Staff is great. The help desk for the on line chart thing is terrible I can’t remember my login info so I followed directions on site page to get it emailed to me wouldn’t email to me no it was not in spam either. I then called the help desk they said I needed to call the DR. Didn’t understand that one. Why have this info on site if it doesn’t do any good. So fill up my inbox with things I can’t access.

Amazing place for long term treatment, caring and passionate residential managers. The staff at the pmc house are awesome, it’s a very positive environment for the mother and child to grow and learn together. My name is Kylee R and would like to say L&D nurses Brenna and Linze consistently went above and beyond to ensure that I felt comfortable, informed, and supported throughout my visits in L&D. They exhibit strong empathy and compassion, making me feel heard and valued. They provided continuous emotional support, as well as the rest of the staff. I would also like to mention Angel from room service and cafeteria was also so kind and patient, and took his time ensuring I received everything I needed to enjoy my meal. Of course, we cannot leave out Dr. Schulte, who him and his team have been absolutely incredible during my high risk pregnancy.
