Hello my name is Adam. I came to Reign about a month ago. I came from NJ and enrolled to the treatment center because I was struggling with some mental health symptoms that were unmanageable with life and needed assistance with getting myself back on track. The admissions team was so helpful and supportive, they were there when I was making my 22 hour drive. Jake, Benzi, Justin, and Morgan were so supportive on my drive. When I arrived at the facility and during the duration of my stay Corey the primary therapist was very friendly and welcoming. He wasn t like normal therapists where you would have your 30 min session and you re out but he gave me as much time as I needed and let me use my phone and make calls as much as I wanted to do. Then there was Brantley the operations manager and he Was just the absolute best. I developed a great friendship with him and every night we had a thing where we watch movies together. Gina was a great group facilitator and had very informative groups. Overall I had an amazing life changing experience,

| WhiteSands Alcohol & Drug Rehab in Plant City, Florida, is an addiction treatment facility for adults. The organization has been in operation since 2014. They offer a variety of programs including their residential program and their medication assisted treatment program. They have a 10 acre campus with private rooms and an athletic complex. WhiteS | Treatments Programs Payment Options | Hi, my name is Jenna, and I am a trash Panda alcoholic. I am not ashamed that I needed help. The quality of the staff is preeminent, and the curriculum is outstanding. I learned the names of almost all the BHTs and the culinary staff because everyone had a hand in my recovery process. This treatment center has a heart for YOUR recovery. It is dual diagnosis, so I recommend that if you have struggles with mental health, addiction, or adulting is just very difficult, and you need time to rediscover who you are, this is the place to be. They make sure you feel physically and emotionally safe while you peel back layers of trauma and begin the process of unbecoming all your limiting beliefs. For far too long, we have listened to that voice of doubt in our heads that is not us. They help you focus a lens on yourself to truly understand who you are and maybe discover your purpose.
You have to do the work and want it, but all the tools are at your fingertips. The facility itself could use a little updating, but I wasn’t there for a vacation. Keep in mind everyone is on their journey, and do not let that distract you from yours. If you are open to it, you can get a handle on your trauma, set goals, and become physically and mentally more steadfast and fit. The food is pretty good with plenty of healthy options and snacks. Shout out to Cameron and Nicole in culinary, I loved seeing your happy faces during mealtime. If you would like a smoothie or a coffee, Mama Missy and Loretta have got you. Speaking of treating your body well, Nicole and Ann Marie will get you spiritually fit and in tune with your body’s ability through amazing and encouraging yoga. If you can discipline your time and make the most of it, going to the gym for boxing is a life changer. Coach Ray and Ernest will push you to respect yourself and realize you are truly a gift from above. Nursing staff is also epic, Tim and Denise are just medical angels!
As for therapists, I named the ones I learned the most

Big big shoutout to my Therapist, DEB. This is my 2nd time back at Whitesands & I wouldn’t go to any other place. Deb, thank you so much for changing my life in every aspect! I am truly grateful having you as my therapist both times. I love love you so much.
Shoutout to my case manager AMANDA for helping me every step of the way throughout my journey! It is very important to have an aftercare plan. I decided to move back to NY and she helped provide me an IOP regarding my aftercare.
HUGE thanks to ALL the techs that made my stay truly amazing. Shoutout to KEITH, Shannon, Rose, T, Ant, Joey, Telyssa, & all the other techs that made my stay worthwhile. I truly couldn’t have done this without them.
SO MUCH LOVE TO ERIC, ZACH, BREANNA, & SHAY FOR CONDUCTING GREAT GROUPS! I’ve learned so much this time around & knowledge is forever. I truly have the tools necessary to take my next steps of sobriety. Again.. thank you.
WhiteSands is a phenomenal rehab if you truly want to get help. This is ideally the best treatment center I’ve been to. They TRULY care. Especially if you want the help… you will absolutely get it. Thank you to everyone. You change LIVES!!!

Clean recovery was not where I'd wanted to be for residential. I got there and was amazed by the staff and program. The techs, especially Amanda and Deedee and Michelle and Deb go above and beyond, Big John and Nicole and Steve, Amber, and everyone else are amazing. Will and JT went so far helping with step work that I was able to complete thru step 5 before I left there. Lilly was an amazing therapist as well as Sophia and Marilyn! Jamie, the director, took time to personally do my steps with me. As much as she has to do she didn't rush through it and spent 2 hours with me one on one. You don't find that anywhere else! Thank you so much to all of you and Daniel, Pam and the other nurses and anyone else I forgot, I'm so sorry but please know how appreciated you all are! Oh and Jill and Vinnie cook great food and keep the fridge stocked daily with healthy, fresh snacks too! Thank you all!!

| North Tampa Behavioral Health Hospital treats substance abuse and mental health disorders. They treat teens, adults and seniors in Wesley Chapel, Florida including those with a dual diagnosis. With a range of services including medical detox, medication-assisted treatment (MAT), inpatient, partial hospitalization, intensive outpatient (IOP), and af | Treatments Programs Payment Options | Highly recommend! I attended the outpatient PHP program, which was 5 days a week. They provided tools and wisdom that benefited my healing process. Ms. Stephanie knows what she is doing. It is a group setting, and she manages to engage the entire class. Which is quite the feat as the group is very diverse. The group setting was helpful to learn and hear from others and their situations, and how the tools we were taught could be incorporated into different situations. We all formed connections throughout our time spent together. It’s healing to be around others who are in the healing and growing process. We lifted each other up.
As we all know, mental health programs are hard to find, and to find one like this is rare. With that being said, this gem of a program could improve. This is a program that is covered by most insurances. If it were private and costly, more could be incorporated. Ms. Stephanie is doing the job of several people. I don’t know how she stays upbeat, positive, and brings the energy to engage the class all day long. On top of it all, she knows all the different patients' needs and incorporates them during class. She needs support so she is available for questions and support outside of class.
For management, from a patient's perspective, there are a few things to consider for growth:
* Support your assets, meaning the staff. They are invaluable.
* Include more meditation, grounding techniques, and self-confidence/ self-worth building activities.
* Get a new van. I was slightly afraid that the black van would blow a tire. However, I am very appreciative that this service was even provided. Gregory was the best driver!
* Having weekly/ bi-weekly therapy or one on one’s would have helped in the process.
* Provide a weekly support group that past patients could attend.
* There is a need for more groups. This program, in particular, could grow if more marketing were done. I wish every therapist in the area knew about this program.
I appreciate all of the valuable tools to guide me throughout the rest of my life. You won’t regret attending!

It was one of the most important and memorable times in my life. Clinicians Stephanie and Erica in Outpatient, helped to change my thinking, and possibly saved my life with their ability to get right to the issue. I’ve worked in this field for 20 years, and personally know many clinicians, yet these amazing therapist are beyond reproach. At 68, I was given insight to my character and weaknesses that I had never discovered or experienced. Please understand, I’m an owner of a behavioral health agency, North Tampa Behavioral has one of, if not the best Outpatient program I have ever witnessed. I thank the staff and North Tampa Behavioral for the opportunity to be a part of something, that is life changing. Thank you so very much!!

Lutz FL, 33549
| Lutz, Florida is home to the Morton Plant North Bay Recovery Center. This is a recovery center located inside the North Bay Hospital, a medical facility that sits in the northern outskirts of Tampa. If you are struggling with your mental health, are in need of crisis support, or require detox services and other immediate support for a substance use | Treatments Programs Payment Options | I do not have many bad things to say about this place. Yes, it is an old building, but the staff and process were not a problem for me.
I was there for 15 days and the last 7 were voluntary.
Yes, the towels are small and the toiletries are basic, but the staff while I was there left the towels out so you could grab as many as you needed (def need at least 2). The snacks were plentiful and of a good variety. The staff were very friendly and caring and felt like they really cared about you getting better.
They also allowed for outside time on the patio or out in the courtyard. We had outside time almost daily, if not daily. The weather was just beautiful each day and a much needed warm up bc they do keep it cold (bring a jacket/sweater if u can). The staff also let you freely go to your room if you were cold, which I've been at a different facility where they did not allow you in your rooms during the day.
They offered music therapy while outside, groups during the week which included a guided medication, a session with the Chaplin and their in-house massage therapist who led us in some light stretching one day on the patio. We also had gym time almost daily where you can play basketball, volleyball, access to yoga mats, and more music.
The most valuable thing for me was them letting us have access to our rooms any time of the day bc I was very cold much of the time and did not have a sweater and the sitting room does stay cold. Also, especially if someone is extra groggy bc of meds, they dont force you to sit thru it in the sitting area like other facilities. This was so valuable to me who is someone who is sensitive to meds and Not a morning person. They also do rounds to every room about every 10 min to keep close watch over the patients, which undoubtedly saves lives.
And they have plenty of everything so do not feel shy about asking for extra. Just "ask and ye shall receive". And I did not get the religious pressure like another review reported.
Going to the cafeteria was the highlight of the day. I thought the food was good and for being there 15 days, they never duplicated a lunch or dinner meal. The variety was amazing. But they do keep it healthy, and rightfully so. So low sodium, low fat, low calorie. No weight gained, no weight lost. Coffee is also available every morning and in the cafeteria at breakfast, which was also a plus.
It is an older facility and the beds are not great, but you can ask for an extra pillow or blanket and they have cleaning staff come thru daily to keep things clean and there were no bugs. I saw them pressure washing the outside areas twice while I was there.
The last thing I will say that was a con was the nurse that dresses in all white. She does not seem to be very useful for anything other than trying to hinder your progress so stear clear of her if you can.
Otherwise, I would recommend this location just as well as any other, if not more so. I gave it 4 stars only bc of the age of the facility (which honestly cant be helped) and the less than stellar toiletries/showering experience (the shower curtain is affixed with velcro so it does come loose easily and water will flood the floor outside, the small towels, and sometimes the hot water will run low and may have only a warm shower).
I am very thankful for the staff here. Thank you to those who go above and beyond, I hope you know who you are.

I went to rehab while facing drug charges. First was Hazelden/Betty Ford. After five weeks, they wrote a letter to the judge on my case that said, “Sam has emotional issues that we are unequipped to deal with.” I transferred to a second dual diagnosis treatment center that was, similarly, unable to help me. With very little hope, I tried a third time, at Tranquil Shores. I can’t pretend that it was an easy/totally smooth experience, but they were the first team to not give up on me. They were the only facility that actually lived up to their promise of “individualized treatment.” I have a graduate degree from one of the top universities in the world but the most important education I ever received was from Tranquil Shores. It’s one of the only places I’ve ever really felt welcome. I can’t say enough good things about their program. If you or a loved one are lost and struggling, ready to give up, go to Tranquil Shores.

Out of all the treatment programs I have participated in, Tranquil Shores goes above and beyond in all areas to help a client succeed on their recovery path. Clinically, the team does an excellent job at addressing each area of life where mental health and substance abuse are affected. Almost all staff there when I was there to rehabilitate, was thoughtful and had their hearts in the right place.
The program directors, support councilors, and all other staff members on campus made sure almost daily to check up on the youth, and building solid foundations of trust needed to have consistent progress in therapy both in session and internal.
There were opportunities to further your education and if you could show responsibility and determination to better yourself, your given opportunity’s to learn more hands on life skills, like painting or how to properly write a resume and apply for a Job.
While from the perspective of being rehabilitated, things can seem negative and hopeless at times. And I’m very thankful for all the staff members who did their job with their heart and minds in the right place. 5 stars

The curriculum was amazing and the overall experience was so good that I almost thought about relaxing is this day that’s how good it was and I highly suggest that anybody that wants to say their life do not think twice about it and just go and do it because it will be the best decision you ever made and it will save your life and it’s like no other program there is out there. I wish there was more programs out there like CRC And I can’t say enough good things about it. Located in the sunny city of Saint Petersburg, Florida, Suncoast Cent | Treatments Programs Payment Options | I have been coming to this center for a while, although there have been some issues with a couple of staff, the good experiences have outweighed the unpleasant ones. The accommodations I've received to feel safe and comfortable are not unnoticed.
Life is too short to be upset at something we can't control and the employees here most of time have no control of the days events. Patience, compassion and kindness go a long way.

They are here to help those who want it and some that don't. If you feel that you may be better just to be able to talk to someone that is a good start. They are great people. Doing a handful of jobs to help our community.

I went to this program a few years ago and it was the best thing that ever happened to me, I learned structure which I needed bàdly. How to make and keep friends, basic life skills, money mangement and and how to live life on life's terms. Career skills, sober living, skills needed to do it yourself, how to take care of your health. It was an amazing experience and it wasn't all fun but it was all worth it in the end.

This place literally saved my life. I’ve been to multiple treatment centers and this one is by far the best one I’ve ever been to. I got and stayed sober here and I will forever be grateful for Spenser’s recovery centers. The staff and nurses are absolutely amazing and made my time there feel like I was at home as much as I could possibly feel like that. They treat you like a person and not like another person that comes and goes. It’s an amazing place to get sober and if you truly want to get and stay sober I highly recommend Spencer’s recovery centers.
