RCA Lighthouse is doing incredible things! The staff from the CEO to food services to the Support staff and so on are second to none. This is an amazing place for anyone going through a difficult time. I have severe PTSD due to some traumas. I’m leaving feeling better, thank god. I literally love this place! I have received so much support from different counselors there. They really do care about us and what's going on. They work their hardest to make sure we feel safe enough to open up and really do some work. My name is Jessica and I will say Anthony(a counselor there) truly got through to me. I didn't finish the program but I will be celebrating 4 years clean soon thanks to the one thing he said to me 'when is enough, enough'

You can lie to all clinics to get what you want these people just don't pretend you're not going to get raised they do what they're allowed to if you lied only use them you're going to get away with it if you want help or honest with them you can get help up to you they're all like that

Since they changed places and moved 2 Pleasantville it has been the best place ever! They work with you sometimes a little strict but that's because they care and trying to show you THERE IS A WAY OUT '.... they have excellent groups, we have workers that will help you go on if you're interested reaching a plateau whether it be work, transportation, or mental help, going back to work etc. Not just a place of medication oh, it's a place of help real help and there good people once you get to know them they become your friend! And I've seen quite a few different counselor s LMAO.... though I've always been on the up-and-up not breaking any big rules. I only question is why we do not use the red syrup methadone!??.... I have stomach issues where sometimes the medicine doesn't Workwell! I prefer the red syrup I don't know if we'll ever change to that but otherwise I give John Brooks 95%! They really do try to show you THERE IS A WAY OUT !!!!👍🥰🙏✝️

I stayed here for 6 months in 2016.. this place changed my life and changed me (for the better)from the inside out. I definitely recommend this place a million percent! The people who work here really really care about their clients.. this place might not be top in luxury... And I have even heard people talk down on it because it's not new and flashy.. but this place puts so much time and energy into their clients. They truly care about helping their clients to get better ! I would rather go here or send someone I love here than anywhere else! They really work to find out your core issues, and what is causing you to use.. and then help you to figure out new coping techniques to prevent future relapse.. everyday I am so grateful for my experience here... Everything that I learned here changed me for the better! I am grateful for everyone who worked here and touched my life.. I look at how far I've come and I can honestly say that I wouldn't have been able to do it without jbrc. 👍💯♥️ If you are looking for a place to help you get better... Or you care about someone who is deep in addiction and you want to see them get help... I definitely recommend sending them here! 100000% and if you are reading this review... I found Victory Bay when I was at my lowest point. Their support staff, therapists and ancillary providers all rallied around me. I was supported, encouraged and never felt forced. My time here unfolded organically. What to expect- you can expect a large time commitment when you first come for treatment. Multiple group therapy sessions, individual therapy sessions and also the possibility of working with wellness coaches and nutrition support. Recovery will feel like your second job. But these groups will start to feel like your second home. You'll grow to love those around you, and feel their love and support as you embark on your journey. My cohorts have come to feel like my family, and we've never met face to face! I was skeptical about zoom therapy but never again- it works.

Victory bay is a really good mental health place, the only gripe I had was that my casemanger wasn’t always available and I really needed help with something. But recently i got a new casemanger and she’s by far the best. She’s always available and able to help me out and genuinely cares. I just wanted to shout out Kaylie mento. Listen, I am a total mess most of the time due to my catastrophizing things. I make everything start at worst case scenario hoping it doesn't stay there but unfortunately it sometimes does. Im not going to give you a play by play or some incredible testimony because my story is still going strong but I've come a very long way and I 💯 give my counselor, Susan, alot of credit for sticking by me even bk in the beginning when I would be nasty and childish towards her and ill never forget when she told me that she was just waiting for me to be ready. * full disclosure im a garbage head and at the time I needed rehab terribly. And she was so patient and calm n it drove me nuts. Until one day, I walked into her office and said im ready. And from that chair in her office I left for rehab right away thanks to a combined effort of the staff, Will a former employee but mainly through her approach over months. I've had several wonderful things happen since then but most importantly I finally won my 3 year battle with CPS and gained joint custody of my son back. Now, don't get it twisted, I am far from a shiney happy person now. I've got major struggles right now but ever since that day she can't get rid of me off her caseload. Mainly because secretly im her favorite.😄 but i won't let them switch me because Susan really does care about her clients and I am sure of it for many reasons. If Susan isn't you're counselor you're missing out. And because of her this center gets a 5 star 🌟 rating from me. Which, btw, NEVER happens.

This is honestly the only place that has ever made me feel safe and secure. Val is the best house manager and i had to move to legacy for 30 days before going back to sobriety solutions and i can’t pray everyday enough for the time to just go by so i can go back to this program and house. I love this place more than anything and i couldn’t imagine being happier at a place, i hate that things worked out the way they did for the time being but im really pushing through the hell of this just to get back there & not let people affect me or make me uncomfortable because that’s nothing compared to Val’s treatment & the way they really support you there. I didn’t even expect to be going to a sober house because you rarely find any that truly care but this one so does. i wouldn’t recommend any other but just stay in your own lane & you can’t really do social media there, that was so i misunderstood & i don’t want anyone else to run into that communication process the way i did. Mike the CEO is also very understanding & he has mercy on the clients there. i can barely wait to get back there🙏🏽life saver place

Awesome place if you want to get sober and are serious about it. Haley who works at the front desk is the most sweetest, helpful, caring staff member I've ever had the pleasure of working with in regards to my sobriety and staff at a facility. She is always open and honest l. She's never guided me in the wrong direction. Honestly she works so hard in taking care of us clients and what we need that sometimes it feels like I'm not doing enough for my own recovery. If you're nervous about taking the next step in your recovery as I was never have been to a PHP before. She makes sure that it's a smooth transition. Honestly the only way you could think Haley or the rest of the staff isn't doing enough for you is if you're so lazy and aren't really serious about your recovery that you just expect everyone to do everything for you. I. That case you may need a higher level of care. Because I've never been so excited and felt like I had the help I need in my recovery as I do in sober solutions and working with Haley. The amount of hard work she puts in for us clients and her job is what I strive for in my recovery.

Amazing staff who make sure you’re are well taken care of and comfortable. The chef made incredible food for every meal and stocked the fridge every day with fresh food that we could eat at anytime as well. They also kept the freezer stocked with ice cream and water ice. The facility is cozy and kept very clean. There is a smart tv in every room as well as in the lounge/common area which is set up like a living room. I found the groups helpful. There are 3 hour long groups you can attend but don’t have to and either an AA or NA speakers that comes every night for an hour long meeting. I liked that Sunrise is a smaller facility, having room for about 20 patients. This made it easier to open up and share. You are able to go outside for fresh air or to smoke anytime except during group time. I have absolutely nothing negative to say about Sunrise Detox. Thank you to all the staff! You all are amazing!!

I went to sunrise 6/7 for the first time ever and I don’t regret a single thing about. Never been to detox before but the people who work there actually care about you and want you to get better. It only works if you are ready though. The food was amazing everyday, the counselors are there to help you, and the doctors/nurses want what’s best for you. I will 100% be going back there one day to speak to the patients to show them that recovery is possible. They also help you with finding resources after being discharged. I was recommended tk a doctor for the sublocade shot and had it done within two weeks of leaving sunrise. It’s a smaller operation but I found it to be better.

This was my first time in treatment, there was alot of miscommunication among staff and clients. I can truly say Harmony Healing Center gave me the tools to start living a clean life. Katie was always available, Bri the case manager was available as well. The techs was welcoming upon arrival. There was some ups and downs. Jasmin made sure i was good every day. This place would be great if it had structure.

I’m very grateful to have had the opportunity to come here. Bri did everything she could to help with FMLA and short term disability. Katie was always available, and made me feel comfortable to share with her the things I need to work on.I was very surprised to receive this amount of individual attention. I was never brushed off or made to feel like anyone was “too busy”. Housing was well maintained and comfortable. Anytime something was needed within the house either a tech, or even Bri and Katie would give us a ride to a nearby store. Highly recommended to anyone seeking a PHP. Thank you Harmony! Keep doing what you’re doing. I’m still sober. 4 months and 2 weeks. But I was amazed how a therapist and case manager took us to get food for housing when needed. I worked in this business. That is not in their job description. Above and beyond.

I've been coming here since 2013 and it's great. Kim and John are the best. This place helps with drug addiction, homelessness, runs groups including AA and NA groups, has summer barbecues on the holidays, goes on trips, has Halloween and Thanksgiving parties for those who have no place to go during the holidays, goes on trips, runs self help groups, has a food pantry and a clothing drive, does arts and crafts, has a free printer and fax machine, has free Wawa food on Thurs and Fri. And much more. The staff is very friendly and the building is very clean. I luv this place. I definitely recommend it to ppl who are struggling.
