I had been waiting to receive a call back regarding my request to speak to a new counselor reguarding my therapy appointments, since my old one had went on leave. I had also requested to receive benefits based on what my Medicaid was offering me at the time, but with no response or concern. Dr. Michele Hull would frequently threaten to cut off my program if I had not shown up to psychiatry appointments even though I had NO therapist assigned to me since. Which I am not sure if that is even safe to do in the first place. I understand that it is my responsibility to show up, but it was difficult considering none of my needs or requests were being attended to in MONTHS since my last therapy session. She cut me off from my program even though I had requested time and time again to speak to a THERAPIST for proper treatment of my issues at the time. She hung up on me abruptly and couldn’t seem to care less about what she was doing. Pretentious, pathetic excuse of a person.

Let me tell you I have had a long history of mental illness. started from the age of 9 I'm now 35 I have been to countless mental health facilities and careplus has the most considerate professional team of mental health professionals. I personally want to thank Dr.Ellery who is the best physiatrist I have ever worked with Dr.Ellery really understands the field and his knowledge of mental health disorders and medication is Grade A+ I'm so thankful for what he has done for me. Truth is you have to not only want it but also be willing to work for it. There comes a point in an addict's life where they will do anything to change their circumstances and patterns of behavior that led to their current state, and those are the clients that succeed at Odyssey, or anywhere else.

SHOUT OUT to the staff here..I have been to many many rehabs, and there is something different about these people, and this place..they are in my opinion, Earth Angels. No judgement, they really just want to help and are good humans! Also, the way they go about treatment, I felt really cared about , from the 1st day. I need a higher level of treatment but I will be going to Outpatient there after..
I can't recommend this place enough. They have no hard chairs that your ass goes numb from sitting in for hours, they have leather, lazy boy chairs, in the entire place, they have a quite room where you can rest if you are detoxing or dont feel good, they feed you great food, they have snacks and sodas and I was literally told "think of this place as your home away from home" and from the clinical staff, the nursing staff, the Dr., they're all special people. xoxoxoxo

Seriously the best clinic ever! I recently switched due to moving and it’s the biggest regret I’ve had yet in my 8 years of sobriety. I had no idea how lucky I was going to MCAC. They truly love you and treat you with respect. I’d give anything to go back here over where I’m at now. Complete 180. I went from the best clinic to the worst and regret it. If you don’t have to leave here, don’t do it. If you’re looking to get clean, go here! I promise. If you’re willing to do the work, this place WILL help! I have 8 years of sobriety thanks to them. Scared for my sobriety at the new clinic.

The staff at MCAC is exceptional. From the intake process to the regular meetings with counselors, everyone is incredibly supportive and knowledgeable. The clinic’s counselors truly listen and work with patients to create individualized treatment plans. They are always available for guidance, and genuinely care about their patients progress. The nurses and medical staff ensure that dosing is properly managed, safely administered and adequate to sustain recovery. I been a client since 2022 and I would like to leave a 5 review to my counselor Mr RahJohn Rouse . He has been my counselor for almost a year and what a great guy he is. Very easy to talk to and a guy who really cares about his clients recovery and would go the extra step to make you feel comfortable. I would also like to leave another 5 star review to the staff member who whe front window Mr Sadiq Rouses he is very pleasant person and a great guy to talk to he makes the morning very easy since he knows ever client by name he will never have to ask for your number he knows ever one by face and have you checked in and tell you what you need to do before you go to the window.. I've only been on the program for a couple of months and I haven't met any staff member or supportive staff member(i.e. nursing, admissions) that have not been respectful and helpful... Ms. Smith is so-oo down to earth and knowledgeable, she makes it easy to identify and address my issues...I'm so glad that I chose Lennard as the foundation for my recovery... Not sure what’s with the bad reviews here about but I’ve tried but the telephone & in-person and both are “functional.” This system is for ex-military & nothing says we are here to get VIP treatment as there are millions fellow comrades (Soldiers Creed) are using the same system. I’ve been to other countries abroad and this system is still far exceeds those other systems abroad. Thank you VA and all your staffs!

I was on GAU and had a wonderful experience. Staff is really caring. My doctor ant social worker were amazing. The mhts were kind and always checked in. Nurses were kind and the entire staff really helped me. The therapists were amazing as well! Definitely recommend.

I worked @Intergrity House (Bate Program) for 10 years and moved on to work in different programs throughout the years, I have to say this was one of the best places I worked in, they are there for their clients, understanding, their files are kept tight and bonus were the best. So, I will always be grateful to this program. Also the best, best thing i got from here is that I met my wonderful hubby there which he recently passed. I pass by 2x a week just to remember my experience there. The rose garden was one of my favorite places which was name after one of the most caring counselors from the end of the 80’s,
