I was lucky enough to have found out about this facility in February of 2025. Words can not even describe how amazing the staff! My first night there was extremely hard for me and Petra was absolutely amazing ! I wanted to leave , I didn't feel good and she was able to calm me down and keep me there. My case worker Nicole was the best! I felt like she truly cared and wanted to help me get thru my time at the facility and she helped me set up outpatient care so that when I left Mayflower I was all set with good resources. This place was the beginning of redemption story and gave me a phenomenal foundation to start my recovery journey!

My first impression of Mayflower was an amazing. I felt so comfortable with the staff immediately, they made me feel so welcomed and supportive. The staff was unbelievably knowledgeable in addition. I felt safe and well taken care of. My room was first class with my own TV. The food was cooked by a chef and was unbelievable. I was most impressed with the Director of the program. He did a morning group everyday to address any concerns we may have and to impress how he was there to help the clients. Very professional and comfortable at the same time. 10 out of 10. The best in Massachusetts if not the North East.

Rebuilding Recovery in Woburn has truly been a lifesaver for me. From the moment I walked through the doors, I felt supported and understood. If you are ready to accept help & want to make a positive change in your life you should definitely call them. I go to the Peabody clinic & it has been a great experience. Honestly I had no expectations I think except maybe I was just another number walking through the door & that has been the furthest thing from the truth. Everyone, I mean Everyone has been amazing. They care, I honestly believe that. They want to see you succeed in your recovery. When you walk in they remember you name, they are all very pleasant, which helps me so much going to a place that have a great staff. The security staff always smile & remember peoples names (incredible), the front desk are great, they are welcoming & funny, the nurses are always very pleasant & interact with you. I have the best counselor. She is amazing & so easy to talk to. She has been a rock for me in my recovery, I can’t say enough about her. I have interacted a bit with the head counselor too & she has gone out of her way to help me when she was slammed with work & it’s when I was new to the clinic. I really appreciated that. I just want to mention the director. She has been wonderful wherever I have interacted when her. She has been pleasant, calls me by my name which is impressive to me anyway because I don’t see her much, but she remembers my name just the same. That says a lot to me about the type of person that leads the clinic. As you can tell I am a big fan of the place. They have helped me tremendously in getting over this mountain that I have been struggling with for a decade or so. When I see some of these negative reviews I don’t think it’s how 99.99% of the people going there feel. Most people only write reviews to complain. This clinic has i believe over 600 patients. Honestly if you are having a bad situation where you are not happy it’s most likely because you messed up and are paying the consequences for your own actions. We are in this clinic to begin with because of bad decisions, bad roads we chose to take. The rules won’t change from the day you decide to join to your last day after you complete the program. If you take care of your end of the deal they will live up to their end. Even if you relapse they will be there to pick you back up, encourage you and stick by you as long as it takes. I give a ton of credit & really appreciate the work that these people do. If you want help, call .. they will help you like they have everyone else.

I've struggled with my mental health for most of my life and always kept afloat one way or another, but Meta was the biggest turning point for me. I've felt so supported everyday while given an environment I felt safe in to heal. They've given me knowledge and coping skills that I will carry with me throughout my life. I'm very grateful to the Meta team and everyone I've met through them. For the first time since I was a kid I feel like I'm living and not just holding on.

I first started going to Meta to be compliant, because it was strongly recommended by all my loved ones. Eventually, I came to surrender to the practices and curriculums the facility had to offer, plus all the wonderful staff involved. They willingly took me in like a stray puppy, guiding me, helping me along this scary, but thrilling chapter in my life. I of course, had support from my family, friends, AA, and therapy as well. Anyways, Meta got me at, "Hello and welcome. We are here to help you. "

I was a Meta client from October 2024-May/June 2025. To say Meta has changed my life would be an understatement—I was extremely hesitant and resistant at first when I started at the Haverhill, MA location but was met with love, support, and ultimately, an understanding that getting help is okay. The PHP and IOP programs are transformational, and I wouldn’t be here without them. Thank you so much to the staff, clinicians, and case managers who worked relentlessly to help me! I will miss it but would recommend Meta to anyone.

They both were so sweet and understanding. great communication from everyone, clean office and friendly front desk staff! very grateful and relieved! i definitely plan on bringing my next baby here who i am having in feb 🤍 thank you!

Life-Changing Program with Incredible Leadership Ascend has truly been a life-changing program. It gave me the opportunity to connect with a diverse group of women—each on her own journey of self-development and healing. Every session focused on practical coping strategies while fostering genuine group support. The facilitators were consistently empathetic, compassionate, and knowledgeable, making space for everyone to learn, grow, and be heard. Alexandria, in particular, is an exceptional leader. She guided each session with calm, clarity, and strength—even when challenging dynamics arose, which is only natural in a group of vocal, passionate women from all walks of life. What stood out most was the intentional creation of a safe, supportive environment. Despite misunderstandings or tensions that sometimes surfaced, Alexandria and her team maintained a space rooted in respect and inclusion. We need more programs like this. I sincerely hope HRI Hospital continues to support and expand opportunities like Ascend for those who have so often been silenced or marginalized. This program is a rare and vital resource.

Great, great place for young men to get back on there feet and a fresh start! The whole program is amazing, staff, facility, especially the food with their own chef cooking! I had been involved with several other facilities before our family got to Center point for young men and was very unhappy with what we went thru, but when we got here this place was 100 percent different and I just don't have enough time for all the good things I can say and the changes it has made in my child's life.

Centerpoint changed our lives for the better! Our families experience at Centerpoint was nothing but positive. We were referred to Centerpoint by the Department of Mental Health after 18 ART/CBAT admissions. I have to admit at first I was hesitant as the program is long term and, no one wants their child away from home for that long. After much deliberation and thought we agreed to the admission. It’s not easy to agree to this level of care, often times heart breaking but, we knew our son was suffering and no other treatment seemed to be effective for longer than a few months. It’s hard work and you are asked to participate in weekly family therapy where you have to be open and honest and tackle all of the issue which lead to this level of care. My son, my husband and I committed ourselves to this and boy did it work. It wasn’t easy, it was emotionally challenging and having to drag up things from the past was less than desirable. We learned how to effectively communicate with each other which was the foundation of our son getting better. If you and your child embrace the program it works! The staff was always very accommodating, kind, caring and well trained. You can tell that they are experts in their field. Each child is different and they made it their mission to learn our sons behaviors and personality so they could make him feel comfortable, safe and that he could trust them. Since discharge our son has thrived socially, emotionally and academically. He has learned to use the skills that were taught at Centerpoint which has effectively ended the vicious cycle of short term hospitalization. When considering an IRTP I would strongly recommend Centerpoint!!

I was immediately impressed by how fair, professional, and respectful the process felt. The staff listened with genuine care, offered thoughtful feedback, and made me feel truly valued. It wasn’t about following a rigid plan, but about providing what was most helpful for my situation. 🌱 Our minds need care too. Just like our bodies can catch a cold, our minds can also go through challenging times. That’s why I believe mental health check-ups and self-care are so important, and I hope more people will embrace this. The world would be a kinder and better place for it. Many people work hard to stay physically fit. Our mental health deserves the same care. Learning about it should be for everyone. The more we know, the better we can care for ourselves and those we love. 💛

This place is the absolute best. It is a place with a judgement free zone where you can learn about yourself and coping techniques to help you with your journey. All of the counselors and interns are top notch. I have experienced a time in my life where traditional one a week counseling wasn’t enough but I knew I didn’t need hospitalization full time. I was referred to Arbour Counseling in Norwell for the Partial Hospitalization Program that offers a 4 week program that consists of 2 weeks of full time 9-3 and 2 weeks 1/2 days 9-12:15 This is a group setting where you only have to say your if want or you can participate in the groups as much as you want. I have learned so much about myself and have grown mentally with Arbour. The people in the groups have also been a big help as they may just offer a smile, a laugh or cried with you or shared some of their story as well. You become very comfortable right away. I will never forget the people that have touched my life. Arbour Counseling offers the best and is worth the time..

Five stars for our psychiatric nurse practitioner, Sharon Curtin. She has been wonderful from day one and has prescribed with insight and care and helped our child become himself again. Loss of star for the company policy - it is difficult to communicate with the provider between visits due to the company changing policy and providers no longer having a direct extension. Also, there is zero grace if you miss an appointment. Even though we had made every single appointment for a year and a half, we were billed $100 for the first (unintentional) no-show. It's the written policy, but some grace would be appreciated with a track record of reliability. The staff that manages refills and medication questions is great. They are responsive and communicative. Overall, recommend, especially Sharon. Just make sure you don't miss your appointment ever, and ask all your questions when you're with your provider.

The first week she was here, she invited me in, just to ask me how I was doing and if I needed anything to make it easier for me. Her door is always open and I always feel welcome. Felipe has been great to me from the moment I met him. He always makes the ins. problems or billing, much, much easier. Heidi and the nursing team, Sage, the two receptionists, and of course, my main man, Darrin. These people are now all friends, to me and I care for them all. I do all my work and whatever is asked of me. If I have an appointment, I show up. I follow the program and I’ve had very few issues. It’s been one of the best moves I’ve made in my life. Give this place a chance if you want to change things. I would refer anyone that wants a fresh start, here it is. This is it. Anyone can build a building but the people are always the key. In any business. Anyway, thank you to all the friends I met at CTC and I and grateful to you. 😘

I don’t even know where to begin with my gratitude for Dr. Lisa Thibodeau and RN Megan at CHA Cambridge Hospital. They are truly angels in scrubs. From the moment I walked in, I felt seen, heard, and cared for in the most genuine way. This wasn’t just medical care… It was love, patience, and dedication to their work and to me as a patient. Dr. Thibodeau has been with me since my pregnancy with my first son, Randall, and the bond I’ve built with her over time is something I will treasure forever. She has always treated me with kindness and compassion, but during this most recent labor, with my second son, she reminded me once again why I trust her so deeply. Together with Megan, my incredible nurse, they created an environment of peace and encouragement that helped me through labor with so much confidence. My labor was fast, and I truly believe it’s because of their patience and the way they guided me gently through each step. They worked together seamlessly, always making sure I felt safe, loved, and fully supported. Thanks to their skill and professionalism, my delivery went beautifully!!! I experienced zero tearing, and I know that was no accident, but the result of their careful expertise and the passion they have for what they do. I will forever be thankful for this team. Words cannot fully describe how much their presence meant to me during such an important moment in my life. CHA Cambridge Hospital is incredibly fortunate to have professionals like Dr. Thibodeau and Megan, who not only deliver babies but also deliver love, comfort, and strength to the families they care for. They will always hold a special place in my heart!!! I would also love to extend my gratitude to nurses Karen Raso and Emily, who were nothing short of angels throughout my care. Their kindness, patience, and gentle support made me feel so safe and cared for. CHA Cambridge is truly lucky to have them, and I feel blessed that they were part of my journey.

My wife had her delivery here. The care she and the babies got in the maternity ward was excellent all around. Special thanks to Lillie who went above and beyond making sure we were okay and teaching us how to do everything as new parents.
