I have started going to this treatment place about 2 months ago and I was a addict for 4 years I’m 19 and pregnant with my 2nd baby and this place has helped me get my soberity and find my life back I’m not to far out on my journey but I know they have helped me tremendously Im not yet on a stable dose but of course it takes time to get there also me being pregnant effects the dosing but other then that this place saved me ! Place isn't the worst and isn't the best, but alot better than most other places in Louisville. People get mad because they constantly still get high or get in trouble for taking benzos with their methadone. So they get on here and talk bad. This place has helped me more than anything, now I'm going on 9 months sober from opiates for the first time since I've been an addict from the age of 18.

This place gave me my sobriety without landmark id still be doing fentanyl the staff was amazing they genuinely care and connect very well on a personal level and I’ve learned a lot about our disease of addiction their building is very nice and clean well taken care of and the program part is amazing I truly got a lot out of those classes I’ve been sober since the day after I got there being 04/28/2024 and still and always will have my sobriety thanks to landmark and all the staff that I met

UPDATE***. You see the original comment, they stood over my shoulder as I typed it. Landmark recovery on fern valley rd is a JOKE!!! The comments you see about the CEO not giving a crap about what goes on in her facility is true!! Let’s just say there was a survey that went around and baby I filled it from front to back, corners and all! I had so much to say that I got to sit down with the CEO & Co-CEO to get a fill for the new things & better opportunities that were getting ready to be put into place. As I read the comments I see that was a lie. Also the whole paper thing was suppose to be anonymous but they matched my hand writing to the daily check ins we did. YOU WILL BE TAKING COLD SHOWERS WITH SEWER FLIES!!! The water supply is a 5-gallon igloo bucket thing with the spout at the bottom which is very important bc when it’s time to be refilled, guess what, it’s rolled into the bathroom & filled with sink water. For the amount of money spent here, things could go be sooooo much better & still be the bare minimum experience. They’ll answer the phone to get you in the door, sell you a bunch of lies about the “the state of art facility” and it’ll sound good. & look good to upon first entry and where the family meetings and public eyes can see. But once you cross that wooden door, it’s a all a lie. Welcome to hell! I would never recommend anyone to go here. I will say, the names mentioned were definitely great people, I would reconnect with again. But that place, is one of the reason I have remained sober. I refuse to go back, please go with a different facility if you can. This place will definitely be investigated one day!! Best wishes to you all.
First time going to rehab and landmark was a great experience. The staff are welcoming and the patients here are very welcoming as well. Made me feel love and supported as soon as I stepped onto the wing. They definitely feed you so be prepared to gain a few pounds. Also huge shoutout to Gary A, Jackie F, & the PES Britney, Randy, and Matthew they are all amazing. There are plethora of different backgrounds here so if you find yourself here please take the opportunity to get to know them and use the knowledge that they give you. Overall a great experience and I recommend.

LAC was great. I participated in the evening groups through zoom, which I originally had reservations about. Even though the meetings were online, they were still very engaging, informative, and personal. The therapist and case manager were incredible. They were both very authentic and supportive, and they were easily available when we needed them. I am very appreciative and grateful for this program.

I had been at another treatment facility for years. I felt like I was just another invoice. Policies constantly changing, no support or compassion. I felt the difference the first time I called Crossroads and Josh answered. I felt heard and welcomed. I’m so happy I made the change to Crossroads Treatment facility. From the time I walk through the door and saw Alexis’ smiling bright face, to Josh’s open and caring personality. CJ and Renee are amazing and never look or talk down to me. Journey Pure has definitely been an essential part of my recovery journey… I was fresh out of a 30 day treatment center and knew I needed to do more to ensure the success of my recovery. I was referred to Journey Pure… the first few months were more intensive, which helped set a foundation for the mental health maintenance I do today.

I would recommend Wellstone in a heartbeat. The management doesn't seem to be the best, if I'm being honest, but the social workers, nurses, and techs genuinely care and are there to help their patients anyway they can. I always felt heard, respected, and validated (and as a member of the trans community, we are not always afforded these courtesies, even in healthcare). Their team that handles crises were incredible at de-escalating tense situations. The food was surprisingly good most of the time. Much love to the other patients who helped me while I was there. Much love and respect to my doctor and the staff who helped me: Voss, Tina, Abby, Mary-Margaret, Julie, Seth, Felix, Sam, Lexi, Grace, Caitlyn, James, KP, Will, Dahkota (sorry if I spelled it wrong) and all the folks whose names I didn't catch but who I'm so very grateful for. This place is amazing. From the doctors to the receptionist everyone is so kind even with all the patients they have they greet each one by 1st name that means alot to me.. They were there for my dad who is a single dad was raising 6 kids alone. if it wasn’t for them stepping in and giving him the support to divorce her, advocating for me and my siblings, giving us therapy, getting us back on our feet, getting me and my siblings through college and school, my therapist encouraging my talents, giving us medical treatment, and more. I certainly would not be here right now. My mom would not have been caught and removed from our lives. These people working here are a watching eye, guardians, protectors for your child. They are why I said no to substances when pressured and alone, and had no idea what substances even were. As a child people tried to give me some hard stuff in my high school and I avoided all of the people there and said no every time asked. I went to a really bad high school. I would sit at home all day and make music and code. I found a better way for life the little things make me happy and the little outshine the bad. No matter what happens the ones that care about me make the whole difference. Thank you for everything. I will never forget you.

My son has been going there for almost 2 years now. He does not have to see a therapist twice a month anymore cause he is doing so much better in school,and at home with his siblings. He's only 12 so yeah he still does kiddy stuff but he has been on honor roll and has not been suspended this year. Taking my kid to therapy let's him know I care about him and his mental health .I'm happy I chose to get him some help for his behavior.
