The staff is great. Mrs. Sheryl is always helpful, Reggie is running that place just right. And my counselor is very professional and considerate of my needs. Tiffany and Elise are very good at there job. They get you right in and out. They have changed my life for the better in just a few days. Before I found this place I was in a dark place in my life with my addictions. The night before I found this wonderful new family I have now, I was ready to give up. I was never much of a drinker but they welcomed me with open arms and accepted me as I was. I now know I was a Alcoholic in my ways, we are share the same feelings, emotions, trauma and depression that controlled our lives that lead us down a road of despair. I now have a family that helps me with my daily struggles and gave me the suggestions I needed to live a live of sobriety and I could never thank them enough. Guest dosed here while in SC, to be with my daughter while she gave birth to my grandson. My home clinic is the BHG Nashville Treatment Center. I was in and out in minutes, they had my guest dosing paperwork, and all 27 doses ready for me when I got there. Not sure how they bill, but I know in Nashville they tell you the contract says one thing, when it says something else. Aiken BHG was on top of their assignments and did a great job. Wish I could give the Aiken location more than 5 stars!!

When I 1st started BHG I was literally the definition of rock bottom, if I would of waited another day to come, I probably wouldn't be making this review right now, fentanyl had taken over my life, when I woke up in the morning F is the 1st thing I would do, and think about, the min my eyes opened I was scheming on how I was going to get my pills for the day and of course my wake up for the next day or I wouldn't be able to get out of the bed. When I 1st walked in them doors and walked up to the reception desk she must of seen the pain and desperation on my face, before I could even say anything, she looked at me and said you can let it all go now, your going to make it, we are going to get through this together and she came out to the waiting area and gave me the mother's hug that I needed so much at that time, well she wasn't the receptionist, who are absolutely great, but her name is nurse Kelly, from that day forward February 16th 2022 I have not touched another fentanyl pill , patch or how ever I could get it in my system. By the grace of God leading me in them doors that day, to a group of some of the most caring people, I'm free , all the staff and counselors are just amazing and Daylin my counselor is beyond great, he has a way to instantly make you feel comfortable and you can tell that this just ain't a pay check to him, you can tell that his concern is sincere and he truly wants to be a part of your journey to be clean if I could give BHG 10 stars I would, Thank you BHG for saving me.

Call Roscoe or anyone from the Bridges and they don’t care if your currently a resident or a past resident or in my case a resident who had been there multiple times. I normally don’t do these but I was so impressed with the services I received from Dr. Caldwell at Advantage. He was more concerned about finding out the truth and getting to the root of the problem than anything else. He wasn't trying to push medication on me or bill the insurance. He was more concerned with my health than anything. Would have given him 10 stars if it were an option. But the whole center in itself was a very pleasant experience. Highly recommend for anyone looking for mental health needs!!

This program is amazing. I am eternally grateful that the program teaches from a Christian aspect and that they want their clients to succeed not only with recovery but that they understand that grace and God's love is essential for success. This program has completely changed my husband and I am so grateful. I felt comfortable dropping him off and comfortable visiting with him. I cannot say enough. Don't look anywhere else. I could not be more grateful for the care I received here. The staff are amazing and will make sure that you are always comfortable. You will be respected, heard, and treated with dignity. You won't be dismissed, all your questions will be answered. Be completely honest so that you can receive the exact care that you need. You could not ask for better accomodations or understanding. The environment is immediately welcoming. Its quiet, peaceful. They have everything you need, you really just need clothing. (Its a bit chilly, bring hoodies and fuzzy socks) There are even laundry facilities. You will be provided with a vape or nicotine patches if you use nicotine products. You may rest as much as you need, the staff will let you sleep through the night, vitals are during the day. You can call your family, except for during group meetings. No visitors, but the stay is short. The counselors and peer support specialists are very honest, open, and eager to help you with your personal journey, without being pushy or making you feel rushed. Whether faith based or evidence based care is right for you, that is your choice. There are options for both approaches!
The idea of group meetings was terrifying for me, an introvert, an addict full of shame and guilt. You are not obligated to contribute, that was reassuring. But I was surprised at myself for wanting to contribute and engage. It was a bit sad leaving. While here, I was not just a junkie, just an alcoholic, a lost cause, all of the negative adjectives I used to describe myself. I wasn't the things my family called me. I wasn't an echo of the childhood I lost. I wasn't an empty, lonely vessel on autopilot. I was a person. A human. Im more than my story, but sharing our perspectives and caring for each other felt like being part of a family. A family where you aren't the black sheep. It was almost overwhelming to feel that kind of support and HOPE. Ill be honest; When I came in, i wasn't ready to get help. The timing was just right. But very quickly that changed. They made me want to be better. Not for recognition or pats on the back. Not for attention or brownie points. I honestly would of gave it a 5 star. But a couple of staff were not nice to me. It was mostly night shift. One made fun of me Stimming and i have Autism. She laughed at me stimming on my tippy toes. Jenesia a tech is very rude. Told me i couldn’t go on my tippy toes. That its not allowed, but thats my way of coping/stimming. That i needed a doctor’s order. Which i didn’t i talked to the doctor. I understand the reason why they have to keep the doors open all night. But they could of at least dimmed the lights. It kept going in my eyes and waking me up. I didnt get much sleep being there. That doesn’t help me with my physical conditions.
Now for the compliments. Unit 2 overall is such a good unit. I did get treated like a human being I felt safe, and supported. Not like the other ones i have been to that made me feel horrible like we weren’t human beings. Dr.Feldman Lance, now hes the best doctor I have had in any mental health facility. He actually listens to u(if ur not mean or give attitude) and he gets things done. He is also so sweet and very nice, and understanding. I don’t like talking alone to males but with him I was ok. He is nice and gave a nice vibe! Megan the tech is another great staff member! She made me feel safe while I was there. I could talk to her about anything! She was just there! Shes so nice too. Then there is Abby another tech. Shes super nice as well! She helped me calm down . She let me keep stimming on my tippy toes even when other staff said i couldn’t. That made me cry and get upset because they said I couldn’t. But she calmed me down! She is a really good one. And then there is Kenzie the therapist. She was very nice! She cared alot! She listened and helped me understand what I was confused about. She was so sweet! Then there was a group therapist named Kathleen. Oh boy she helped so much! I loved attending her groups when i could of. I am actually going to take what she told us and work on it in my therapy sessions! She made sure everyone got there questions asked. She was really nice because the group room door slams, and I get overwhelmed with that. She made sure it didn’t slam. But overall I would definitely recommend this facility! Now it is different experiences for everyone!

I’m grateful for Willingway Hospital! Willingway gave me a sense of willingness and the ability to love myself and others. The staff was able to understand what I was feeling and going through from being recovering addicts themselves. That gave me the will to be honest, trustworthy and to be open minded about my addiction.
When I arrived to Willingway I was torn, broken, lonely, shame, depress and didn’t love myself or knew how to love others. During my process, I was able to establish a relationship with GOD, learn about my faults, charter defects and accepted that I am an addict. Willingway gave me another chance at life to rebuild my relationship with my wife and kids. I didn’t have them before entering into treatment. None of this would have been possible without the encouragement and the mindset to receive what Willingway had to offer me.
I love Willingway’s program, staff and all they had to offer an addict like me. The program works if you work it!!!

NA and the serenity group of halt club that meets on Monday, Wednesday, Friday Saturday and Sunday have literally saved my life. Even the group that meets on Tuesday and Thursday, called we are here to help is awesome. Great recovery starts here!

My time at MARR has fundamentally changed my life. I have a strong foundation in sobriety, many coping tools in my toolbox and a large network of sober men and women who I will forever call friends. I especially love the Professionals Program (ARP) where I participated in Mirror Image classes, working with peers who had overcome their addiction and achieved the life I wanted to be living. This place isn't really well know but it deserves to be.
The staff was immaculate to her.
The only thing was the not smoking rule which is justified because it is a recover center.
Besides that I would highly recommend them to anyone.
