I am a patient here and i love it so far, my therapist is nice and very helpful with setting goals. The staff at the front are also very polite as long as your nice to them and very willing to help if you treat them with respect. For families or friends who want their loved ones to come here, please remember that people who arent patients tend to get mad over things they cant understand, like hippa laws or mental illnesses they dont have. So far, therapy has been great for me here!

Absolutely loved arriving. Everyone was understanding, nobody was rude at all. I came in today fearing that everyone was rude because of all the reviews left, but left the happiest I could be! Both Feeny, her student/assistant and her nurse practioner and her assistant were absolute sweetheart, totally understanding. I love that they're so accepting of LGBT peoples as well, which is a huge reason I decided to come to Meredian. I have never been to a better doctor's office. :)

I actually deeply appreciate everyone on staff inpatient. I formed bonds with them and some of the other patients in healthy ways. I appreciated group therapy and mandatory meal attempts. They were organized and timely from what I could tell. So many techs spoke life into me with their own stories, examples, and advice. I should have come to Cornerstone sooner.

I have went to bowen for years in Huntington and it was nothing but problems and issue after issue just trying to get mess refilled and doctors that never listened to your concerns or cared much so I was expecting the same here. Boy was I wrong! Started coming here because I moved to wabash and I am beyond impressed with this Bowen. My psych practitioner was attentive and super informative and even asked me to ask her any question about her I wanted to know as an icebreaker which I thought was really cool. She informed me they now do primary care as well and I needed a new primary care as well and so glad I went here. The NP was nothing short of spectacular, friendly, caring, informative and super attentive to my health concerns. She addressed every single problem I had and listened intently instead of
putting off my concerns like a lot of doctors normally seem to do. So happy with this bowen and never in my life would I have thought i would ever give a good review to a Bowen.

So I just want to start off by stating that this facility changed my life drastically and saved my butt! Quite literally. I came to FCRC a scared, shaking, & shy woman. I was a kid on the inside.
Mr. Jeff & Savannah saved me from myself AT LEAST 3 times from trying to walk out on my recovery because of issues on the outside (life continues even though we go to treatment, ya know). When I tell you I have never met a team of such caring loving & HONEST staff? I hadn’t until I walked into this facility. I graduated yesterday, with 44 days today under my belt. I had hopped on a plane from Houston TX not knowing anything but my Higher Power did. I am so beyond grateful to First City and their peeps. All the way from the Detox experience to my PHP part of my program, everyone was helpful and so kind. And that level of care? Hard to find. Aye, shout out to Bobby in PHP & IOP, that’s my boy!!! Terrible receptionists. Talk over you and short with you for no reason. Patience i guess is a virtue. Headwaters is brand new to me and i am not impressed. My previous therapists office had a very cordial receptionist. With headwaters ive only made a few phone calls to the front desk and every time i do not like the person on the other end. I value customer service. Its all about the service i receive and when you do not have that on the front lines im done. I pursue headwaters for only the therapist named samantha. Its a shame they have terrible customer service. Intake is amazing liked her a lot.

I had Paige as my therapist and she was amazing. Very easy to talk to and didnt force the direction of the topics. Our conversations would flow smoothly and she could steer me toward what was really bothering me. I dont know if I would be here today without her.

Dr Clarke I love she listens and is always explaining what the plan is, now the person who answers the phone wow never at the desk to answer the phone been trying since last week to set up a appointment to see Dr Clarke and it makes it hard on us patients who need to see Dr Clarke when the person in the front don’t answer phone calls or even return phone calls.
