Applying for Bethel Colony of Mercy was the first stop in the steps I’ve taken to turn my life around from a life style of very many colors and wrong choices. The staff and guidance that are involved with this Christ recovery transformation center are beyond immaculate. Without those individuals one on one advisory, classroom lessons, daily tasks, genuine fellowship, and of course the power of God I wouldn’t be making the right choices now to be reunited with my loved ones. Or, have my life together by any means of doing this “thing” called life all on my own. I am forever grateful for everyone that god placed into my life through making the decision to go to bethel colony of mercy 😇 Sending prayers to the women’s and men’s campus’ for their strength, unity, protection, faith, and healing. The ladies up front and the nurses are all the reason this place is such a great place to get treatment at. Everyone there really cares, and they don't act like they are better then you . They are great people who make it worth your while to go to McLeod . They do not judge , and they treat you with much respect. Love all you ladies up front and all the nurses!

My counselor is wonderful. She honestly cares about me. Takes time to listen, she's understanding, gives advice and is very personable. The nurses are all so nice and they care about you too. The ladies that check you in, I love them. So very nice. Every person in the building is amazing. If you want help, they're there and will give you 100% of their time. I am so glad I decided to get my life together. The most, I'm glad I went there, to a place that really cares! Going there is the best decision I've ever made. So thankful for every single person there!!!
Edit... one reason I stopped going is because they (nurses) are not fair to all patients. 2 test exactly the same and 1 gets weekly take homes and the other doesn't. It was 1 nurse that was the 1 that did it over and over. I love those people and they really did save me, but fairness in take home's isn't consistent.

Update: After being here a couple of months I can honestly say these are some of the friendliest people you'll ever meet. It seems like every new staff member I meet is friendlier than the last, it's crazy. So if you need MAT treatment and you are in the area look no further than New Season in Morganton. You won't regret the choice. I also changed my review to a five because if anybody deserves it they do. I just can't recommend this place enough, I'm lucky to get such a nice place after the horror stories I've heard about other clinics.

Have been here many times for Mental Health therapy sessions. In process of getting transferred here from Asheville VA Medical Center for my Primary Care Provider as my long time doctor, Scott Cassidy, M.D. has retired. Starting with a new doctor here, 1 hour and 10 minutes closer to home. Received great, friendly, prompt and professional care as a walk-in patient. I have been involved with focus for going on 2 years now. I have had nothing but a positive experience from the beginning. The staff have always been super nice and helpful. We started out with the nurse practitioner Sonya and she was amazing. Understandably, she felt my child had far more issues than she could help with (I adopted a child with MANY mental issues so I understood completely). She referred us to Dr. Igbul who was also amazing. At the time for one of her appointments, he was out of town and we got scheduled with Dr. Fairchild. She is absolutely nothing short of amazing. She has helped so much and has answered questions I have had for years that nobody has been able to answer in 10 years. I will stick with Dr. Fairchild forever. I see a lot of negative reviews but like I said, in the 2 years I have been affiliated with them, they have been amazing!

I have been attending Hickory Metro Center for many many years. I absolutely would recommend this Clinic to anyone. I have been dealing with having a substance issue basically my entire life. And methadone has actually saved my life. I have so much respect for Clay #1 because he is extremely nice, he doesn't sugarcoat anything, he is very blunt and tells you exactly how things are and tells you the truth. I respect him so much for that. Clay has so many wonderful qualities. Also Kimberly McDaniels is another person I have a lot of respect for. She has been there for me through The Good The Bad and The Ugly. She has never given up on me, she has always encouraged me and always lended a helping hand. She has a very very good heart and she is also a very upfront blunt, tell you how it is person, and I respect people like that. I don't engage a lot with much of the other staff but they seem to be nice and all the dosing nurses are incredibly nice especially Fred. But yes I definitely give this Clinic five stars.
