most to me was the program’s Holistic approach. They focused not only on personal growth and accountability, but also on overall wellness, mindset, emotional well-being, and building healthy habits for everyday life. The environment was welcoming, supportive, and genuinely centered on helping people become the best version of themselves. The staff truly cared about my journey and treated me with compassion and respect every step of the way. I especially want to thank Reed, Krista, and Jennifer who believed in me from the beginning and helped me get into the program. Their support made a lasting impact on my life. While I still continue to grow every day, I can honestly say I am not the same person who walked through the doors when I started. I am grateful for everything this program has done for me and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for support, structure, and positive life changes.

I was blessed to have went through the Extension in 2011. I have been able to remain sober and maintain my recovery because of my network and resources that the Extension offers. I continue to attend meetings there as well as sponsor current residents. The Extension plays a vital role in my life and also countless others.

Willowbrooke has been there for my family in crisis many times. The nurses, care coordinator, therapists and office staff are caring and helpful.

I had my first appointment today. I could not be more pleased with how much the staff cares about my mental health. From the receptionist, to the nurse, to the nurse practitioner, they were all fantastic, pleasant, informative and really seemed to want to see me get the help I need to live a normal life. I am looking forward to my mental health healing journey with this practice.

This is a place that truly understands and cares about both mental health and recovery. I was also treated as a person not just another number. While there was a lot of hard work done here there, there was also fun. We went on field trips such as bowling and more. The Therpist there as remarkable and easy to talk to. Randy had a gift of making everyone feel welcome and heard. I was also very blessed to have Amber as my housing manager. She has went above and beyond for the women’s housing. She has lead and been a role model in many ways! If you’re looking for treatment I highly recommend to looking into this program. I’m now ready and confident to start my next chapter. :)

This program has been such a blessing to me and helpful for my recovery. The counselors are great, they actually care, and they've taken great care of me since day one.

Dr Boatwright and Recreational Therapist Katherine were life changing. Dr Boatwright is the first Dr of any type that listened to what was going on with me instead of trying to tell me how I felt. I have had physical issues since the Covid shot that had effect on my quality of life and she seen that it had effects on me to lead to my attempt at suicide. She has given me a better quality of life moving forward. Mrs Katherine used her amazing skills and personality not only to give me great skills leaving there but I seen her groups have people smiling and some that had not spoken a word since getting there, to start talking and getting involved in her groups. I didn't not want to go here at all put it was a great experience I am glad I got to experience
