Everyone on the third floor is incredible !!!!! From therapy to legal advice they go above and beyond to help - I had a very difficult time in my life and was left with NOTHING - received therapy and the advocates attempted court with me since I had nobody and I simply needed someone in my corner.
The second floor on the other hand isn’t really kind and act more like a bother when you have questions.

I learned so much here in just the short 45 days I was here. I have over a year of sobriety, that's something I hadn't achieved in over 20 years. Highly recommend this place!!

This place has been a safe space and staple in my life since around 13 years of age. In my honest opinon they focus more on Family unity and comunication, but I have had a lot of help with PTSD and self-esteem as well as assertivness and anger issues. Things seemed to run more smoothly when I was a child perhaps that is perception or changing of the times? Either way, that is something I would like to return and will myself work on. The atmosphere is very zen compared to before their remodel, the staff is still very friendly to me and/or professional, when problems have accured I have to be the ONE that is reminding them there is a problem, which is fair. I have went a few years inbetween treatments and always been honest with them and they have never done me dirty.

This is me in my welding uniform at the Career and Technical Center I go to. If not for my time at The village Network I would never have gotten to where I am today. I’m extremely grateful to have gone there (even though I wasn’t able to finish my course). The staff may not believe it, but my small amount of time there hallowed me become more responsible, honest and self proficient. What a blessing it was to come across Operation 6:12! I came through the program in 2017 and graduated. I’ve been to multiple rehabs before and one big difference was the fact that this one brings God into the healing process. After graduation you still have the opportunity to give back and speak life into the guys that are in the program. If it wasn’t for Operation 6:12 teaching me what a close relationship with God is all about I’d still be wrapped in the chains of addiction.

I felt forgiveness immediately. Everyone is so kind, approachable, and well organized. I made an appointment just before the office opened on a Friday. I was in terrible withdrawal pain. Bright View's nurses and staff courteously excorted me to comfort. The intake took about 6 hours, then I was dosed. I'm glad I chose to go here. Group therapy is amazing and insightful. Transportation provided. Very little is not provided. Weekly prescriptions to begin with. The hotline is available at all times. I have been with Bright View since September 2023. Addiction is treatable and this clinic works well with me to try to solve my problems. They're going as far as they can to change individual drug habits and doing a great job.

Arrow passage was exactly what I needed being an alcoholic of 35 years. I was admitted into the PHP program which was amazing for my treatment, I was ready to get past the weight of the alcohol destroying everything that I stood for and loved. The counselors, Thomas, Heidi, Bree, Danielle E., Nautica and Joe all made sure that we were actively engaged and understood what our purpose is. I was assigned with my counselor Sam, she is my recovery angel. Sam is all about her clients and challenges them to not only achieve their sobriety but to maintain a lifestyle they can be proud of. She was straight forward, no nonsense, direct but also a compassionate person who listened and guided my treatment with a very clear path. Sam is the ultimate asset for Arrow Passage and compliments her peers very well. I learned honesty is a nonnegotiable virtue and is not waiverable in recovery, so I’ll say this. My stay at The Bluffs in Ohio was truly life-changing. When I first arrived, I was skeptical — I had never been to treatment before and didn’t know what to expect. But from the start, the staff checked on me constantly and made me feel cared for. What I appreciated most is that The Bluffs treats you like an adult. They’re not overbearing or “up your tail” like I’ve heard about other places. You’re given space to grow, reflect, and take ownership of your recovery.
The staff was second to none — caseworkers, therapists, nurses, RCs — all genuinely committed to helping people turn their lives around. Sure, there were one or two with a rough day here and there, but 99% of them were there to make a difference. What really stood out was that many of them are in recovery themselves. They’re not just quoting from textbooks — they’ve lived it, they understand it, and they’re living proof that recovery works.
The amenities made it even better: a pool, gym, cornhole, basketball, art activities, beautiful lake views, and hikes. It’s the perfect place to heal and reconnect with yourself. The most important thing I learned is that this program is what you make of it. You’ll get out of it exactly what you put in.
The people I met there became like family. We started Bible studies, encouraged each other, laughed, cried, and grew together. We went through trials and triumphs side by side. As the Big Book says — “If you want what we have and are willing to go to any lengths to get it,” this is the place for you.
After my stay at The Bluffs, my entire perspective on life, myself, and my relationships changed. I now have the coping skills and foundation to handle whatever comes my way. I will forever be grateful — to Pastor Mike, Dave, and so many others whose names I could list for hours.

This is a wonderful facility! The staff was incredible, since most employees had their own experiences with addiction, wether they themselves were recovered or knew someone who struggled with addiction. Everyone was very personable and made my time at the Bluffs comfortable, even enjoyable which I never would’ve imagined myself thinking before coming. I was very nervous coming in, but I’m glad I chose The Bluffs my first time in an inpatient facility.

Hi my mom had just started getting meals here she was really sick at her Dr appointment didn't have time to cancel but her orders continued at this point she needs more nutritional value fruit n veggies which doesn't come but all in all the driver was a lot feisty but everything was fresh you'll get nice portions thank you

I really like Vanage Aging it’s a good program for Seniors if they are retired and want to go back to work they will find something in your field or train you to work in another field a very good Senior Program and I want to thank everyone that helped me alone the way

I have been going to the Akron VA for 4 years now. I have had nothing but amazing experiences from them. They really care about each and every single veteran that walks in those doors. I live 35 minutes from the clinic but its worth the drive. I would choose the Akron VA over the Canton VA any day.
