My first therapist appointment was with Jennifer Chase. Talking and working with her was like being with my friend. When Jennifer was unavailable temporarily Bridges had Craig Gillespie fill in. Craig came to my home for my therapy appointments. He made me feel comfortable and has been easy to talk to since the first time meeting with him. Bridge's Licensed Therapists have proved to be a pleasure to work with so far. It has been two for two that I've been happy with.

Turnbridge was amazing, an amazing family. Not just a staff. Their commitment to help my daughter was genuine, loving and, most importantly, effective. Turnbridge an incredibly positive experience for our entire family from the first phone call through the last phase. Their long term, holistic approach to recovery has been working well for us. If there were room for improvement it would be the support for post discharge out-of-state services which was still good. I trust the Turnbridge process and all the exceptional people who work there. My family will be forever grateful.

I’m writing because I’m extremely upset and in pain right now. When I was under your care, I had cavities that you diagnosed, but you waited months between appointments to treat them. My new dentist has now told me that one of those same teeth has deteriorated so badly that I need a root canal. This could have been avoided if my treatment had been done in a reasonable timeframe. I trusted your office to address my dental issues before they got worse, and now I’m left with severe pain, a much more invasive procedure, and a lot of frustration. I want to understand why my treatment was delayed for months after diagnosis and why no one told me the tooth could reach this point

Dr. Sha Nawaz is a smart and competent diagnostician. He is not a talk therapist and I understand why some may find him a little impersonal or clinical. Covid testing is simple and easy. I called to make an appointment to schedule a covid test even though you can just walk in---I didn't want to wait so long just get the test done. Anyways, I went there and the workers are really nice and professional. They did a nose swab and that was it--I had no problems. Then I asked how long it will take to get the results and they said 1-2 days and you can review your results on MyChart or you can ask if they can call you to let you know the test results. Simple!
