Staff and programs are refreshing and hands down more effective, holistic, professional, communicative, and involved than any others. They passionately work with patients and families to change lives. The follow through with support programs for depression and substance abuse is unprecedented in 10 years of struggle. They treat the whole person and are teaching life skills that our son needs to live as he recovers. So helpful that insurance covers most of the costs.

Great place

I was overwhelmed and had some trouble coming off of my meds and ended up being able to stay at Lighthouse for a few days and it was truly such a great and wholesome experience! There are SO many staff members who genuinely care about the patients.

Everyone shows you their appreciation in different ways, and they welcome you to a new family. It is an entirely fantastic life changing experience.

Guest dosed here while in SC, to be with my daughter while she gave birth to my grandson. My home clinic is the BHG Nashville Treatment Center. I was in and out in minutes, they had my guest dosing paperwork, and all 27 doses ready for me when I got there. Not sure how they bill, but I know in Nashville they tell you the contract says one thing, when it says something else. Aiken BHG was on top of their assignments and did a great job. Wish I could give the Aiken location more than 5 stars!!

The staff was professional and kind I would like to point out the excellent kindness of the ladies in the assesment office. It is hard these days to find people of their quality and caring. The only downside that I experienced was not being informed by the doctors at any time during her stay as to her condition or her treatment. Thank you Dave barnes

I liked most of the staff and Nurses. I really liked Ashlyn, Christy, and a black nurse that worked night shift. The food was pretty good and they kept it clean and with several things for me to do. It helped me a lot being there

What Aiken did for me was showing me the path step by step to recovery. That was exactly what I needed, they taught me the basic stuff and also the most complex one and now here I am completely recovered.

The staff at the Hartzog Center have always encouraged me to be the primary person in charge of my care and treatment. They've always listened to my needs, been incredibly supportive of everything I am trying to achieve, and have always been terribly easy to talk to, and to get help from when designing my own personal treatment plan. If you want good care, you've got to be a great patient. Nobody can read your mind. The staff at the Hartzog Center in North Augusta definitely care, and always support and encourage every patient to be involved and be proactive with the choices they make towards furthering their treatment goals.

The Hartzog center has enabled me to make leaps and bounds in maintaining a functioning stable lifestyle. Shameka is a wonderful person who genuinely cares about her patients and considers them a friend as well as clientele. She is truly a remarkable person. I highly recommend this center ; the staff is professional, friendly and they provide quality, affordable healthcare for all.

Before I found this place I was in a dark place in my life with my addictions. The night before I found this wonderful new family I have now, I was ready to give up. I was never much of a drinker but they welcomed me with open arms and accepted me as I was. I now know I was a Alcoholic in my ways, we are share the same feelings, emotions, trauma and depression that controlled our lives that lead us down a road of despair. I now have a family that helps me with my daily struggles and gave me the suggestions I needed to live a live of sobriety and I could never thank them enough. Thank you everyone at westside that helped me change my life and continue to live a healthy and happy life one day at a time!!

Great people who care trying to do the next right thing. A place that makes you feel like your truly not alone and your at home. I would recommend it to anyone looking for a solid meeting schedule with quality topics trying to further their journey in sobriety.

Saved my life, I attended and graduated inpatient and outpatient This is only a program for people who are ready to own their mistakes and take accountability for their addiction, if you can not do that, this is not the program for you. My question is “how bad do you want it?”

Even though my therapist stopped working with them, I didn't care to start over with someone else as long as they helped me transition. Everyone was so understanding and helpful by letting me be just me, I could stay on my medicine and be monitored until we updated the new therapist. Very good care
