Wanted to take a moment to dote on counselor Richelle Atkins. She has been instrumental in helping me change my life and work through my addiction. When you find someone like Richelle who is not just passionate about her job but truly cares for the people and community - that kind of dedication to the cause helps me to feel not so alone. Judgement has no place at Restorative and Richelle is a true reflection of that. I could tell her anything and she would only try and make it better for me or challenge me to think of how I can do better in the future. Even in the midst of her own personal struggles she shows up for her clients 100% each day. Thank you to Restorative Management and especially to Richelle for helping me get my life back - And the journey has just begun!

I enjoy going to group at Restorative Management. Evan who is a counselor there is AWESOME. He's very funny and has very good advice and ideas on sober living. I would go to Evans group forever if I could.

I spent a month at their PHP program. I can’t express enough how grateful I am for literally all of the staff at the hospital. The intake team worked so fast and made me already feel like I was in good hands. The therapists were incredible, that is saying more than you could know coming from me. Each one had their own style and strengths and collectively produced a therapy experience that no individual therapist could possible provide; they had an entourage effect of sorts. We only knew the “interns” were interns because they told us. The psychiatric team was compassionate, extremely advanced (objectively), I have very strong opinions about psychiatry and honestly all three psychiatrists were a standard well above what I could have expected. The kitchen staff was kind and the food was good for cafeteria food. The hospital helped find transportation for me and could not have been more supportive and accommodating. I’m getting emotional writing this because I didn’t really believe such a place existed, and to know that there actually is good quality help, for someone whose been seeking it for a long time, challenged my jaded perspectives in a very positive way. I see the negative reviews and it makes sense that people; patients and supportive family, going through a difficult time might find frustration as healing is in no way linear; but I can say with confidence that you and your loved ones are taking a really good shot with Saint Vincents

I was skeptical at first because of the public reviews but I was so happy with the service a very close family member received here. Staff is so attentive, so easy to reach with questions and concerns and the social worker (Justin) was always available when I needed him and incredibly helpful. The food is really good, the staff was very kind, the meds that were prescribed are making an obvious difference in my family members life. I would recommend this hospital to anyone seeking mental help.

My daughter has autism as severe as it gets! She stayed at this hospital over a month and the staff there worked so hard to get her at her baseline. I forgot to mention she is 31 years old which makes the task even harder, her being set in her own ways. I brought her home until she will eventually go to a group home. We had the best night that I have had in years with my daughter and I . I’m so grateful to the st. Vincent staff for what they done. Staff really took care of my child! I’m so very grateful. She was always showered and taken cared of and that really impressed me cause she is incontinent and isn’t able to take care of herself. ❤️ grateful parent

Very professional staff and great Counselor

I really love our therapist she has been so good. I see other people leaving bad reviews but they do the best they can and they actually want to help, sometimes you have to meet people halfway. They have listened to all my concerns and tried to accommodate them as much as possible, they also have a really good children’s program. They actually care about the kids

I have currently been with careplus for about a year. Let me tell you I have had a long history of mental illness. started from the age of 9 I'm now 35 I have been to countless mental health facilities and careplus has the most considerate professional team of mental health professionals. I personally want to thank Dr.Ellery who is the best physiatrist I have ever worked with Dr.Ellery really understands the field and his knowledge of mental health disorders and medication is Grade A+ I'm so thankful for what he has done for me. From someone who has about 26 years of experience I would highly recommend Dr.Ellery and trust him fully to help you help yourself. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I been going to Care plus in paramus for years now.. and I can truly say they been nothing but amazing and deserve a five star! John has always been super helpful and so sweet! We need more people like him working in offices!

I don’t know how this place ratings are so low. I been here twice and each time I was treated very very good. From therapy mentally and physical for my back. More freedom. More things to do. Food is great and staff is really amazing there. You can tell they enjoy helping others and aren’t there just for the pay check. They helped flip my life around. Thanks NYP

They want to help who they want to help. Pressure homeless to lie on employees that try to help them out of retaliation. Lose clients paperwork. The office is totally not run correctly and HR does not investigate but investigate employees who complain

Due to an illegal lockout by developer, I landed in the shelter. I posted the horrific hygiene of the Greenpoint Accessment Shelter. It is surely liable for causes of COVID Spread, tuberculosis transfer and more. Pics are worth a thousand words

My mom received excellent care. Dr. Smith is an excellent orthopedic surgeon!! The staff is amazing!! Very compassionate and helpful!! Dr. Wu, the er nurses, the 4th floor nurses and staff were amazing!! Thank you for making my mom feel so comfortable and cared for!!!

I felt I had to write this review because the negative ones don’t reflect the truth of my experience. From the moment I arrived, every single person—from security and the front desk staff to the nurses and doctors—was incredibly kind, welcoming, and attentive. The hospital itself was spotless, and I never once felt like “just another patient.” Instead, I was cared for as if I were a family member. My surgery went smoothly, and I was supported every step of the way. I am overjoyed with the level of care I received and would highly recommend this hospital to anyone in need.

The doctors and nursing staff are great. Somers Orthopedic Surgery also located here. I drive past hospitals that are closer to go to Putnam Hospital.

yes, i do not want to be here. but everyone is nice. cara, one of the two dietitians, is very funny. she challenges me and i don’t always like it, but it will probably help me. to be clear i am still here. i’m writing this while still in php, but still. my therapist, kiran, is also very fun to talk to and always listens. you get a two sessions a week with your treatment team. you bring your own dinenr, they supply for lunch and snack. you have four groups a day to help you. the cycle menu is very repetitive but it’s fine. grace, the group facilitator is the nicest person i’ve ever met. i think i’ve gotten better here and i hope to everyone else who comes is able to get better as well!!

If you are ready to take this program seriously you can recover here. The staff is incredibly knowledgeable, compassionate and driven. I trusted all of their directions for my care and it all turned out to be exactly what I needed. On tough days they were there to boost me up and on good days they celebrated me. They were patient and understanding of the stress caused by going through recovery. I never thought recovery was possible but CDF Greenwich proved me wrong.
