During the class session Dennis Robinson did a great job. I thought he was very honest, professional, and insightful. I would recommend Assessment Services to anyone who needs a primer in the influence of drugs and alcohol on individuals and society as a whole.

I stayed there march 11-18th 2025 in Unit 7 I miss it there it was awesome the staff was great! Im glad that there are people looking out for kids with mental health problems

Reading the other reviews made me worry about sending my kid here, but our experience was much different. I felt they took good care of my kid. Communication was great. Visits were easy and enjoyable. The family safety plan helped us understand why this happened. They gave us resources to help prevent this from happening again.

My name is Thomas Towler. I was placed in Spofford Home in January 1985 I was 4 years old at the time. When I was in Spofford was known as Corey Potter. There was a time out room that the staff put you in if you did something wrong. I remember one of dormmates would always get picked on based on his name.

I have had a great experience at Vibrant Health! Dylan Severson takes the time to listen to all of my questions, and I don’t feel rushed at all. The MAs are very friendly and put me at ease! They also fit me in for a next-day appointment when I had concerns about lab results. Very compassionate, personable care.

This place is really a good place. Most of the old reviews on here were from the past. We got a new director and she is doing her absolute best. This place is of course isn't perfect, and it is under a lot of work. The staff have their days, and us clients don't help situations because we aren't the easiest to work with. Most reviews for this place isn't right it's children trying to hurt the company because they did their job.

I have never waited for my appointment. Care is top notch. Having had several disorders in the family, I know a good doctor when I experience it! Wouldn't go anywhere else. .

I see Dr. Karim. I have for a few years now, and I really like him. I do not feel rushed when I see him, and I feel that when I have concerns or questions, that he takes the time to answer them fully. The issues I have are more in regard to attempting to contact the practice by telephone. It can be tough especially during early morning or other peak phone times. While their website has good information on it, I wish they would incorporate some sort of portal, to handle the more routine non-emergency requests between the patient and provider.

Friendly receptionist. Easy to talk to with good recommendations for medications and other specialists.

I won't pretend to understand how challenging social work is. It takes a special person to invest themselves in doing something for others because it is right while knowing that they will never see or hear the positive results of their care. I don't know how they do it, but the staff here can help you understand the complexity of trauma and the seemingly insurmountable tangle of events that occur before, during and after. This is only possible through a diverse network of supportive services. A comprehensive approach from shelters, counseling, childrens play therapy and on; they offer the greatest hope of a stable future for victims and family's. They also have an amazing program for perpetrators of domestic violence. Holding individuals accountable and offering a path to being a better non-abusive person. Reach out and they'll help. If they can't do it directly due to the overwhelming demand on them, they can at least offer other resources. And if you ever get a chance, thank them for the lives they've touched and never knew they have saved.

Synergy Services helped me and my daughter after a formerly trusted adult male in my home was inappropriate around my 15 year old daughter. They helped me to get him removed from our home, take care of the police angle, and offered us both incredible mental health services after the incident! Thanks Synergy!

I’ve been coming here for almost 4 years. It’s helped me so much, it’s a clean and well maintained establishment , the staff is amazing and nonjudgmental. Wouldn’t pick any other place, highly recommend.

I've tried a few methadone clinics, this one is the best I've seen. They do have a few rules that seem rather stupid, but they have gov oversight, so ya have to deal with that kind of BS anywhere you go. They are definitely the nicest and the friendliest out of all the ones T have been to. Update... the staff that you interact with i.e. the counclers and the nurses are definitely very nice and appear to be honestly intrested in the clients wellbeing, however it took a few months...like 6 or 8 months for the office staff to get my VA insurance worked out and I had to pay cash in the meantime. That was over 2 years ago and they still have not re-embersed a single Penney however I verified with the Va the were paid twice once by me and once by the Va. Should be a law against that sort of thing. I believe it is called fraudulent billing.... If they end up owning you money don't expect to see it soon...however if you owe them and can not pay the will start detoxing you, they did to me when I told them I get paid in 3 days ... they detoxed me for those 3 days. Good luck if you have no other options.

Great place. Great counclers. Clean. They have clean bathrooms. Very friendly staff. They have the new check in mobile system so it saves your spot in line. They are fair. Some of the rules are a little silky but they don't set those, Corporate does. So it's not the staffs fault at this location. They probably saved my life. The doctors is very helpful and understanding. She listens. The nurse is a godsend. And the counclers are top of the line.
