When looking for a facility, WRC covered all the bases with being male only with fewer patients than a traditional set-up.The group instructors are diverse and will push you to be vulnerable and work outside of your comfort zone. There are all different types of therapies that are used to help you heal.The entire place/ program is about fellowship. The very first recovery center I've been to. Based on my experience it will be the last! (in a great way) I love this place, the meetings and my counselor. They have medical for those who need medicine to help with their addictions. They really do care. If you are ready to take that step to being free from which ever substance you are addicted to then this is a really really great place. I would give more stars if I could. I have been to so many dentists over the years and I hate going. I started going to signature health dental office when they opened and everyone that works in there from the gentleman checking you in to the lady cleaning your teeth the dental assistant are amazing. And the dentists her self is kind and sweet and made a very painful last few months liveable. Teeth most dentists would just pulled she has saved. Now I'm taking my daughters there. My experience with the signature health care specifically doctor chaffee has been top tier. I trust my doctor enough to take my kids to see her now. Dr B and Dr F are the best! I had Dr. B as my family physician at University Hospital in Ravenna for 3 years before he joined the VA staff which is next door to the VA clinic. He is an extremely intelligent Doctor and goes out of his way to be professional and dig into what might be causing any discomfort for you.I had an emergency problem, called the clinic and was assigned to Dr. F. in 2 hours who I never had contact with before the call. It turns out that he was also a carbon copy of Dr. B. Great listener and got right to a diagnosis of my problem and set me up with a quick procedure at the Hospital.The staff is also the best. I was in a terrable car accident jan. 29. I was taken to trumble regional hospital. I was there for four days. The staff was so amazing. They truly made my stay enjoyable. I fractured my neck and back in the accident. I technically shouldn't of been able to get up and walk out of the hospital. Everyone was so supportive and I felt loved. I felt as if I was with family. The level of care was top tier. The food wasn't the best. I would suggest more fresh fruits and veggies. I still ate it though because I am grateful someone came to work and prepared food for me to eat. I'm understanding you have new ownership. And it's very apparent from everyone I was in contact with that this hospital will rise up and become one of the better hospital in our area. I'm so grateful to be alive and even more grateful for all the love and support this hospital as shown me. Keep rising. This is an example of how health care should be. Thank you all. Frankly, I didn't expect so much kindness. I thought it was just another clinic, but from the moment I was received until my departure, I felt like a true human being. The entire staff was magnificent! I felt very comfortable; the staff was very professional. I sincerely appreciate the work of each of them, which is very valuable. Their immensely beneficial contribution to the community is undoubtedly, I believe, the most important, especially in an environment that can sometimes be chaotic. For the first time in my life, I was able to speak with an extremely understanding psychiatrist. Dr. Robert Brauer was able to listen to me patiently and ask me the right questions for my diagnosis. His long career as a psychiatrist undoubtedly made it possible for me to clearly understand my mental situation. I talked to an Emergency Services counselor named Caitlynn today. She was very kind, caring,and thorough. She worked VERY hard to try to help me. By her spending so much time with me,she got me to the point where I was able to calm down a little more, and avoid having to go to the hospital,because I "Hate" hospitals.And, now, later in the day, I've been able to calm down even more to where I dont feel like I'm "Crisis" mode now,&it feels easier now to wait to see my provider on 12/6/2023. The ladies that answer the phone are always kind and listen, I have called a lot in the last couple of months to leave a message for the doctor or what not and they are always kind about it. I have had to cancel and reschedule and haven't had any issues. The doctor always listens to what I have to say and helps advocate for my child.

Dr mike maggio does a good job with both my son's and their medications. I highly recomend him. He takes his time and asks lots of questions and trys to help my son with out putting him on a lot of meds. My son has asd with sensory disturbance and hightend hearing so its very hard for him to navagate his daily life. There was a issue with one of the meds causing aggressions and from the start dr mike knew what to change and it worked wonders. He checked on my son 3xs a week when we first changed his meds and one time he was busy on a Fri and didnt get a chance to call and took time out of his weekend to check up on us. He stays in contact with the counsler and they work very well together for both my son's.
