Been going here 3 years. Some of these bad reviews are ridiculous. My whole first year I gave dirty drug test every single time with no consequences other the. Being checked on in a compassionate manner. This is the only reason I am clean today. I was able to do it on my own terms. And I have been to dozens of other treatment facility’s and clinics. Not a single one worked. I owe my life to the people as well as my gf who has about three years clean from these people. Addicts don’t need to be in a cage just a hand to hold as we figure out life.
I’ve had a wonderful experience will all of the staff including front desks and the therapist. This facility has helped my families quality of life. Will always be grateful.

Mountainside Ramsey has proven to be a fantastic step down treatment options for clients leaving our care. The outreach and admissions department are so easily to work with each and every time. Mountainside Treatment Center is a great place for recovery I highly recommend it wonderful staff and the place is very clean and neat. I love Amy she is on the counselors there she is super sweet and she can teach and help you grow as a new person in recovery she has helped me so much. I highly recommend her as a counselor!

All of the staff at this program go above and beyond for their clients, and truly care. Amy is amazing also!
I was scared after reading reviews on my way to er but I had a nice doctor who made me feel not scared,. and care a lot about me and my mental health even though we just met. maybe they hired new psychiatry? if you go to er ask for doctor gueruro I am probably misspell her name (she is tall, pretty, dark hair.) social worker was nice too and got me a appointment. thank you.

My Experience at the recovery center has been truly life-changing. Cat and the team have been extremely helpful. Also, Evergreen clinicians are knowledgeable, patient, and have played a significant part in my recovery. 5 stars!!!!

Dr. ABBAS My psychiatrist is amazing! He really investigates mental health very well!
Because of him I am going to hope my sleeping and other mental health issues get better.
Also wanted to compliment Tiffany, the woman in the behavioral health department and the other secretary's, Tiffany was very nice over the phone and I person and deserves a outstanding customer service award!
The other secretary's are also very nice, even remembering you by name!
My wife had a minor surgery done here. Relatively clean and tidy facility. Also a decent level of privacy compared to other hospitals we’ve had procedures done. Staff were kind, patient, and thorough. They mostly seem pretty happy, which engenders a lot of confidence in their system. Yes, there was a lot of waiting, but that’s every hospital. Surgery scheduled for 1:00, started at 2:00.

We want to thank Phelps Hospital ER from the bottom of our hearts. My husband was sick with high fever, turns out he had pneumonia. Every person who interacted with us was very kind, helpful, responsive, courteous, caring and prompt. They took him in quickly. Assigned him a nice room with a door and curtain. Everywhere was clean, everything and everyone was very orderly. They quickly did the work up, started the IV fluids, gave the nebulizer and painkillers. Dr. Nick was very cool. Big thanks to our nurse Ryan, super organized, super helpful. My husband received the treatment he needed, was feeling much better when we were leaving. We were done in less than 4 hours. We certainly did not expect our ER experience to turn out this way. Thank you for this pleasant surprise. Highly recommend.

Mountainside has been one of the best treatment facilities that I have ever worked with. Recently, I had a family member complete inpatient and IOP and I was amazed at how well the team works with their clients. From the initial intake process to referral services, I would have been lost without them!

I would like to share some thoughts about Mountainside and especially our sons recovery coach Christina.
Following his completion of a 28 day in-patient program with another provider he enrolled at Mountainside Chappaqua. He is in their Outside Patient and Recovery Coaching programs. Our son and Christina have been working together for about five months. They talk daily and meet weekly. A few weeks into the program Christina began doing weekly calls with my wife and me.
Our son works with various therapists, clinicians and other staff at Mountainside. He is complimentary of the entire organization and their contribution in helping him understand his addiction and providing recovery support. My wife and I only work with Christina.
Christina is EXCELLENT. She balances professional counseling, insight, accountability, great communication skills and timely follow-up. Having walked this life herself she is highly skilled and relatable but it’s never about her. Christina cares. She has built valued trust with all of is. My wife’s and my weekly calls provide an update on his progress and any open issues. She reminds us that he is accountable for his own recovery and keeps us in our lane. Most important she has helped keep our sons recovery moving positively forward day after day.
They already made arrangements for Dad's transport to and from dialysis tomorrow, then they took his dinner order and brought him his dinner early. I'm so impressed!

Outstanding care, very proud and so courteous. I would recommend this Medical Center over and over again, it was one of the best VA facility I've received care at. They were very compassionate and listened to your concerns and addressed them with very sound medical advice and best care.

We have had great experiences here with everything from primary care, ortho, hematology, pharmacy, urgent care and community care. Each encounter we have been met with professionalism, respect and quality care.
I went to St. Christopher's In @ 1983 and I will never forget my experience I had and the Love I received from the Franciscan monks . I am forever grateful to them, Milton Zapata jr .

I was so lost and giving up on life and a few good suggestions brought me here. Everyone from the friar in charge of the inn to security and maintenance made me feel welcome. The counselors are the best I’ve ever dealt with. My counselor was amazing, the physco therapist helped me realize things on my own and a former resident who is now staff related to my issues making me comfortable with the process. That guy was a godsend. These people helped me with my addiction issues more in 6 months then I’ve been able to do over the last 30 years. I now have hope and a blueprint that I follow to live a life in recovery. I could never thank them enough

This place completely saved my life, it taught me a new way to live and that I am a man, worthy of love and respect. Since there, in 2017, I had one slip up about a year after I graduated, but that was almost 8 years ago now. Since then, I went to welding school, they set me up in a halfway house in NYC, moved back home to Rochester, NY. I have worked in the welding industry and slowly worked my way to where now I run a million dollar welding training program and I try pass along the same message I learned there. You are a Man, or Woman, worthy of love and respect, with hard work and dedication you can have anything you set your mind to.
By far, it was an exceptional experience.. Love Love 💕 is what I felt and they made you most comfortable when needed . Michelle you are the best... thank you so much for your love and your support and you just being here and being you. Alex I like your charisma, it was nice meeting you as well. My experience was awesome here I recommend this place to anyone, the staff is so professional and friendly anything you need they will make sure you get. Especially Michelle, and if it wasn't for Emily I wouldn't even have been here they are the best. I want to thank each of them for everything they've done for me I know I'm skipping a lot of names that I can't remember of the top of my head. But I swear if you need a place to go that safe and willing to help no matter what please come here thank you

MCCA mcdonough was my 4th rehab and probably my last chance to get sober. It was the best place for me to come to in the state I was in and honestly Jenni, Heather, and Michelle are THE best counselors I’ve ever met and worked with out of all the rehabs I’ve been to. They believed in me when I didn’t believe in myself. And they all go above and beyond to help any client with whatever they can. They are the reason I have remained so connected to the program, as well as helping me get back on my feet and in sober living and building a community and network in recovery. I have seen some positive reviews here but I’ve also seen some negative, and it’s a shame those people didn’t have the experience I did because these counselors not only saved my life but they have changed it and me for the better. I don’t know where I would be right now without their help, guidance, and assistance, and I fully plan on doing everything in my power to stay clean so I can come back one day, share my story for their groups to show that recovery is possible, the program works, and if you allow these amazingly generous women to help you that you too can have a life beyond your wildest dreams.

I have been going to breast center for many years and I'm always happy and satisfied going there for my mammogram. The staff always care about their patient and their concerns. I will keep on going there every year!

The counseling center staff are truly dedicated at providing excellent rehabilitation services. I have been to an inpatient facility where this was not the case, and have nothing but positive things to say about the counseling center. Dair, Tim, Kristen and Kristine helped me build strong mental habits and skills for managing the emotional stress that led to my use. Wish there was a rating higher than 5 stars

Wanted to take a moment to dote on counselor Richelle Atkins. She has been instrumental in helping me change my life and work through my addiction. When you find someone like Richelle who is not just passionate about her job but truly cares for the people and community - that kind of dedication to the cause helps me to feel not so alone. Judgement has no place at Restorative and Richelle is a true reflection of that. I could tell her anything and she would only try and make it better for me or challenge me to think of how I can do better in the future. Even in the midst of her own personal struggles she shows up for her clients 100% each day. I enjoy going to group at Restorative Management. Evan who is a counselor there is AWESOME. He's very funny and has very good advice and ideas on sober living. I would go to Evans group forever if I could.
I received treatment for PTSD, and they were extremely patient with me, they helped me a lot. The doctors that took my case were professional, and the staff, in general, was easy to get with.
Beautiful residence with kind staff and easy to follow routine. I stayed there for two months and made significant progress with my eating disorder and overall mental health.

Monte Nido Irvington absolutely saved my life. I had been suffering from my ED for years & treatment wasn’t really helping me. Irvington actually showed me that recovery is possible, and that I can actually do well in life. My therapist, Meg, is an absolute gem who cared so much about me and my case. I really connected with her. She never lost hope. Most of the therapist & RC’s there are incredible and really made a difference in my recovery and life. I went in hopeless and came out ready to fight. If you need ED treatment, please go to Monte nido in Irvington, NY. :)

I gotta say … I went to Arm Acres in early 2000 I was 17 going to 18 years old …. I’m so thankful for them they help me I wish I can see the stuff in my time again and tell them thank you .. Also I was inpatient for 90 day .. I had the choice to go back home or go to another program for longer term .. cause the choice I make in that time in my life went to the other program I can say I’m alive clean for many years now .. The lighthouse recently hosted a camping and rafting trip centered around recovery with @adventurerecovery as our guides, we stayed at an amazing campsite with everything you would ever need, bonded and shared over games, an awesome meal and a fireside meeting, rafted down the River the next morning and built what should be lifelong bonds with the men on the trip, amazing. Thank you Trey for including me in these experiences and adventures, so grateful.

I am a disabled veteran and have been seen at the Goshen VA Clinic regularly since 2016. The care there has always been excellent. It is a small clinic, so you have to adapt to their resources, like, that the lab work is only done in the mornings, and the My Healthy Vet self-service kiosk doesn't work, but the reception staff have always been very good.

Very caring staff. Clean clinic and allows all veterans a local clinic for most of our needs. Blood work lab open most mornings until 11 am. Dr. Zick is an awesome General practitioner and her staff is wonderful. Thanks for all you do for us US VETERANS. 👍🏻👍🏻
