Everyone on the third floor is incredible !!!!! From therapy to legal advice they go above and beyond to help - I had a very difficult time in my life and was left with NOTHING - received therapy and the advocates attempted court with me since I had nobody and I simply needed someone in my corner. The second floor on the other hand isn’t really kind and act more like a bother when you have questions.

I'm positive this place saved my life. They have the best staff in the world. You can't find a more caring staff any place. They go above and beyond what is required of them. I learned so much here in just the short 45 days I was here. I have over a year of sobriety, that's something I hadn't achieved in over 20 years. Highly recommend this place!!

This is me in my welding uniform at the Career and Technical Center I go to. If not for my time at The village Network I would never have gotten to where I am today. I’m extremely grateful to have gone there (even though I wasn’t able to finish my course). Unlike other reviews, I’ve never had any problems with them getting back to me. My counselor just left and I couldn’t get into a new one for a couple months so that was a bummer. I went to a different psychiatrist at first and he was ok but then I felt like he wasn’t listening to me since my meds consistently weren’t working. But then I switched to another psych/dr and she is wonderful. She’s works with me, listens to me, and helped me understand my problem more. Outstanding Support, Compassionate Care, and Top-Tier Service! Appleseed is hands down one of the best mental health and housing organizations I’ve ever had the pleasure of working with. From the very first interaction, their team showed incredible professionalism, compassion, and dedication to helping individuals and families through some of life’s toughest challenges. Their mental health services are not only comprehensive but deeply personalized. Whether it's counseling, crisis support, or community outreach, Appleseed goes above and beyond to make sure every client feels seen, heard, and supported. Their housing assistance programs are just as impressive—providing safe, stable options that truly empower people to get back on their feet. What sets Appleseed apart even further is their excellent marketing and outreach. They know how to connect with the community in a real and meaningful way. Their online presence is engaging, informative, and accessible—making it easy for those in need to find help fast. You can tell they truly care, and it shows in everything from their website to the way they engage on social media and in the community. If you're looking for a place that genuinely makes a difference, Appleseed is it. Thank you to the entire team for the incredible work you do. You are changing lives every single day.

What a blessing it was to come across Operation 6:12! I came through the program in 2017 and graduated. I’ve been to multiple rehabs before and one big difference was the fact that this one brings God into the healing process. 4 stars for detox, 1 for woman's supportive housing. Alot of people are there because they have to be, or they have no place else to go, so it's very chaotic. Not a healthy environment for recovery, in my opinion. The gossip around campus is that the higher ups are only about the money, but I'm not sure if that's true. The counselors are great, but there is not enough of them. Two of the nighttime RA's were awful, gossipy, lazy, cold, and unprofessional.

I started coming to Brightview 2 days after my baby girl was born TRAUMATIZED by CommQuest!! But in need of help to maintain sobriety with my new little angel but my faith in the out patient MAT programs was all over the place because of all my bad experiences in the past 10yrs and I could not remain sober I’m almost a full 2yrs sober today - Brightview became a part of my sobriety story 1 month into my sobriety and as a new mom!! I love them I am so thankful for them I am allergic to suboxen and they didn’t try to force me to take it so they could “watch me react” as other clinics would tell me to do They helped me get the proof from a detox facility I had been in And helped me the whole time between that Time and it took them 2-3 months to send the paperwork I am so thankful for this place and highly recommend it it makes commquest look like a maximum security prison the difference in the way ur treated They genuinely care My daughter is 15 almost 16 months she knows them well they adore her and they helped save her mommy Thank u Brightview!! This is the office for u!! They will help They will get u thru your addiction Akron Office 999N main Start your journey today

Every employee here isn't just here for the paycheck and they all enjoy what they do. They genuinely care and want to help make a difference. They love seeing progress. The warm welcomes and enthusiasm they deliver make a big difference and are one of the reasons I continue to come in and fight for my sobriety. They believed in me from the begining.
