My son completed the Summit achievement program. He’s turned out to be an incredible young man. I can say 100% without a doubt that he and we as a family may not even exist today without the help of the Summit Achievement family. My wife and our therapist were pushing hard and I was skeptical at first. However, this program and the incredible team changed the trajectory of our lives together. I’ve been coming to groups for. A few years. They have changed a lot to keep up with the times. They were one of the first in the area. It use to be a lot different years ago. You wanted to get sober it may have taken weeks to get in for your initial appointment Nowadays with everything on the app/online it’s a blessing as you can be using today and be sober tomorrow. You have to do your part. I’m grateful for the program. They will work with you and your schedual. My only gripe is they don’t offer a long term option for people who are stuck on suboxone for pain management. And that the turn over rate for counselors is super high. They will work with you and do anything they can to help you as long as you’re doing your part and even help you with anything else you may need housing finding a dr, anything you just got to ask. - E . Savage is awesome too, I just have to add, I'm glad she's my counselor, I rarely connect with people but she's my type of people

I was one of the first patients of Grace St years ago in its humble beginnings.. Back when it was a small operation with only 5 or 6 patients. I found Marty especially to be down to Earth, caring and knowledgeable. Especially since many employed there once suffered from the same afflictions as we now seek freedom from.. I would definitely recommend Grace St. Here it is nearly 8 years later and i have my family back, a home, my license... All things i once thought i would never see again. I've been working with these guys for six years. I have had a total of three case managers during that time (I was only with the first one for about a month before she had to take time off for some reason, they put me with #2 and I adored her and opted not to go back to #1 when she came back). Both times my case manager put referrals in for counseling for me, I was situated with a counselor in less than a month!
I am a person who requires a TON of support, for example: I have very bad PTSD, including severe medical trauma, but I am also physically disabled and trying to navigate getting that figured out, which means I have to go to a lot of medical appointments but my PTSD makes it very hard. Both my previous CM and my new one are very willing to accompany me to appointments to make sure my PTSD symptoms don't interfere with my treatment and so that I can remember what was talked about. I also require support in nearly every other aspect of my life, and I have always been pleased with my CMs abilities to help
When CM#2 had an emergency that took them out of work, Health Affiliates had me with a new case manager in less than a week.
I also really like that I can view all of my progress notes and other documents from home using the web portal.
All of the providers I have worked with (CM and counseling) have been open minded and respectful of my "alternative" faith, and of my sexuality.

I think this organization is wonderful. I've been seeing a counselor without having to travel anywhere, and we do weekly video visits. She referred a case manager for me, and I haven't met her yet, but I feel like she is going to be the perfect fit for me and help me achieve some goals. I had the opportunity to take advantage of their PHP(partial hospitalized patient) program and their IOP(intensive out patient) program.
The PHP program runs 6 days a week 6 hours a day including a long lunch. You get to spend the day with BHTs and clinical group facilitators who educate you on the disease model, model of addiction and the 12 steps of AA. Along with fun activitys, meditation and ice breakers.
The IOP program is great when you have some sobriety time under belt and enables you to focus on your recovery while also tending to family life and work.
It runs 4 days a week, two and half hours a day with an option of morning or night depending on your schedule.
The structure of the program includes meeting with a councler and psychiatric nurse practicioner.
Leslie Briggs will bring you through the admissions process which is simple and convienent.
I had a positive experience with clinical including Matt, Amanda, Bella and Kevin.
The Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner, Julie was very helpful and caring.
BHT Noah doesn't disappoint when it comes to exciting activitys, being a good listener and making you laugh.
You'll get a chance to meet Program Coordinator Mike. B who is very recovery smart and is the man to talk to when you need realistic, direct and positively impactful input.
In addition to all the things they can and will do for you, they will direct you toward sober living for men and women, meetings, sponsorship, Family Restored Meetings for your non-alcoholic friends and family and more.

I thought Green Mountain Treatment Center (part of Granite Recovery Centers) was just the right kind of place my loved one needed. It helped him to kick off his recovery. He is truly a changed person since coming home and is doing the work needed to keep him sober. The staff was and continues to be helpful by offering weekly support for family members. Support is offered to family members while your loved one is in treatment and even when they come home and you are figuring out how to live your life with someone in recovery.
