I had the best experience at Blue Valley. The staff is amazing and has always stuck by me...even when I was going through horrible times. Without Blue Valley's staff and Tonya, I would not have 16 months of sobriety, the first time in my life!!! I couldn't have made it. Blue Valley is definitely the place to go if you need help!!

This organization does wonderful things in peoples lives!! They help the homeless, addicts, alcoholics, and downtrodden recharge their lives. They support, counsel, evangelize and assist in re-establishing into the community. Many great testimonies of lives renewed by the residents who have been here. I brought them a load of food products to help with the daily meals.

My husband went through the independence center over 30 years ago. He did relapse after the first 3 months but he did not attend any aftercare or AA. Within a year he started going to AA and has been sober for almost 35 years. My son has also been through the independence center twice with varied success. He has had relapses but maintained sobriety for the majority of the time. He has used the tools he learned there to get sober again after relapsing without having to reenter treatment. The program will work for you if your honest with yourself and do the work. Good luck and god bless!

When you are ready, you are ready. I did three rehabs in the span of three summers and I’ve been sober a year and a half since going to the Independence Center. The ENTIRE staff wass genuinely interested in my recovery. Of course it’s up to me how honest I want to be with my counselor, Chaplin and myself (and God), but their unwavering encouragement doesn’t hurt and it didn’t. The facility is much better than others I’ve been to in Nebraska and they keep the distracting extracurricular horseplay to minimum. They have a great culture and alumni in the A.A. and Lincoln communities.

The setup is solid: they are generally open from 2:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m., with dinner service starting around 4:00 p.m. It’s an awesome environment, and honestly, in some ways, I think it’s even better than the better-known spots like Matt Talbot Kitchen. What makes this place stand out: The Team: A massive shout-out to J (aka JJ). He is the heart of the operation and really keeps things running smoothly. He’s incredibly caring, and he’s always down for genuine conversation. It makes a world of difference when you’re treated like a person, not a number. Pet-Friendly Resources: This is huge. If you have a pet with you, they have an area where you can kennel your animal, and they even offer a pet food pantry. It takes a massive weight off your shoulders knowing your companion is taken care of. Comprehensive Help: They are a major hub for resources. Whether it’s clothing, food, or navigation help, they are doing the work. Important Clarification: Just to be clear for anyone reading this—The Bridge Connect is separate from The Bridge Treatment Center. This is the place for people who aren't currently in treatment or are just passing through and need support. A Final Note: This place runs on donations and the generosity of the community. They are giving so much to those of us who need it, so it is vital that we keep giving back—whether that is through donations or your time. They can always use extra volunteers. If you’re in a position to help, this is a place worth supporting.

I have nothing but great things to say about the Bridge. I came there 4/23 and graduated 7/9/2026. I came in lost and broken after having had 2.5 years clean. The counselors Tiffany, Daniel,Sira, Katlend. All taught me how to love myself and taught me the tools that I needed to get back on my road to recovery. Plus all of the RA's did a tremendous job at helping me and guiding me in the right direction. Also Colin and Brody were absolutely amazing and helpful. I am forever grateful for the Bridge to get me where I'm at now. This time is going to be better for ME!

This place saved my life. It taught me how to live, showed me my strengths and showed me what it was like to have true friendships with women. I know this place isn't for every women, but it definitely was for me. I would recommend it for those who need this kind of long term gender specific treatment. I had a great experience and a not so great one but the not so great was only because I was in the wrong I was keeping secrets I lied to staff to protect another girl don't keep secrets do the right thing always and you'll succeed idk about the newer staff but the ones who have been there awhile and the ones who have moved on are all amazing women who would do anything for you if you just let them in. Dr Sood has solved my issues with anxiety, depression and adhd. It took 13 years of seeing other drs and trying medications before I found Dr Sood in 2023. I complicated TMS treatment under Dr Sood which made my meds start working again. Then under his supervision I’ve found a medication combination that makes all of my symptoms go away! Dr Sood is a brilliant Dr and someone to takes the time to really understand at a root cause level what’s going on.

We were seen in the emergency room on March 24th for our 9 month old son. They ran all necessary test to help us figure out what was wrong with our son. They listened to us. We were admitted and our dr is dr Leonard and he is beyond amazing. The nursing staff on the 4th floor first and second shift are great. They answer the call light within a good reasonable time. I would recommend this hospital. Thank you so much fourth floor nursing team, ER staff and dietary.

I checked myself into touchstone in 2017 I was so nervous but they all welcomed me with open arm's they were all so nice. They other people were younger than me and I was okay with that we all got a long and helped each other.
