It was very hard to get myself to reach out for help for a long time. The moment I did, it went nothing but up from there. Recovery and Wellness has been nothing but nice and empathetic. Just over a month and a half, I have felt a positive difference with my mood, motivation, relationships, happiness, and my body. My therapist and I connect via video chat on the weekends which makes it very convenient for my busy teenage life! Not only was I recommended by a friend, I have continued to recommend people I know when they mention they are struggling. Not only that, I found a lovely place that took my insurance (which not many places do) and it is in the same building where my pediatrician used to be, which gives lots of comfort and familiarity. This place has done nothing but benefit me and I’m so thankful :)

I've been using Eastway's Pharmacy since they opened up. I definitely like that your meds can be delivered to your front door IF you have No Way of getting to the Eastway building. IF you have (a) prescription(s) that needs to be filled the same day you go in for an appointment with a Doctor they will have it filled by the time you're done with your appointment. I will Always recommend Eastway to someone that needs mental health and proper medications. I like the staff that works there. Everyone is very nice to you and they usually have a smile on their face. I try to get a laugh out of one of them and it usually works. As long as Eastway has their doors open I will continue to go there. The staff is wonderful. I'm glad that I have a case manager for longer than two years. My case manager now (and has been for 4 solid years.) She goes above and beyond the call of duty. (She's been there for about 20 years). She helps me go grocery shopping and soon to do laundry up the road. I Pray everyday that I don't lose the case manager I have now. I have pleasant feelings for Eastway. Sojourner’s is located behind the juvenile detention center it is not on fair avenue at the house shown in the picture. There aren’t any signs that I can see posted on fair avenue but it’s definitely not the house on the corner!

10/28/21 Update I still go there I wouldn’t go anywhere else they promoted Scott and is out of the office he is condescending to the other nurses and to patients the worst part is when they gave him promotion he’s over the other nurses he will be the downfall of that company on the other hand doctor Dahar is great also shout out to Nicky and Nurse Beth they really care. I was ordered to attended Solutions in Springboro through Warren County Court. The group session I attended lasted approx. 2 to 3 months just depending on attendence in the Tuesday night (Google Meet) class (1 1/2hrs). Class participants were also required to attend 1 individual meeting (1 hour) on Google meet once a month. Anqi was my counselor at Solutions. As much as I did not want to be involved with Solutions or Google meets, Anqi was able to keep me connected with the program and made it somewhat enjoyable. Anqi was very accommodating to contact with any questions or concerns. Anqi is an asset to Solutions and the the industry as a whole. It comes to the point if you are honest with your counselor and staying on the right path the class should not be an issue. Overall if someone I know was ordered to take the classes Solutions offers, I would have no problem referring them to Anqi and Solutions of Springboro.

I have been to several other psych doctors and I have never encountered anything like the quality and professionalism they have here. I used services here to get through a rough couple years, counseling and medical. Their doctor has a good grasp on new techniques with old knowledge. He was the first mental health professional to get me to take a DNA test to start trying medication rather than throwing a dart at a board. My counselor was incredible, she gave me such perspective and validation to really take doable steps until I could deep dive to find more permanent habits.
Yes they have a very busy overworked front office staff, some days are more obvious than others. When you realize these professionals are there helping a ton of people that don't always want the help, you see the dedication. Give the staff a break and maybe a thank you to help them find some strength that day too.

I spoke to the staff with The Next Right Thing and immediately felt safe and knew that this was the place I needed to go. I was terrified of this new step that I was taking in my life but everyone who was at The Right Thing made me feel safe and at home. I went into this place knowing I needed to make a change, but I didn’t know that my entire life would be changed. Every staff member helped and inspired me to be the best version of myself that I could be. They also provided me with the tools that I needed to cope with my emotions and to continue working through the process of recovery. I love helping other people and showing them that recovery works! I am so grateful for everyone at The Next Right Thing and for all the people I met throughout this journey I am still continuing-people who still go out of their way to support me and be there for me.

I've been here at The Recovery Village in Groveport since September 16th. Its been the best experience of Recovery I've ever experienced, the staff is great, food is great and the rooms are awesome.
