I had been a problem drinker for years (let’s just be real: the worst drunk you can imagine). Although I had tried to quit several times before, I always ended up failing and winding “right back in the bottle.” While the outpatient rehabs were fine, they never prepared me for what came after: actually having to live and cope with what the world throws at you. Even after a full year of sobriety I was still struggling when the VA referred me to New Hope. During my first session I was amazed that Toni understood addiction and where I was at with my struggle with my own mind and addiction to alcohol. I was willing to put in the work that Toni suggested and I am now experiencing a life I never thought I could have. If you’ve had enough and are ready to change, give New Hope Counseling a try, it’s changed my life forever. As of the time of this review I am 3 years, 4 months sober, happy, and healthy.

I struggled with early life growing up in the small town in Wisconsin. Didn’t realize how bad it was until I was hopelessly hanging on by a thread. Nearby recovery resources helped me discover Choice House, and that is where my life really began to change in unimaginable ways. I worked through early recover here; spent three months inpatient at the lookout, and four months in outpatient sober living while transitioning into a new unimaginable fulfilling life. North point changed my life forever I do believe. I am 5 months clean. It just clicked with me . I was sick and tired of being sick and tired. I went there with no hope I was ready to no longer live i just wanted to die. I left there with hope and wanting live. I have self worth . I'm excited for my new life. I can't say enough good things about this organization and the people that work here. Coming up on 2 months of sobriety, I can honestly say I would not be here without the amazing staff and therapists at NorthStar. I want to give a huge shout out to Sean who worked with me in helping me identify my triggers and to create a plan for my future. I could write a review a mile long if I started naming all the great staff at the lodge, but I'll keep it to this: from the AM staff to the PM staff, every single person there is invested in supporting you on your journey, and they truly 'get it.' From laughter to serious moments, they facilitated the perfect healing environment for me. KW was also very influential in my healing.

This place saved my life. The entire staff is incredible and I quickly built relationships with everyone. And I could go on and on about my counselor Lindsey. She’s incredible, literally the only person in my life I look forward to talking to twice a week. She’s hands down my absolute favorite person ever. She goes out of here way and makes my recovery a priority. I’ve never had a support system like this and it’s the best feeling.

Even though I was court ordered to this place. They accept walk ins and will help anyone. You have to want the help! first time around I tried methadone it didn’t work for me, everyone is different. I did the groups and therapy through court. Learned so many things and have continued therapy a year after being off probation

My therapist Kate is a great support system! Through changes within my life she helps me stay calm and think through how I am feeling and action I want to take with certain big decisions in school and in day to day activities. She’s shown to understand my sensitivity and love for arts and crafts, along with thoughtful conversations. Kate is helping me through a very transitional and challenging time in my life, even though I only see her once a month for about an hour she’s shown to be very helpful to me long term. Centennial Peaks changed my life for the better. All of these negative reviews are people with negative attitudes in general. This place is what you make it, if you give what you have, they will give out what they have in a professional and hospitable fashion. CJ, Zach, Ethan, Matt, and countless other staff members at this hospital are so caring! I’ve never felt more secure and truly taken care of in a vulnerable position than I did while I was here. I’ve had a bad experience at West Pines behavioral and was hesitant to get help from a facility again, but to say the least I recieved an overabundance of hospitality, true care/follow ups/ect. This place truly set me up for success and I am very impressed and inspired by every. Single. Person. Who works at Centennial Peaks. God bless all of you!

The entire staff was amazing! The counselors were great at communicating with the patients! Everyday was filled with positive and helpful information! The nurses were awesome at making sure everyone was comfortable, got their meds and were feeling as good as you could thru the program! Even the front desk person was very attentive to the patient's needs. Definitely a wonderful place to start your journey to recovery!

I am 5 years sober thanks to West Pines I can t thank the professionals (in the detox and rehab centers) enough for SAVING MY LIFE! I never thought I would be able to achieve sobriety, but, because of their programs my loved ones and I learned all aspects of alcoholism; why it happens and things to look out for (in my recovery) so as to continue having success for the rest of my life Thank you WP, you all helped to save my life and I am forever grateful

I lived here back in about 2021-22 famously in the sprout house, moved around there twice- made good friends and adhered to a lot of rules. Their system for medication might be a bit flawed, and they are located in- not always the safest of places, but- it works. And it is a higher lockdown group home than just a typical one.

This place is unique! The way they adopt deep and well-planned therapies to treat patients’ ailments is impressive. The way they also involve the family members - a key support structure for a sustained and lasting recovery - just blows me away! It is with unending gratitude that we thank the Rose House for the transformation they provided our daughter. She went through both the (initial) 3-month phase at the Rose House itself and then followed with the Step-Down program for 7 months. The entire staff was consistently professional, supportive and knew their way around any "challenge" that was presented to them by any of the residents. Specifically, the Rose House (1) truly showed themselves to be committed to their residents (they do not give up!) (2) the care for each individual is personalized (3) They think through a holistic program that offers the resident a remarkable opportunity for a permanent recovery. (4) Their communitcation with family members is exceptional; providing family members tools to help the person (& the family) in recovery. Our daugher now has a new lease on life (as do we)!! UPDATE - It is now 6+(!!!) years later and our daughter is still clean, healthy, is holding down a job (has gotten promotions, etc) & is just about to move into her own condo!!! We absolutely hold the Rose House “positively responsible” for giving her the foundation upon which to rebuild her life!!! Endless thanks, again, Rose House!!!!
