We sent our 17-year-old son there in July 2026,. After hearing so many good things about the program from numerous professionals over the years, we eventually had to give it a try. He was not happy about it, to say the least. He gave them a very difficult time for the first few weeks. The staff was very patient with him. By the end of his stay, he had made a complete turnaround. The real review comes from my son. He has had all great things to say about the staff and his experience. He made genuine connections there and was sad to leave. My only regret was that we didn’t send him sooner. We will forever be grateful for the growth he has made there. I would not hesitate to send another adolescent to that program.

They are not only incredibly qualified and talented clinicians, but also they care deeply about their clients and go above and beyond to support their path to healing. Their family program is so unique and was instrumental in my child's and my family's healing. You will not find a family support program like it anywhere else.

My journey with mental health has been a long ongoing battle my entire life. Two years ago I was in the most depressive state in my life not leaving my room and isolating from everyone. I arrived at silver hills mental health residential program scared and terrified of what might happen to me. The first night I was there I wanted to leave when the nicest security guard sat with me and we just talked. I’ve never been comfortable with people in power based off of horrible trust issues with providers and them taking what I’m saying and using it as leverage but this wasn’t the case here. I felt heard and understood for the first time in my life for a long time and in that moment I realized this could be the place I can heal and gave it 100% effort. Ive learned all about DBT and cbt from past places but the way they teach it here and help you actually implement the skills into your daily life is unlike anywhere else. My team consisted of amazing providers who listened to me and genuinely wanted to help me get better so I could live the life I always wanted to. My relationship with family started to mend too while I was there being able to have productive conversations and spend some nice quality time with my mom. I felt the biggest weight slowly start to come off of me and for the first time in almost my whole life I had hope and determination to live the best life for myself. Now 2 years later I am living my best life possible working a career I love and have a partner and a cat! I honestly don’t have words to express how grateful I am for all the amazing help I received while I was here.

Westport House is well managed and well run. It has all the amenities you could ask for, with resources to get every aspect of your life back on track. The management and staff cares about you, and that's important when trying to better yourself. They really give you an upper hand. I hope I don't need to, but I would recommend anyone to stay here to get their life back on track, and I would again in a heartbeat.

After years of trying everything we could think of, my wife and I finally found Westport House. Our son was admitted quickly and efficiently, and, from that point on, our experience was incredible. After a couple of months we saw a noticeable change in our son. The staff was very timely in their correspondence with us and always treated us appropriately. During his time there, our son became actively involved in Alcoholics Anonymous, obtained employment, and began treating us and others with a level of respect we did not know he was capable of. He stayed there for 7 months, and I can say, it was very much worth every penny. Our son is still sober today and continues to attend the AA meetings that he went to during his time at Westport House. We cannot thank Westport House enough for giving us our son back. After 7 painful years, the change that he was able to make in his life is incredible, and it is all thanks to the great staff and services at Westport House.

After being in and out of many different rehabs, it was at Westport House that I learned how to live a brand new life. The staff was kind, loving, and compassionate. They showed me the way up and out of the horrible rut I was in. They also helped my family understand addiction, and what they needed to do to help me, and themselves. The atmosphere is relaxed, comfortable, and the incredibly supportive! Being able to see their therapists and clinical team was also essential in aiding my recovery. I'm so grateful for the life Westport House gave me.

The entire staff from the reception desk personnel, to nurses, counselors; Everyone was kind and helpful. There’s almost always a stigma around mental illness, but at Liberations there is a palpable positivity and healing mentality that I experienced from the very beginning. Thank you for helping me identify what areas I want to focus on and taking the time to ensure that I understand what treatment options are available. The calendar and schedule is easy comprehensive and includes many group meetings. The facility is clean, easy to find, ample parking and near a few nice shops.

As someone who is very familiar with recovery and outpatients and inpatients I have to say MCCA Derby is one of the best programs I have ever worked with. Everyone here is great, knowledgeable, and wants to help you get sober. If you actually want to take sobriety seriously and be surrounded by people who help you get there please consider MCCA Derby.

Ray and his team at the Derby MCAA are great. They treat you not as a patient but as family. I was nervous about starting therapy sessions but MCCA made the process feel seamless and safe. Dental clinic I would say that it is the best I have attended all very friendly, I had the cleaning with Rosemary and it was great very understanding even though I was very nervous. I had an extraction doctor Vesali Meherana and it was the best experience I've had very understanding and good hand I didn't feel pain and everything was fast!

Waited over an hour in line for a Covid test on 12/23/21. Though the wait was long, the entire staff was amazing. From the security crew managing the line outside the building to the clinical folks conducting the test, they were all so very helpful, professional, and courteous. Thanks for your service!

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Christina Lentine. She came into our lives when my 32 year old pregnant daughter was struggling with addiction and felt lost. It was later in the day when I reached out for help, but without any hesitation, Christina answered the call and told me she was going to be there. True to her word, she showed up with compassion, kindness, and hope. Christina came with a recovery journey chart that immediately built trust with my daughter. She took the time to sit down with her, create a personalized recovery plan, and show her that recovery was possible. From the very beginning, Christina treated my daughter with respect and dignity. She never once made her feel judged. For the first time in a long time, my daughter became genuinely interested in her recovery and wanted to participate in the REACH Program because Christina believed in her. Her kindness, patience, and dedication have made a lasting impact on our family. We need more people like Christina in this field. Great High school teachers, Kind staff, Coolest art teacher ever, and sometimes the food is good. Most students are friendly-ish. No homework and easier classes than public school. Out of the five schools i've been to it's the best, but it's still a school after all, it can't be great.

My wife and I was hesitant to admit our daughter just from the reviews posted here With that being said we cannot thank the staff for working with our child. She has come home with such positivity it was much more than expected. Tiffany her case manager and Amber her clinician are owed so much created. To the rest of the staff the care they showed for child safety there is so much appreciated. It is not easy to work within an institution and career field with children struggling.
