Groups are easy to attend since wifi picks up good. Goups are educational and encourage you to be involved. Time well spent!

Tasha is the best therapist and she is my person

I've been in the daymark program for over a year and Ms ebony had been absolutely amazing in the short time I've been seeing her virtually, she keeps us held accountable and is always there and so understanding when needed and always keeps us updated. This is hands down the best facility. I initally came here on vacation after going through a terrible loss. I was not aware the rules very from state to state and i thought i could same day guest dose.... that was absolutely not the case. Afyer calling every clinic in the triad area i came accoss Rowan Treatment Associates. The women who answered the phone was the most understanding kind women. I explained that i was vusiting from St. Petersburg, Florida and thought i could same day guest dose. I told her i hadnt had my medication that day and way bliwn off by every other clinic. I couldnt drive, with my young daughter, the 12 hrs back home without my medication, it was just impossible and not at all safe. She completely understood and went to speak with their doctor. Minutes later she told me if i could be there in the next 2 hrs and my councilor was able to send my paperwork they would dose me. I was in shock. The doctor worked with my doctor in Florida to figure out how to make my split dose into a dose that would sustain me for the duration I needed, since north carolina does not do split doses. The doctor, nurse and counselors stayed two hours after close just to make sure that I was able to dose. No other clinic in the world would have done what these people did. They also made sure i was able to get my normal take homes so I would not be rushed back to my home clinic. These people went above and beyond. I ended up moving here a few weeks later. They were thrilled to see me back. After the way i was treated everywhere else, and then the exceptional treatment i recieved from them i would never consider going anywhere else. Even though it was more than an hour drive each way. The transfer to this clinic was seemless, i had jo issues. There is zero judgement here, only help. The director Renita is absolutely fabulous. She's a strong, no nonsense, follow the rules and you'll do great, kind of person, but is compassionate and always greats you with a smile. You can see in the way the clinic runs and the employees interactions with her, that they respect her, and that truly cares about the clinic. She always greats me with a smile and says hello everytime she sees me, no matter how busy she is, and she is ALWAYS busy. That means something. I have never seen a director care about THE PATIENTS like she does. She always allows them to come in and speak with her, no appointment needed, which I have never seen in the 20 years I have been on this medication and the 3 different clinics I have attended. I have driven more than an hour each way for over 4.5 years, when other clinics were much closer, because of the level of care and understanding these people provide. My councilor Holly is the sweetest, kindest person and is always excited to hear about how I am doing. She treats you more like a friend would, not a patient. I love our monthly check ins. The nurses have the hardest job yet they are always happy and joking around with each other. Which shows me it's a happy work environment. If you are looking for a way to unburden yourself from your issues with controlled substances, or on it for pain management like I am, this is the place to go. Believe me I have had my issues now and then, at no fault of the clinic, but they have ALWAYS been addressed and resolved by Renita. I am so thankful I found a place where I can get my medication with no drama. No politics and just live a happy NORMAL life. So thank you to all the people that make this place run the way it does, that come in every day to make sure we are OK and can live normal lives. You will never understand how what you do truly effects people's quality of life. Thank you, truly, I am so very grateful for all you do!

I really enjoyed my classes, just hearing everyone talk. Jason was a vibe and i will pop in from time to time.

I found this place coming from Utah and had to find somewhere to help with my issues. I was broke and jobless and not able to get a job and had to do drug tests. They have you pay I believe $10 but I had nothing. They waved me in anyways and took care of me no questions asked. They sent me to Jason my therapist and he has helped in so many ways it's unbelievable. I got a job because of him and I was able to stay in conditions of my court. I absolutely love this place and the people they have behind it as well. They truly have saved my life.

Jason has been fantastic throughout the process. The sessions have been incredibly helpful and he has been great helping people from all different backgrounds and situations navigate a very difficult time.

Totally saved my life they were quick efficient knowledgeable and kind the EMT that Road in the ambulance with me stopped my worrying and I felt completely safe put a tourniquet on my leg and stop the bleeding and was so so kind and made all my worries just completely stop he's an asset to that company

Wow ! What can I say .. I sing this offices praises everywhere I go, you would assume I was on their payroll. I can say this , no matter what circumstances bring you into this office know that they have your back. They have been committed to my treatment plan from the front desk experience to every clinician. Tal’meisha was god sent along with Mrs.Albony. You will leave with tools to make your life easier.

Tal’Meisha is a great therapist. She makes me feel seen and heard and also helping me cope with anxiety and personal issues. I feel better every session because it feels like a weight was lifted off my shoulders. also the receptionist are great too they make sure you know about openings to get you scheduled. I love this place. It has helped me tremendously.

Genesis has not only helped me with mental and substance abuse they helped me become a better person. Tal’Meisha is a phenomenal therapist that has helped me tremendously. I also want to recognize Stacy and Kacy two of the most very sweet and positive women I have ever met. Genesis overall is a great place that not only understands what your going through but actually wants to help you!!!!!
