I usually get care at the dump in Salisbury so this place is a Resort! The staff was both welcoming and helpful. The decor is attractive and contemporary. The building inside and out is attractive and the landscaping is beautiful. It's funny how I had a 3:40 appointment and there were people all over the place and by 4:50 when I finished, the place was empty!

Robert was a great instructor. He is strict about being on time and or tardiness, but he is fair and considerate and respectful. I didn't know what to expect with these classes but I did learn alot through the class. The classes are through zoom but you have to be somewhere quiet so you don't disturb the other people taking the class. You must attend both Saturday and Sunday for 4 weeks straight for 4 hours a day so be prepared for that. Yes, the book, the class is expensive and yes it will cost your weekends for almost a month and you will probably also doing community service too and they only give you like 45 days to complete that. So my advice is, don't be dumb like I was. Call an Uber or catch a ride with a friend. The costs is astronomical and will be hit with 12 points on your license plus your insurance will go up 400% and that is the truth. Robert has been teaching this class all his life, something like 40 years and he deserves this five star rating and a six figure salary in my opinion. I wish Robert all the best in life, he is a great person and class leader.

This class was honestly a really positive experience. It gave me a chance to reflect on my choices and better understand the effects alcohol can have on health, relationships, and decision-making. The instructor made the environment feel supportive instead of uncomfortable, and I left feeling like I actually learned something valuable. I appreciate the guidance and would definitely recommend the class to others.

Caring Services Inc is a heaven for anyone in need, period. No favorites, no labels, just 360 degrees of help for the addict who shows up. New Season has been phenomenal. I have been going since Feb 9th 2026 and I’ve started tapering down to eventually be off the MAT program. It truly saved my life. Aiesha is a wonderful, caring nurse. Reggie is my most favorite window doser and Preston runs the facility properly and always has a warm smile when you see him. I tell them all the time I wish I would have made the decision sooner to go to New Season. Thank you to the New Season team for all their care and compassion in this journey.💚

I honestly cannot say enough good things about New Season and the amazing people who work there. This facility has played such an important role in my recovery journey and has helped me not only get sober, but stay sober.
From the very beginning, I was treated with compassion, respect, and understanding. The staff truly care about the people they serve, and they never made me feel judged for my past or the struggles I was facing. They helped me see that recovery was possible and gave me the support, guidance, and tools I needed to begin building a better life.
I am so grateful for the role New Season has played in my recovery. I have now been sober since November 29, 2022, and I honestly don’t know where I would be today without the help and support I received there. New Season gave me hope when I needed it most, and I will always be grateful for that.
If you are struggling with addiction and are thinking about getting help, please know that recovery is possible. Taking that first step can be scary, but New Season helped me take mine—and it changed my life. I will forever be thankful to the staff and everyone who has supported me along the way. 💙

I'm always treated with kindness professionalism and I feel safe. I feel heard, and understood. I feel like I can become a better me, because of the services I am receiving from Mr. Robert Santiago. Even the office staff are very kind and patient. Showing me professionalism that my therapist has shown me allows me to open up and talk about uncomfortable areas and start a coping and healing methods. I've learned in life it is very hard for people who have learned untrust to trust again. Getting past that is something to celebrate itself, but what can be done with it changes the whole game. Being able to trust opens up a world of vulnerability. Vulnerability opens up a world of change, understanding, and acceptance. . I could go to therapy all day and night but if I cannot trust I will not advance in anyway. I will be just talking out loud period. This place really helped me get on my feet. And believed in me, when nobody else did the only issue I have is the hoops. You have to jump through just to get two take homes then, after you get the weekend, take homes. It takes forever to get any more even when your passing your drug screens not only that now, big lack of communication.I almost got my take homes taken from me twice all because they didn't look on my chart to see that the doctor was prescribing vyvanse a medication that was causing me to test positive for amphetamines once they got that figured out it was alright
But it was just time for me to move on. I went to brightview, and now I got a week's worth of take home a lot more freedom to do things I wanna do not being tied down to going there every day. I will still continue to go there for my mental health. Medications, because genuinely these people are amazing thank you so much, everybody at greensboro ADS love y'all so much, just because I'm not going there. Every day, well I mean doesn't mean I won't be there. Every month and from my counseling sessions

This was my first experience. I got there on Thurs (good security). I was checked my nurse, talked to a counselor, & the doctor can't see me until next Mon (it's a long time). It's clean. No one else there at the time.

It’s encouraging to know that their mission for every cl | Treatments Programs Payment Options | update! STILL clean!!! still love metro-and completely credit them for my sobriety… reading these words i wrote years ago brought genuine tears to my eyes. they saved me
This place has saved my life. When I arrived I had nothing and no one. I was doing over a gram of heroin a day, I was homeless. I had done some things and had things done to me that I think back on now and can’t believe I survived it. But metro and my counselors helped me become myself again. I had forgotten how funny I was and how much I loved to read and draw. I forgot how much I loved to travel and eat!! I forgot who I was and metro reminded me that I was a real person who deserved a good life. I d had two counselors both have played such a huge roll in my life. Preston has been at metro for years first as a wonderful security guard (who saved me once when I passed out when pregnant due to dehydration) and to this day we talk nearly every day now that he’s my counselor!! Sometimes we talk about life always about sobriety but also the happiness of how far I’ve come. All the things I didn’t think I deserved, metro helped me erase that thinking and then helped me push for everything I’ve always wanted.
I want to say I haven’t touched heroin in over 5 years thanks to the help of metro and my counselors. They encouraged me to get clean and get a job that I’ve now finished school for and have now become a certified eye technician studying to become a COA. I’ve been able to take my daughter on vacations and keep a beautiful roof over our heads. Metro even helped repair my relationship with my family... with my permission even brought my mother in so we could all talk privately and give my mother more understanding of a world she knew nothing about other than drugs taking her daughter away.
Metro is my safe place. I’ve shed tears, laughter, sadness and happiness under that roof. I got better in that building and it will always have such a special place in my heart.
Thank you metro for teaching me that I deserve to have a happy sober life.

First off, I'm a bad person. I've been here three or four times, completed treatment twice.
Chris, the owner I believe, is the most helpful person in the world. He took thirty minutes to run through my DMV record and assure me an estimate of total cost for license restoration without upfront billing. To give you an idea, a lawyer tried to charge me 200 dollars
And if it's any indication of good will, I'm not even obligated to take classes. Help bro out, he is a champion.

This place saved my life. From day 1 they held me accountable and pushed me to "dig deeper" to uncover the roots of why I used. When I wanted to give up on myself staff wouldn't let me. Staff were always there for me especially Ms. Brittney, Ms. Queen, and Ms. Raven. Staff taught me that I am worth my recovery. They don't play around so if you to save your life this is the place to go.
