This place is the absolute best. It is a place with a judgement free zone where you can learn about yourself and coping techniques to help you with your journey. All of the counselors and interns are top notch. I have experienced a time in my life where traditional one a week counseling wasn’t enough but I knew I didn’t need hospitalization full time. I was referred to Arbour Counseling in Norwell for the Partial Hospitalization Program that offers a 4 week program that consists of 2 weeks of full time 9-3 and 2 weeks 1/2 days 9-12:15 This is a group setting where you only have to say your if want or you can participate in the groups as much as you want. I have learned so much about myself and have grown mentally with Arbour. The people in the groups have also been a big help as they may just offer a smile, a laugh or cried with you or shared some of their story as well. You become very comfortable right away. I will never forget the people that have touched my life. Arbour Counseling offers the best and is worth the time..
