My first therapist appointment was with Jennifer Chase. Talking and working with her was like being with my friend.
When Jennifer was unavailable temporarily Bridges had Craig Gillespie fill in.
Craig came to my home for my therapy appointments. He made me feel comfortable and has been easy to talk to since the first time meeting with him.
Bridge's Licensed Therapists have proved to be a pleasure to work with so far. It has been two for two that I've been happy with.

Turnbridge an incredibly positive experience for our entire family from the first phone call through the last phase. Their long term, holistic approach to recovery has been working well for us. If there were room for improvement it would be the support for post discharge out-of-state services which was still good. I trust the Turnbridge process and all the exceptional people who work there. Celebrating 8 years sober this week, and I wanted to reflect on my time at Silver Hill, and express the deep gratitude I have for this facility. This place truly saved my life! After multiple failed attempts at other facilities, this place laid a lasting, strong foundation for my long term recovery from alcoholism, drug addiction, and mental health struggles. It is the most incredibly warm, nurturing, and loving environment for early recovery, and it truly transformed my life. I am forever grateful for the time I spent at Silver Hill. Beautiful campus— they separate the units into houses, so you recover in a homelike setting, rather than a sterile hospital room. They had an amazing staff, full of very knowledgeable doctors and therapists, and I learned so much about myself during my stay there. If I could give it a million stars, I would. Thank you for everything, Silver Hill!

ACU nurses and staff could not have been better. Truly honorable kind hearted people who are passionate about their work in helping people with their struggles.

It is what it is don't except anything but state insurance and cash pay is very high otherwise the people are super nice
Staff was very helpful and patient. I’ve been to multiple programs similar to this one and have never seen such a clean building let alone dealt with people that work there that actually act like they care would definitely recommend over any other place in Connecticut from my personal experience.

Whether you are a 1st time treatment/detox seeker or have relapsed and are searching for a new facility, this is your place. The staff are amazing and go above and beyond for the patients. This was my one and hopefully only experience, but I am incredibly grateful that I chose Retreat (New Haven). My therapist was PHENOMENAL! If you are willing to do the work, commit to yourself that YOU are worth the time & energy needed that it takes to truly recover, and remain sober then I highly recommend you give Retreat a try. It is a welcoming community and hopefully you will be as pleasantly surprised as I was about the services available, especially if you are a first responder or an active duty/veteran service member.

I've been in this place before in comparison with the ZEN feelings and vibes at this establishment I would ruin the feel.
Before the tension coming from the staff and clients was high; feeling to a point as a trigger for relapses.
Now this site is comfortable, very calm soothing and relaxed environmental atmosphere. Peaceful and calming are the staff that works here and very supportive and hands on. They are together delivering exceptional world class service to our neighborhoods, communities and towns-To our people.

Westport House is well managed and well run. It has all the amenities you could ask for, with resources to get every aspect of your life back on track. The management and staff cares about you, and that's important when trying to better yourself. They really give you an upper hand. I hope I don't need to, but I would recommend anyone to stay here to get their life back on track, and I would again in a heartbeat.

After years of trying everything we could think of, my wife and I finally found Westport House. Our son was admitted quickly and efficiently, and, from that point on, our experience was incredible. After a couple of months we saw a noticeable change in our son. The staff was very timely in their correspondence with us and always treated us appropriately. During his time there, our son became actively involved in Alcoholics Anonymous, obtained employment, and began treating us and others with a level of respect we did not know he was capable of. He stayed there for 7 months, and I can say, it was very much worth every penny. Our son is still sober today and continues to attend the AA meetings that he went to during his time at Westport House. We cannot thank Westport House enough for giving us our son back. After 7 painful years, the change that he was able to make in his life is incredible, and it is all thanks to the great staff and services at Westport House.

After being in and out of many different rehabs, it was at Westport House that I learned how to live a brand new life. The staff was kind, loving, and compassionate. They showed me the way up and out of the horrible rut I was in. They also helped my family understand addiction, and what they needed to do to help me, and themselves. The atmosphere is relaxed, comfortable, and the incredibly supportive! Being able to see their therapists and clinical team was also essential in aiding my recovery. I'm so grateful for the life Westport House gave me.

The whole experience is a "10" from the moment you arrive. Cancer, liver, pulmonary & care services departments are amazing. The level of professionalism is remarkable.
This place really helped me get back on track. Staff very understanding and do everything they can to get the right help I needed.

I really enjoy my time at mcca , the staff are great and I feel welcome Everytime I have group.
Apt is a great facility that offers different programs & medication options for those struggling w/addiction but are ready to make the change. It's conveniently located & right on the bus route. Counselors at Apt are caring, genuinely want to help, & most have also been thru the program so can emphasize w/your situation.
I go to New Era, they just moved to a new location up the road from the other but it definitely is alot nicer of a building/office then they were at (not saying the last place was horrible, it just wasn't as "updated" I would say.) but the counselors there are awesome, my counselor is Shane, great guy really into helping you out which is nice for a change. All in all I would recommend this place.
I had amazing sessions here at the mcca, Ray is great at listening and giving helpful feedback and action cares about his clients. 10/10

What an incredible counciling program!!! The staff is very knowledgeable and very patient. The staff WANTS to see you succeed. You get what you put into it. If you listen to the councilors and really understand what’s going on with yourself, your strength and courage will set you free. Amazing program to start a new life!!!!

I have been with BHCare for a long time. I have had nothing but good experiences with everyone I've ever seen there. From the front end staff, my therapists, doctors and many other people. I highly recommend this facility if it is the kind of care you need and are looking for.

I have been using services at bh care for a long time
When I first received services I was living with my parents and was very dependent on them
I was assigned a case manager who push me to be independent in a couple of months I end up moving out and getting my own place
Years later I now pay my own bills provide my own transportation
And now my son goes to young adults at bh care and they are doing the same for him

Amazing Acute Reahab Center. They helped with my hip recovery and I always felt that they really cared about me. Hopefully I'll never need them again but would recommend them to anyone. Also the food is great!!!

Excellent rehab Hospital. I came here to rehab after my back surgery. Very professional! The PT and OT sessions really got me back on my feet. I had 3 hours a day while under the care of doctors and nurses. Everyone is very nice and cared about my welfare. I saw many hospital administrators who wanted to make sure I was happy with my rehab. Social worker was awesome. I even saw the VP of rehab medicine who I felt, was genuinely concerned for my comfort. I cannot say enough good things about this Rehab facility. The whole Catholic Health group is fabulous. The employees are to be happy working here. Even the food is great. I would definitely recommend this facility.
Great program if you want sobriety. New Era is the best clinic in Ct. They have 2 of the best counselors and the best people in the clinic. I have been here at least 15 years. A long time and I am so grateful to them. Stay clean and stay safe!!!!

Best clinic I’ve been to. Clean, quiet, staff is amazing and go above and beyond. Especially Fran, she is so good at her job. Genuinely enjoy coming here and seeing them. My only thing is like to change is update the hours online and the answering service, they take. A little bit to get back to you bc the calls are forwarded first. But other than that I enjoy being a client here. Def. Recommend if you’re in the New Haven area or Bridgeport.
I highly recommend Turnbridge Killingworth and Westport. Killingworth was professional, informative, always available and provided peace of mind at a difficult time.
Turnbridge Westport has been a great support as well. Janet has shown such professionalism, and compassion. She has truly been a light at the darkest times. I am incredibly grateful to have found the facilities and their caring staff.

I couldn’t have asked for a better experience for the start of my recovery journey. Turnbridge Westport has excellent, knowledgeable, and kind staff who really care about their patients. Their IOP and OP programs have been extremely helpful for me, and the one-on-one therapy sessions have also helped me tremendously. Furthermore, they have an awesome psychiatric nurse practitioner on staff who has really gotten to know me as a patient and didn’t just push pills on me. I would give them infinity stars if I could!!

Honestly they have the best IOP and OP programs and most amazing and helpful therapists. They played a huge part in saving me and helping me start my life over again and I couldn't have done it without the help of their more than helpful and caring staff and the best therapist, Nicole!!!!!! Took me two times to go through their program and I finally got it right, thank you Turnbridge Westport and thank you so much Nicole for helping me find myself again 🙂
Dental clinic I would say that it is the best I have attended all very friendly, I had the cleaning with Rosemary and it was great very understanding even though I was very nervous.
I had an extraction doctor Vesali Meherana and it was the best experience I've had very understanding and good hand I didn't feel pain and everything was fast!

Waited over an hour in line for a Covid test on 12/23/21. Though the wait was long, the entire staff was amazing. From the security crew managing the line outside the building to the clinical folks conducting the test, they were all so very helpful, professional, and courteous. Thanks for your service!

Our family has had a relationship with Causeway Collaborative for a number of years. They are able to guide young men including those who are neurodivergent and their families through the issues that many young men face today. They were able to identify our son's challenges and connect with him immediately. Additionally, they have included our entire family in the process and it has benefited each of us. We would highly recommend Causeway Collaborative for those young men and their families who are struggling.
