I give them five stars because I am diabetic and they on it like definitely on it. The only thing I don t like is back to back appointments. I do not receive Medicaid and this is out come from my pockets so financially it hurts a little bit but as for the doctors, they perfectly great great, the only thing I said is back to back appointment for the same thing with different doctors but other than that, they absolutely great

I have been going to this Bronx VA location since 1988, when it was my very 1st visit to the ER. The Dr's and nurses gave me exceptional treatment, both in the ER and as inpatient. I didn't start using this facility again until about 2019. And let me tell you that for me nothing has changed. I still receive excellent care both as inpatient and outpatient. It's has far better quality than Montefiore!!!!

Great service offered to persons in need they have a methadone clinic and a residence. It is like a one-stop shop except there is no detox service offered. There are groups and structured programs for clients. I know of persons who have used the service and are now successful. If they did it, so can others. The best clinic experience I ve ever had. The registration people on the 1st floor need attitude adjustments- you can tell this is a unionized workforce- all else was amazing. Most secretaries are excellent- a couple seem miserable- overall 5 stars for quality care by the people I need to be good at what they do- therapists and doctors- they are wonderful!

I have been in the program for some time now and I can honestly say my experience was def a good one. For the first time having a charge and having to attend a program it was a great experience. I realized I am not the only person that goes through issues in life and things happen that lead us down a path to correct ourselves. I was open and willing to accept and hear out others as well. My son and I went for our TB test and physical recently, so far the receptionist was pleasant to us ,the doctor was also pleasant , we have to pick up the forms next week to give to our social worker,As of May 2024 I had to register again for an update for my pills, I have to see them on May 23,2024 so unfair! They take forever just to refill?? I have high blood pressure, cholesterol etc!! The amount they give is too small ,(30 each) I have to take my pills everyday!!!
