When I started, I was an anxious wreck with OCD and just wanted things to go back to normal. My therapist, Michelle, was extremely kind, patient, and direct, and helped me realize that what I was going through was normal. Although I was initially resistant to her suggestions, her compassion and welcoming attitude slowly eased me into just letting my thoughts tire themselves out, and by March of this year everything changed for the better. Throughout my path here, they have always been punctual and professional. Both the receptionists and my nurse-practitioner have also done a phenomenal job. I am now enjoying my life even more than before my struggle, and it can be owed to everybody at LICC! If you’re looking for mental health support, this is the best place to seek it at!
