My son was sent here from Four Winds Katonah! My son was at Four Winds for several weeks. I couldn't have visits because they said they couldn't regulate him. Since he has been at Rockland he was only been restrained once! Since then staff have told me he regulates himself! Have had a couple of visits and phone calls daily! All reviews I read on children center are all bad.. due that the kids don't understand. It's not home. Should be like jail.. put us patents threw hell . I would give u a mattress and a sheet . Say there is your room.
