I have been attending Hickory Metro Center for many many years. I absolutely would recommend this Clinic to anyone. I have been dealing with having a substance issue basically my entire life. And methadone has actually saved my life. I have so much respect for Clay #1 because he is extremely nice, he doesn't sugarcoat anything, he is very blunt and tells you exactly how things are and tells you the truth. I respect him so much for that. Clay has so many wonderful qualities. Also Kimberly McDaniels is another person I have a lot of respect for. She has been there for me through The Good The Bad and The Ugly. She has never given up on me, she has always encouraged me and always lended a helping hand. She has a very very good heart and she is also a very upfront blunt, tell you how it is person, and I respect people like that. I don't engage a lot with much of the other staff but they seem to be nice and all the dosing nurses are incredibly nice especially Fred. But yes I definitely give this Clinic five stars. Praise the Lord for Bethel Colony of Mercy. This was my first step to surrendering to Jesus Christ. Bethel helped me break chain after chain, standing beside me, on the Word of God, delivering me from the sin problem rooted in all addiction. I was given biblical counseling that allowed the Word of God to divide and heal my soul. This ministry is aware that Jesus is the only answer, and miracles are happening in the hearts and minds of those they serve. They have upheld their commitment for decades, without wavering, that the Word of God is all sufficient for applying the truth of Jesus Christ to not only break chains, but to experience real healing.
Bethel hosts the Presence of God, and allows men and women who’s lives have been devastated by sin and destruction to surrender to the Power and Love of a God who is VERY MUCH ALIVE AND WORKING in the hearts of those Bethel serves. Me and my wife went thru the program together it was awesome that they do that there we got to do marriage counseling but the main thing is that you get to get rooted and grounded in the word of God there the pastors there are amazing and on point with the Bible I can honestly say that me and my wife grew so much in the Lord there all I can say is if you want to break the chains of addiction go to bethel and focuse on you growing close to the Lord cause that's how you break the chains and I can say that bethel is well maintained Phil Lambert and the house keeping crew keeps it nice and clean I was part of that crew and the women's campus is so beautiful and they even allow people that smoke to smoke there they got a smoking place and me and my wife have been talking about going back in about a year just so we can take 65 more days to just grow in the Lord and hear the word everyday thank you bethel

I have been involved with focus for going on 2 years now. I have had nothing but a positive experience from the beginning. The staff have always been super nice and helpful. We started out with the nurse practitioner Sonya and she was amazing. Understandably, she felt my child had far more issues than she could help with (I adopted a child with MANY mental issues so I understood completely). She referred us to Dr. Igbul who was also amazing. At the time for one of her appointments, he was out of town and we got scheduled with Dr. Fairchild. She is absolutely nothing short of amazing. She has helped so much and has answered questions I have had for years that nobody has been able to answer in 10 years. I will stick with Dr. Fairchild forever. I see a lot of negative reviews but like I said, in the 2 years I have been affiliated with them, they have been amazing!

First @ Blue Ridge saved and changed my life! All my house managers loved me til I was able to love myself again. I was a peer leader and an auxiliary house manager during my time as a client. I graduated Feb 15, 2024 and I couldn’t have done it without all the love and support from all the staff as well as the ladies that were on my journey with me! Daymark in Boone was an amazing help today. They got us in quickly when we called and talked to them as we were trying to get in anywhere. Debbie and the entire front office we welcoming and absolutely amazing taking time to check on us even after the provider had seen us. It is difficult having you child so far from home at school and needing to talk to someone and these ladies were amazing and so helpful. I am extremely impressed with Daymark in Boone and the staff and provider my child met. Highly recommend just from my interaction with the staff.

Daymark has some of the kindest, most caring, patient, and genuine people on their staff! From the moment you walk in, the ladies at the front desk make you feel at home. They have a way about them, the way they welcome you and show they are sincere. The waiting area is so calm and peaceful. Every therapist, nurse practitioner, ect. I’ve seen have provided sincere care, and listen to absolutely everything you have to say.
