idk whats wrong with some of the staff at this hospital, but as someone who works in the health care I am UNIMPRESSED. they are no help whatsoever, and the attitude i had from both the ladies who answered the phone to “assist” was not needed. when my call was transferred (my call did not need to be transferred as the lady at the front desk literally could’ve answered my question), someone else answered and took about 5 minutes to give me an answer. when I was trying to say thank you and ask another question, she hung up! didn’t ask me if I had any other questions which I did, mind you I am calling for work purposes in regards to one of my patients! that was very unprofessional and i was very respectful the whole time, even though i was frustrated! they need to do better!

Hello my name is Jackson. I went here from February 2024 - May 2024. And again August 2024 - September 2024 | This place is really what you make it. It’s a truly unique experience that you won’t get to experience ever again. The campus is super cool and refreshing. They have a barn with horses, a mule, and a donkey. They have a pretty cool ropes course, a big house that you share with 13 other kids and staff, a van and a car that they take you to places in (AA, NA, Activities), and 2 pretty cool chefs who make surprisingly good food for a treatment center. I had the pleasure of working with Valerie. I’ve worked with so many therapists over the years but she truly sticks out from all of them. She’s incredibly nice and very good at her job. Although when I came back home after my first trip here I ended up falling back into my same habits but worse. Which resulted in my coming back to foothills for a second time and wilderness after that. This is not foothills fault for not giving me enough resources. It’s my fault for not taking it serious enough. I’m currently in my 8th treatment program in Utah 320+ days sober. And I can say this program was a part of that sobriety. Watch of for staff that give kids substances, kids that get substances on outings, and kids mistreating other kids to fit in. Before sending your kid here, I recommend you do a lot of research to truly see if this fits your kids needs. Good luck 👁️

Parents BEWARE. This program is constantly understaffed and helplessly mismanaged from the top down. They are currently down to 2 therapists when there should be five. The boots on the ground employees are given no support so the turnover rate leads to constant instability. Look elsewhere.

Noticed all the bad reviews have 2 or 3 things in common
1- Felt there should've been (more) reminders to not miss the app.
2- Didn't like their tone.
3- Were tthere 1 or more years ago.
Maybe they took these criticisms to heart last year, which is a little before I started visiting, since I get an almost annoying amount of reminders (phone, email, etc) and everyone treats me like family.
But I'd like to address these complaints in order:
1- Aren't you a veteran? Have you no shame? When I'm told I'm due anywhere, by anyone, I just need the time/place/uniform from them (uniform= the "why" in the civi world). Sound familiar?
I like that they "over-do" it with the reminders now, because missed apps are costly and disruptive, you're inability to manage your schedule and meet your own commitments means less available app slots for me and the rest of us who respected our battle buddies enough to not make them drag us out of the barracks to formation late. You got the last existing phone without a calendar/reminder function?🤨 Grow up, take responsibility, you're embarrassing us.
Do push-ups😂
2- People should be nice to each other, but that also means compassion. If you need your health providers to kiss your butt and say my pleasure to every thank you they hear, you're also not being very compassionate.
Don't be rude, sure, but as a former healthcare worker experienced in managing Karens, I can tell you the job is hard and underpaid enough to not have any time for extra "retail courtesy", that obviously fake level of servant-like submission to your "masters" (ie customers) some people seem to require as part of their expectation to be "wowed".
If their attitude is what cost you (eg they wouldn't talk to you) then yeah, you should speak up, but one review whined that they didn't ask the right questions🤯 Seriously!?
OK, so they don't get the CS award, but it's YOUR health! You got something you know you want to tell them, how bout you soldier up and say it then?
They're not your boyfriend, and btw, he couldn't read your mind either, so be a (polite) grown up when you remind them they canceled your previous app and it's causing you hardship.
They are caring human beings that can (in my experience) be reasoned with, not scrub adorned androids built to massage your delicate ego😉
3- My recent experiences defies older reviews, so I'll give those critical reviews the benefit of doubt and say sorry that happened last year, but my experience these days is different.
Sure they can improve, honestly I'd have given them 4stars were it not for the unfair skewing of the average rating that uses old and questionable reviews, but they clearly care, and that's more than I've gotten from lots of fancy looking and expensive private facilities.

I have 2 ratings, one for the staff and for the business. For the staff, therapy and the rest of staff. Most Amazing people, caring, loving, and great listeners. They need more people to help, especially when you have patients who need one on one. They helped me see the directions I needed to go. I feel like, if I could have stayed a little longer (4 or 5 more days). Do not lose these wonderful caring people. To name a few, Precious, Hope, Teresa, Lee, and Quan! This was my second time there. This time they helped so much! They helped with my seizures. They made sure i was ok physically. They even sent me to the hospital to get checked. Everyone was so nice and understanding. I felt like a human there. Like i mattered. I felt appreciated and loved by all the staff and peers i met there. My doctor Debbie and rob the social worker helped so much. I went to Rebound after Three Rivers because they just discharged me when i wasn’t safe at home. They found me a safe place to go. Also like i mean some staff were mean but i just showed them kindness. But overall it was a very good experience. I am grateful for Rebound. It saved my life! I was completely honest and they helped me. Thats all u gotta do no matter how scared you are always be honest! Everyone’s experience is different but mine was so great! I would def recommend Rebound to my family and friends. The staff that i want to recognize is Lee, Shidaya, Rob, Debbie, sydney, and especially Maddy! She made me felt heard and like i mattered!
Sydney was always joking it made my day!
I also made alot of connections with the peers. I made some friends and keep in contact with them. But also every concern i had or felt uncomfortable they dealt with it!

I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone! They didn’t help my child at all it actually caused more damage and problems than anything. She even gave him medicine over and over again after I repeatedly told them that it was causing allergic reactions. Since my son receives therapy and medication management here, I’m here on a weekly basis. The main entrance is on the right side of the buildings. When you walk in, there is the main waiting room with the receptionist area to check in. There are a few books and magazines to dad while waiting. Children’s artwork decorate the walls in addition to the required documents that need to be posted. There is an additional waiting room in another straight to the back when you walk in. That is the best waiting room if you’re there for medication management, which is virtual. The receptionist, Jill, is super friendly! Wait times for scheduled appointments can vary. Overall, not bad.

Soooo I’m not sure about any severe illness or the ER visits. BUT my 4 year old daughter had to come here for a dental procedure, and the care that she was given was out of this world. Every single person who was involved in this visit were sensational. I wish I had all their names, but the charge nurse, the anesthesiologist, the dental surgeon, there was another really sweet man. Every single person made this scary event, so magical.
They took care of my needs as a scared mom, as well as my 4 year old daughters needs. She had NO CLUE. What was happening and still doesn’t, she thinks she’s Rapunzel the princess, that woke up from a nap with cool silver princess teeth.
THANK YOU ALL

My aunt came to ER from an assisted living facility and was admitted. She will be moved hospice after a week. Overall this has been the best hospital experience I have had. Everyone was so kind and attentive. My aunt is 91 with multiple health issues and the staff was great to her and our family. Thanks.
