This was my first time ever at a detox and what I could actually say is that this is the best detox. I’ve experienced lots of amazing food and the staff is great TJ Kathy Jen and Jonathan were my favorite out of the whole crew not saying that the rest of them weren’t respectful, but they were always accommodating me on my needs and checking up on me and making sure that I felt comfortable, especially with it being my first time ever at a detox treatment I definitely recommend this spot to people who are trying to get off drugs. I have lots of freedom. I’m able to have my tablet. They have amazing food. They’re super nice. They also give the shakes because I’m skinny. And it’s very well needed because I needed to gain weight and honestly, I’ve been here for four days and I’ve already gained 8 pounds

Yo this place has helped me tremendously when I was down and out. I successfully completed my detox and they assisted me into another facility for more treatment and made me feel as if I was taken care of and they would continue to support me although I'm leaving. We brought my son to meet Annie. Instantly she identified his issues and recommended the next steps to take. My son has been in residential care and Annie has been in contact throughout because she has our best interests at heart. We had seen educated psychologist/ psychiatrist for years but i have discovered the best people to help are those who have had experience of addiction and continue the fight . Their life experiences are invaluable in helping others overcome the disease Thank you Annie !

URP truly saved my life. I began my journey at their detox center, Genesis House, feeling completely lost. Thankfully, after some incredibly compassionate staff encouraged me to stay, I decided to continue into their PHP and IOP programs — and that decision changed everything.
At the PHP house, I didn’t just begin healing — I learned how to live again. I learned how to be a person, how to be an adult, how to love myself, and how to show love and respect to others. I came in broken, and over time, I started putting the pieces back together.
There were so many moments I thought about leaving and going back home. But every time, the staff talked me through it. They encouraged me to give myself — and my recovery — a real chance. Because of that, I stayed. And now, here I am, 8 months later, living a life I never thought was possible.
Even though I’ve completed the program, the support hasn’t stopped. URP still checks in and continues to care. That’s not something you find everywhere, but you find it here.

This place truly changed the trajectory of my life. I was at some point in the first few weeks, the youngest person in the room. But by the end of the program, me and the other group members all became the strongest people. Therapist Maria and Paula truly helped see my potential and helped me see that I was more than my diagnoses and addictions

I cant say enough good things about this place..the staff all the way from admissions, to nursing, and especially the BHTs make your experience memorable. Pines recovery in Miami/ Pembroke Pines helps save my friends live. There medical detox program helped my friend through their withdrawals from fentanyl, benzodiazepines, and alcohol. And because of there detox program he was able to reach medical stability. High recommend pines recovery for anyone looking for a detox program for themselves or loved ones!!

The staff were great and caring food was good especially compared to other facilities I've been too. The rooms were comfortable at most times depending on the roommate. The bath facilities could be a bit better but again definitely seen worse. Nobody likes going to treatment, but they made the uncomfortable more comfortable.

Serenity Oaks changed my life. I went in a terrified shell of a person. I left born again, a new man entirely. The team of therapist is amazing. Jeff and Fumni especially, they saved my life. It's a combination of all different departments of this program that were very helpful to me along the way into my new journey to a better way of life. At Clinical, Therapists put their heart into making sure to help you unlock what started it all, classes give you knowledge on your mental state, what brings you to your rock bottom or this sick cycle of addiction. Back at housing was surrounding yourself with the people who really want to get help and are not shy to sit down and share their stories with you and relate with you on different levels. Techs are down to earth so it makes it easier for you to vent what's going on with you at the moment but blunt /real enough to help you decompress and snap out of whatever you're going through at that moment. All staff genuinely want you to grow and live life on life terms and become who you were suppose to be without the use of drugs. Heidi is the Bomb! I love her to death, to see her be there for everyone. The heart she has for helping people in this fellowship and newcomers at Comfort is one of a kind! I'm grateful to have her in my life, someone you could look up to, no matter what!

This place is very professional and confidential. I took my teenager daughter for addiction, depression and anxiety. Even though there is not magic solution and you have to work really hard at home, we improved a lot in communication and I learned a lot in the way. My experience with reign started with Morgan, who was loving and understanding of my situation. I never felt pressured in making the decision to seek help. Actually, i felt motivated and safe. She checked in with me the entire time while on my drive down from Texas. Upon arriving i was greeted by the staff. They helped with my bags, i was given a tour and introduced to the clients. My intake was smooth and once again, i felt safe. I cannot stress that enough. I was allowed a safe call, tons of snacks and even toiletries. It’s a small community which i think is super beneficial for anyone seeking help. The groups were always tailored to our needs and everyone had a chance to share, even when they didn’t want to (Another part of the recovery process). Having a nurse there 24 hours helped so much. And the therapy sessions are actually that. My experience at reign was exactly what i needed. Full of love, support and things to motivate me for a better life. I’d recommend anyone seeking help to give them a call. You will be supported 100 %! Thank you reign!!
