Finally getting around to sharing but I'm extremely grateful for this place. I'm coming up on 2 years clean from opiates. It was my first ever time in treatment and it stuck.
Very well. They set you up to be successful afterwards with doctors appointments and IOP so even though I haven't had much contact with GB themselves since, I've still was able to maintain treatment.
Food was AMAZING. I had my own 1-bdr apartment with a kitchenette. The therapy was constant so it kept you busy. All the people were nice and they really seemed to care about what they were doing and being there. The pool table and cereal bar were great amenities too.
My only complaint is that I left with a vitamin D deficiency, but it was wintertime in KS so we just couldn't do many outings.

Their convenient location in the heart of Kansas City makes the facility easy to access by public transpo | Treatments Programs Payment Options | This program gave me so many tools to continue my recovery and maintain my sobriety. Anthony was my counselor and I truly loved him - the time, his patience, calm aura and knowing he truly cared about me. Beth and Sam were also very amazing and always well prepared. All of the team here truly care - there wasn’t a day Diana at the front didn’t have a smile and cheerful spirit about her. I'm a chronic relapser and have been to Valley Hope several times. My relapses had nothing to do with Valley Hope and the care they provided. It just wasn't my time yet. I love Atchison Valley Hope. The staff are A+. They genuinely care about the patients while there and after their discharge. I get calls from my counselors and case workers periodically just to see how I'm doing. It's more than collecting an insurance check with them. I finally took their advice and went to php and iop, in addition to an addiction counselor. I'm 65 years old and sober for the first time in a very long time. There's no treatment center that's going to keep you sober or drug free. It takes work, but at AVH they will provide a serious reboot for your future.

The staff is amazing. There are far too many to list individually. It is truly the staff in the facilities that have kept me sober. The one huge thing I disagree with though is upper management. They have definitely become more about money than the patients. They only accept bcbs for insurance, so unless you have a lot of money, don't bother coming here. There is no breakfast to speak of. I am currently in MRC’s Phase 2 program I have been through the 30 days in residential and 60 days in Phase 1 a structured sober living with peer support. The nurses and peer support were fantastic at detox always there is you need anything. Or just a shoulder to cry on.
At phase 1 Tyler and Jermaine were awesome people to be around the peer support there. You could talk to them about anything and they drove us to meetings all around the metro. I am now living in one of the two phase 2 houses. I have a great job, that I love. Making rent every month and still saving at the same time because rent is so affordable. All in all I would recommend anyone to MRC including Tiger Woods

I am currently in MRCs phase 2 sober living, and i can honestly say that MRC saved my life. They introduced me to a community of people that i can connect with, that will help me stay sober long after i leave MRC! Most of the staff is in recovery themselves so they understand where we have been in early sobriety; as well as the kind of love and compassion that we need! They have choices of: a 30 day detox program and a 45 day mental health program to start. As well as continued treatment with sober living options to reintegrate back into society as a sober person! I love MRC they changed my life for the better!

Olathe, KS | KIDS TLC – Outpatient Behavioral Health is an outpatient behavioral health clinic in Olathe, Kansas. They provide mental health and behavioral health treatment for children and families. Areas of specialized care include anxiety, LGBTQ gender-affirming care, and trauma-focused care. Through this programming, you can expect an intensive outpatient | Treatments Programs Payment Options | I was here from January-2025 to August-2025, honestly it was a good experience, alot of things happend to me that were out of the staffs and in bosses power, as in other clients behavior and such, but unfortunately I did get harrased and assulted by other clients but when i stated that, action was taken immediately, they would separate the client from the other(s), and even though it may have not been far, it was better then being traumatized, these "bad" reviews have too of been caused by bad past staff or a lying child, and I was there as I was 14, I was first on the unit champions& Defenders, but maybe 1 week after, my group switched units with champions (Our sister unit) and we got renamed, but as i stayed kids came, and kids went, but I had a good experience overall, and the meals are okay, I feel like the portions should be increased a little for each unit depending on age group, everyone got the same amount, but alot of kids there would do about anything for extras, even in small amounts, I was one of them sometime but it was always 50/50 whenever I ate, I feel as bedtime is WAY too early for 13+ as its 7:00PM for bedtime, as it is healthy but it was extremely hard for me too get up in the mornings because of the time, the beds are really low on the floor if ur in building 3[unless it has been renovated by now] and in building 7, the beds are a normal height,

I was a client At TLC for at least six months and then discharged honestly for me I had a great time I have no idea these parents are talking about the one in the first photo I was there for that kid the only reason why her therapist told her no for the headphones was because they were working on headphones and then when they got unit headphones she refused to use them for the second one a hold is mandatory you cannot blame the staff they're just doing their job and if your child wouldn't have struggled then she wouldn't have so many bruises apologise but I was here for both of these kids both of these kids were in the wrong during their stay because the one that got into the hold tried to fight a staff so of course the staff has to put them in a hold because that's physical aggression and then as soon as the staff tries to put them in the hold she struggles which causes them to hold her tighter and make them stay longer the more she moves the tighter they get the girl that got bullied because of her autism she did not get bullied because of her autism she got bullied because she would cuss people out she would cuss therapist out obviously I had the same therapist so I can put this on put in that therapist was like the best therapist in the world like I have him again before that therapist left he spoke so many good things about your daughter he spoke good about your daughter even though she did so many bad things to him I'm not saying “this is the kids fault” because basically if I'm saying that I would be telling myself that same thing I'm saying that didn't help your kid and that was your objective go to another place I've been to 2 places TLC and pathways send them to another place if they don't do good especially kids in foster care the caseworker is obviously going to send them to another place if they're not doing better after discharge please this place is done so many good things for me I literally struggled in the beginning I got in so many holds in the beginning so many runways in the beginning as time progressed I got better and they finally let me out and I wasn't in a hold for like 3 months

Kansas City, MO | If you need alcohol and drug rehab services then you can visit The Crossroads Program in Kansas City, Missouri. The outpatient treatment is top-notch; the counselors there have an uncanny ability for setting up an environment where people feel safe to open up. I don’t know what we would have done without Crossroads. Our teenage son started using in middle school - abusing his prescription ADHD meds, overdosing on cold medicine, stealing our credit cards to purchase gummies through the mail, and spending every free moment, trying to figure out how to get high again. We found Crossroads through a recommendation from an addiction therapist, and we will be forever grateful. We didn’t want to traumatize him with a scary hospital stay or an institution that broke him down - our son already had such low self-esteem and low motivation. We wanted something to build him up and teach him how to live in the real world without needing to be high. The connections and friendships he developed at Crossroads on the very first day continue to be the key to his sobriety. He is never alone, and thanks to the weekly parent meetings, neither are we. Our anxiety has been replaced with hope because we are an active part of his success. We get weekly check ins and weekly meetings so we can support him at home when he’s not with kids and counselors from the program. The twinkle has returned to our son’s eyes because he’s been loved and supported from day one. He has friends and a sponsor and an entire safety net to catch him if he ever falls. Crossroads gives everyone a positive path forward that they call “enthusiastic sobriety”! The counselors and staff all know what they’re doing because they’ve been through this too. If you’re searching for a treatment plan for your son or daughter, consider the loving arms and daily hugs from Crossroads!

Getting sober at a young age can be scary because you often wonder, “How will I ever have fun again?” Crossroads taught me how to be myself, enjoy life, and have fun while staying clean. just got out yesterday
yes i 100% can see how some of these reviews can be true, (but it’s REALLY not that bad.) most of the 1-3 stars are just people who love to complain.
if your nice and don’t have any aggressive reports you’ll most likely go upstairs (you’d go there for self harm, suicide attempts, thoughts of suicide or eating disorders.)
downstairs is for more aggressive people who in their report have homicidal thoughts, or actually going through with them (or just being actually INSANE.)
while i was there, there was this one nurse who was absolutely amazing, she made my visit (5 days) so much better. helped me get a restraining order on my father, good mood, just amazing.
the staff upstairs are nice, funny, and helpful, there was only a couple of complaints i had there, which was going to bed at 8:30pm and waking up at 7:00am, there was this one kid who made EVERY girl at our group uncomfortable, but we reported him and got him removed.
the food there was somewhat good (it’s a hospital what can you expect), and if you didn’t like it you could request a box lunch (school field trip type food) and i’d say the whole time i was there i had a lot of people supporting me to actually work on my mental health, and i really feel like it helped lmao.
don’t let these reviews scare you.

Linda is awesome. I had seen her for several years back in the 2010s and have been seeing her recently again. She is even more helpful now. I highly recommend anyone struggling give Linda a chance. Prices are beyond fair, atmosphere is comfortable and relaxing, and just love her therapy dog, whom was pleased to see that it is still the same little guy. I look forward to continuing or relationship. Five stars is just not enough to give her. A+++++++
