I've been going here for years now. The reception staff is almost always very respectful, and if they are "off" its likely because they are busy.The doctors take time to ask questions and understand. The Nurses (especially Mariam) are very kind and thoughtful.I haven't really had any poor experiences here!

I am a new patient and had to schedule my initial 3 appointments. I got all 3 on dates and times that work best for me and my schedule quick and easy with one call.

This program was perfect for our family. Parent participation was crucial for this program to work. This enthusiastic sobriety program worked for us. The staff and councilors know addiction and guided growth for our kiddo and ourselves.

I cannot begin to put into words how life changing this program is. They have taught my teenager how to do the hard work of facing addiction while holding her up emotionally and spiritually. 8 months ago I was mentally preparing for a funeral. Today my girl is 7.5 months sober. She is the happiest I ve ever seen. Crossroads has not only changed her life, but given her a new purpose. I have zero doubt that without Crossroads, my daughter wouldn t be here today.

This program changed my life and I've seen it change countless others around me. It surrounded me with a support group of people that struggle with the same issues that I do, as well as counselors that I could relate to and have been through the same struggles. It's helped me to repair my relationship to my family, and given me hope for a future that I never thought I would have!

Perhaps you are like me, desperately reading reviews at 2am in the emergency room. And everything feels awful, and nothing feels right, and you re looking for that shred of hope that you re making the right choice, and that your child is going to be safe.Our experience with Marillac was overall positive. All of the staff were friendly to our daughter, the kids as well. Did she love being there? No. But was she safe, respected, and treated humanely? 100% yes.We were able to call anytime between 8a-8p, and if we couldn t talk to her right then, she was able to call back as soon as she was available. Visiting hours were limited, but good.The staff communicated with us daily about her progress. The therapist she met with was friendly, insightful, and very good at her job. We were able to have family sessions, which was a huge benefit.The campus was clean and up to date. There were lots of windows and natural light. During her stay my daughter didn t have a room mate, which she was grateful for, but I say that because other hospitals we reviewed were overcrowded and had kids sleeping on the floor. This was not at all the case here.The food was compared to school lunch. But she was never left to go hungry. And you are able to bring food/drink to your visitation.Keep in mind, this isn t meant to have resort levels of comfort. But the kids needs are met in terms of physical and mental.While I hope we never have to return, I am grateful for the time she was there was positive overall.

I've been admitted to Marillac a couple of times now (4, 4 times). To be honest, this place is one of the better hospitals I've spent time at. My only two complaints is that they sent me home (even when I wasnt ready) so I had to be back the same day and that they don't have residential. But still, this is a really good hospital full of staff that just want to help. So glad I found the care I needed there. Thank you to Therapist Patrick, Staff Yaya, Nurse... (I FORGOT HER NAME, BUT SHE'S AWESOME!) and Doctor DouglassThank you all!

This is a great place. My oldest had to go there in the past while he was in foster care. But each time we been treated very well & they are so understanding

I have ADHD, and there s currently a stimulant shortage for what I normally take. I called multiple pharmacies in the area and they didn t have any of the doses I d normally take in stock. My coworker mentioned this place to me, so I got a lower dosage of my prescription sent to them. I called the pharmacy to let them know, and the man that answered was very polite and knowledgeable about the stimulant shortage, and even gave me information on my drug s expiring patent that I didn t know about. He was able to get it filled that same day, however I had issues with my prescription insurance wanting to do a preauthorization for a lower dose. This same pharmacist that helped me on the phone was very empathetic and talked me through all of the necessary steps of insurance pre authorization. He contacted my prescription insurance for me and even advocated for me on the phone with them, attempting by to bypass the unnecessary preauthorization (it was the same drug I ve been on for over 12 years, just a slightly lower dosage, so the preauthorization for it during this stimulant shortage was very arbitrary and unnecessary.) He was very polite to me on the phone, in person, and on the phone with my insurance.This facility s pharmacy is the only pharmacy in my area that still has the dosages of the drug that I can take. There is never a line in the pharmacy, the communication with their patients and each other is remarkable.Normally I go to CVS for my psychiatric medications, but I think I ll just go here from now on. They are very quick to answer the phone and get prescriptions filled, and they clearly do their absolute best to advocate for their patients.Thank you Compass Health pharmacy, you saved me in the middle of this stimulant shortage, and you made the whole frustrating process of insurance preauthorization much easier for a patient like me with ADHD that gets easily overwhelmed and impatient with setbacks. You guys are awesome
